Our condo, with brand new air conditioning, is located in Swain, New York within walking distance of Swain Ski Resort. It's a short drive from Letchworth State Park (15 miles away), Stony Brook State Park (12 miles away), and Woodlynn Hills Golf Course, making it a perfect four season getaway. Is your family into puzzles? Then be sure to book a time to experience Swain's escape room during your stay, conveniently located just down the street.

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. There is a restaurant up the street open year round and in walking distance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sorry no pets. Non Smoking.

First floor- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. 1st bedroom has 1 queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. There is also a full size bathroom and washer and dryer.
2nd floor- Kitchen, living-room with a balcony, and a half bathroom.

Great location to ski

Great location, clean and walking distance to the slope and local restaurants/bar. Could use some updating, but you can't have everything in Swain.

Letchworth Fall Foilage Trip

The place was exactly as pictured and nestled in a quiet cul de sac. A lovely view off the upstairs balcony. Would’ve been nice to use the wood burning stove for the smell and ambience of a fire. Our host was responsive and pleasant. I would book again 🙂
