Westmont is a comfortable family home located just outside of Asheville. Enjoy all the amenities of home while exploring all the area has to offer. The themed rooms are based on some of Asheville's most unique personalities. The elegant Cornelius Vanderbilt room showcases the wealthy business man whose fortune financed the Biltmore estate. The Thomas Wolfe room features Asheville's most famous novelist.

NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule.

Great Experience
We came up to stay for a weekend football tournament and absolutely loved the experience. Our host, June, was very pleasant from the start. She left notes for the boys and for me on the boards in the kitchen as well as a gift which was very thoughtful. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts instructions was clear, but she was easily assessable via text if need be. Would definitely recommend this house!

Great Family Home
My family was in town for a wedding and this house was perfect for our group! I have an infant and he was able to roam around downstairs freely. Each bathroom has a shower and tub so it made getting ready for the wedding a breeze! Plenty of space and everything we needed. June was responsive before and during our stay. She was great about communicating before we arrived and made sure to address anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
We enjoyed a girls weekend at this property. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us. I was very impressed with how clean the house was and was able to easily communicate with the host.

Close to most attractions nearby. Good breakfast diner within 1 mile. House is pretty nice. Beds are decent, probably 3 out of 5 stars. Check In etc. Is really easy. I would stay here again.

Perfect for a get together
We enjoyed our brief stay as a home base for our visit to Asheville and the Biltmore. The house was immaculate and the kichen was supplied with everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to the area.

Had a great time with our sons and their wives. Great leayout and close proximity to Asheville. House was extraordinarily clean which is a big plus in the post Covid-19 world of travel. Highly recommend the property and owners!

Great little get away
This was a great location for us to spend the weekend with friends. Way more space than the 4 of us needed, and we appreciated the ability to enjoy some privacy and to have a table for eating and a table for game nights (without having to constantly move and shuffle our stuff). We do wish there had been a few more cooking utensils, but we appreciated the number of towels, cleaning products, and toilet paper that were available to us that we haven't found in previous houses we have rented.

Cozy stay near Asheville
We had a great stay in this cozy, welcoming home. The neighborhood was nice and though the neighbors were close, it was very quiet. The house had everything we needed and was very homey. It was about a 15 minute drive to downtown so a great place to stay if there is a lot you want to see in the area.

Convenient location
We were in Asheville for a tennis tournament. The property was very convenient to the tournament locations and to downtown for its great selection of restaurants. We didn't realize the third full bathroom is on the ground floor, not upstairs with the bedrooms so one couple had to go up and down the stairs between their bedroom and bathroom. Cute seasonal decorations throughout the house.

Roomy and clean.
Very roomy. We had 4 people with plenty of room. Beds were a little crinkly when turning but very roomy. Everything very clean. Not much in terms of cooking supplies if you plan on making your own meals. Host responded in a timely manner. Nice neighbors too. Very quiet neighborhood 10 to 15 minutes to downtown.

Comfortable Asheville Home
This home was just what we needed for a adult-only extended weekend away. The house was comfortable with enough space to accommodate 6 adults (3 couples). We were just looking for a place relatively close to downtown Asheville, no frills necessary with no intention of cooking meals. Something that may be helpful for future guests—we were not able to get Uber/Lyft rides like we had hoped. It does mention in the rental agreement that we reviewed before booking that these ride services will come to the house so that was frustrating. It may be more-so due to lingering COVID changes but we did see some Uber/Lyft cars downtown. We even tried a cab company and after waiting nearly 2hrs and being told they were “15-20mins away” we canceled it and just drove. Fortunately parking wasn’t expensive or hard to come by. But if you’re set on needing alternate transportation to go out this may not be the best choice.

Family time while on vacation
We enjoyed the flexibility of having a room for everyone and enough space for our 15 month to play safely. We fixed some meals in and ate out some which was nice. The beds were comfortable but a bit squeaky. The linens were nice with plenty of towels and was cloths but we could have used more kitchen towels and oven mitts. The TVs, WiFi and A/C all worked great.

House was nice, clean, and comfortable. I would suggest more pots and pans in the kitchen in case somebody wanted to cook but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
