Our Splended 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is in the heart of Kissimmee.
on a small development of only 144 Homes, called 'Windward Cay', it is known as the 'Jewel of Kissimmee' in a perfect location

This really is a perfect vacation home for your family to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the Florida sunshine, and explore the many attractions and theme parks in and around Orlando.
With generously sized bedrooms, The pool area is the perfect spot to relax in the sun or enjoy a barbecue or al-fresco snack & drinks, while you sit and relax in the Florida sunshine.

(Pool heat is additional please ask for cost!)

The Villa is approximately 10 minutes from Disney and is situated just off the 192 at Marker 14. It is close to numerous restaurants and local shops including a large Walmart store open 24hours and a selection of shopping outlets!

The property is fully air-conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen with a few additional extras.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite Bathroom with door leading out to the pool and pool deck .
The Guest Bedroom with queen size bed and twin room both have tasteful decor and share the second bathroom.
New Blink 2way cameras installed at door entrance, driveway and pool equipment.

Loved our stay

Nice property with great amenities which was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved it (especially the swimming pool) and was nicely situated with almost all main attractions within 30 mins. Clean with enough content to cover a families needs including kitchen equipment, utensils and tv entertainment. Highly recommend. Thank you.

A Home Away From Home

We had never rented out a home for anything before but this experience has us looking forward to doing it again. Every accommodation was well taken care of and everything was as listed and in alot of cases more so. It truly felt like being in a relatives home, everything was beyond comfortable. We can't thank the host enough for allowing us to be in their home and for making our vacation that much more special. Thank You!

Ideal location for theme parks and shopping outlets. The property itself has everything you would need for your stay. Walmart close bye for grocery shopping. Air con malfunctioned while staying and Marie was quick to sort the issue from the UK. Cant ask for better service than that. Wouldnt hesitate to use again.

Family vacation ruined

When you walk into the home it seems very nice and clean. Although there was a very musty smell. Our family barely spent any time in the house, but on the day that we did we noticed a foul smell coming from the closet. We looked around and saw that it was coming from the safe. It was a horrendous smell. We contacted the owner and let her know but she never replied to our email. I then proceeded to text message the property manager,I also spoke to him and let him know that there was a very bad odor coming from the safe. He said that he could not get to it until about 10 o’clock at night so he would try to come in the morning to take care of it or send one of his workers. We never heard from them. The next day while we were gone someone did come into the house and clean up the mess or whatever was in that safe. When we checked out we left everything clean we washed all of the linens and the towels. Later on in the day I received an email from the owner stating that what they found in the safe was human feces. She tried to blame it on me and my family and said that we had to pay $225 for that. Also there were people peeking in through the windows and someone did go into the home when we were not there. I was also emailed by the owner saying that they took pictures. I spoke to the property manager and he has no idea what the owner is talking about. I think it is absurd that they would take pictures of our belongings with out our permission or looking through the windows without our permission especially since we have small children with us. To assume that we had more than six people with us just because it was a blowup bed in the lounge makes no sense you know nothing of our sleeping preferences.

Great with some unexpected items - good overall

This was a great property for my family and I. We stayed here about a week and got to really enjoy the house, the pool, and the location. I would give it 5-stars, but there were some unexpected things with our experience. Listing The listing is actually quite accurate, but I removed a star because I feel like some important details were not included that made a big impact on our stay. First, if want to use the pool then you have to pay an extra fee to have it heated and give it a few days to get heated. Second, the 'jewel of Kissimmee' is 1 of 6 such locations owned by the host and is a nickname used by the owners. It's no different from others in the area. Third, the owner does not use US currency. We had to pay for the home in British pounds, which we don't have a credit card that waives foreign transaction fees (FTF) and got an additional fee. The house was quite roomy for our small, young family and it was nice to have a kitchen to make meals in. The house was very clean and all the beds were comfortable. The location at first had me quite nervous, but after spending more time in the area realized that is was a good area. It's tucked away from traffic, which was nice! House First, the light switches for some of the bedrooms are connected to plugs on the wall and lamps are plugged into those plugs. For one room we never figured out what the light switch connected to and had to use the light on the fan in the middle of the room manually. The HVAC settings are locked. We were given a range to use so we lowered the cooling because it was cold. When we came back later that day the settings had been changed and locked even tighter. The doors are connected to the HVAC and some have alarms. You have to open and close doors quickly. The instructions given by the host of which door has an alarm were not specific. There seemed to be more rules for checkout, putting out garbages, and the house itself than other places I've stayed. Hosts The hosts were responsive, but not quick. My first message sent a week before going was ignored; during the trip they responded to in about a day. The owner names posted in the home don't match the internet listing or communications. Second, they don't usually use the VRBO app to pay for pool heat. I insisted and had to pay another fee plus FTF, but they waived it because we took care of the house. Third, they scheduled maintenance and told us the night before; Luckily no impact for us. A great house and a great time!

Great place to stay.

Check in was no problem. There was a leak under the kitchen sink. The managers were on the spot the next day and repaired it. The managers were very accommodating with any request.

Relaxing Stay

Great house

House was great and very clean but we didn’t like that we did not have control of the ac. It was HOT at night especially the first day of our stay as it took forever for the nest to “regulate”. We also could have used more toilet paper and laundry soap/dish soap for a weeks stay. The immediate neighborhood was great but Kissimmee was a little rough as a whole.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet! We really enjoyed the pool, the kids had a blast everyday in it! All in all it was a very great experience and we will definitely be staying at this Villa in the future!

Relaxing Spring Break

Great holiday getaway

House was just perfect with all the needed amenities. There was a scale, a blow dryer and even shower products available. Very close to Walmart, target and Sams club. The parks are just about 10-15 minutes away and the neighborhood was quiet except for the fireworks on Christmas Eve😉.

Beautiful home! Great base location to enjoy all Central Florida has to offer

Villa on Windward Cay is roomy, clean and quiet. The perfect place for a vacation. My husband and I enjoyed staying at this beautiful home during our visit to Florida. The owners have provided visitors with a wonderful house to relax in after a day of exploring. The pool was clean and refreshing. We visit Florida often and would look to see if this home is available again.

An Enjoyable Vacation

This property is great! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, bake ware, etc. The bed linens are very nice and there are plenty of extra sheets and towels. The house looks just like the pictures, very comfortable and inviting. Everything is in great shape. The pool was wonderful. It has a solar cover and since it was very warm during our stay we were able to swim without having the pool heated. We loved that there was a covered patio which provided shade from the afternoon sun. There was plenty of comfortable outside furniture and a few pool toys. Marie (owner) and Shaun (management company) were very attentive, responding quickly to any questions we had. The neighborhood is very quiet even though the house is located very close to Hwy 192. There are many restaurants and lots of shopping within a few miles of the house. We would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed the house, the pool and air conditioning was nice on the hot days. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Very close to all of the shopping you could ask for. Marie was very quick to respond to any questions. While the house was nice, some of the other homes in the subdivision were not kept up very well. Also, we had read that there was games such as pool and football for the kids, but were unable to find them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the home was very nice and the owners seemed very nice and accommodating.
