Gorgeous Siesta Key Family Home with Private Pool. Sleeps 8 Comfortably with 4 Private Rooms for Sleeping. Small Dogs Considered.

Beautiful 2 story home with a 2 car garage and pool located in the desirable neighborhood of Bay Isles on the island of Siesta Key. The home has an open floorplan with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows for a spacious, bright and airy feeling. The living room is quite large with a very comfortable sectional sofa, digital flat screen TV and DVD player. Free cable and WiFi are provided. Sliding doors with wooden shutters give access to the outdoor patio and pool area from both the living room and bonus room. Home has a full size washer and dryer just off the kitchen tucked away in a large laundry closet with doors so it is hidden when not in use.

The home sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms plus an additional bonus room with pull-down Murphy bed.The master bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs and there are 2 walk-in closets, king size bed, and flat screen TV. The master bath has an oversized jetted spa tub, bidet, shower and separate private toilet area. There are 2 bedrooms, the bonus room, and one bathroom downstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet with built in shelves and drawers. The other bedroom has a bunk beds with a twin on top and full (standard) on the bottom, as well as a trundle that makes into a full size bed. The bonus room features a comfortable couch and a pull-down full size Murphy bed.

The pool is heated (solar), screened in, private and sparkling clean. There are 2 patio areas (upper and lower level). BBQ grill, patio furniture and lounge chairs are also provided.

A lot of extras are supplied to help make your vacation here a memorable one, including beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, pool toys & floats, tennis racquets, football & soccer balls, a wide variety of board games, bicycles and helmets, and more.

The closest beach access is Shell Beach, a small beach located about 4 blocks from the home. The public beach (lifeguard stands, concession stand, restrooms) is about a 5 minute drive from the home. Take a short 5 minute drive to Siesta Key Village to enjoy great restaurants and clubs with live music, ice cream shop, convenience store, and plentiful shopping.

Small dogs will be considered with a $200 non-refundable pet fee but we must be notified before your reservation can be confirmed. The pet fee is in addition to the online price quote and will be charged before final processing & confirmation.

Rental Terms: One week minimum and it must be Saturday to Saturday unless approved by management prior to booking. Reach out to us and we will try to accommodate your dates.

Roomy home

The house was very roomy and homey . We enjoyed our stay. The communication before hand would of been nice to hear from them alittle more inadvance about upcoming trip just due to wanting to make sure everything was lined up for our vacation . Very quick response to some question when we were there .

Great Location - lots of space

The property is in great condition and is in an excellent location on the north end of Siesta Key. It's a 5 min drive to the beach. We had plenty of room for everyone to stay and sleep (the murphy bed was a bonus!) plus the furniture was comfortable. It was very clean and the management company was responsive to the one issue we had. It is well stocked with kitchenware, towels, linens plus bikes/toys. Only downsides are that we had to drive to get a good walk in, the kitchen is pretty small, and we couldn't swim in the pool (although it is solar heated, it did not get warm enough in December).

Wonderful Stay

The property met our family’s needs and we had a really nice week! Enjoyed lots of time in the pool and lanai area. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. Home was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc…. Hope to return to the beautiful Siesta Key area again some day! 😎

Great Stay

We booked this house for our second trip to Siesta Key, it was a very nice and quite location just a short drive from the beach for a lot less money. Would stay here again!

Excellent location.

Excellent location. This is the best. The whole area is saturated and overpriced. Having said that this house is a fairly priced. The house needs only minor repairs. Lots of beach toys. The pool is regrettably in the shade. And is solar heated so not useable in the winter months in the northern hemisphere. A definite keeper. We rented it for next year. If you are a little bit flexible you definitely will not regret this property.

This property was very clean, location was good we were disappointed with the pool the ad said that it was solar heated which in this case meant if the sun hit the pool it would warm up,due to the fact that the pool is on the east side of the house and surrounded by tall trees we were not able to use it because it was too cold it would’ve been better if the owner would have said that the pool was not heated. In the middle of summer this property would be a good place to stay It should also have been noted for those staying in this house that the dehumidifier needs to be emptied once a day if not twice the house was a little musty when we checked in but with a candle burning and the dehumidifier going that smell went away. The management company was very pleasant to work with and helped out in any way that we needed. We would give our stay four out of five stars. Clark L

AMAZING TIME AMAZING PLACE

Absolutely beautiful home, lots of extras and really nice realators who kept in constant communicatin. I would have given 5 stars, however we were there for an entire week and the washing machine never worked which was inconvenient, but they did try to fix it multiple times - sometimes things just happen. We all would definately go back to this property.

Family Vacation

The house overall was spacious and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The pool was perfect and kept the kids occupied during our down time. Cons: The only issues that I found was the patio furniture was zip tied together and needs replaced because you will hit the ground, the tv in one of the downstairs bedrooms was broken (I believe I seen a review stating this before), the propane grill wouldn’t light and the cleaning crew needed to clean a little better as there was nail clippings in the window sill by the front door and multiple hairs on the upstairs shower wall. Pros: the house is beautiful & in a good neighborhood, it has plenty of room so everyone can have their own space, it had everything we needed from cooking utensils to beach toys/chairs, their was plenty of bikes available for our entire family and the owners were very quick to respond and helpful. Overall, It was perfect for what we needed and I would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful, spacious Vacation home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The neighborhood is quant, quiet and very nice. The home itself was very clean and had everything we needed for the beach. Beds were comfortable, outside sitting areas were nice and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for making our meals and coffee. It was great that there were 4 adult bikes as we were all able to bike a short distance to the downtown area and even to the beach. We came in January so it was winter in Florida therefore, the pool being solar powered (although nice) was a bit to chilly (around 70 degrees) to use this time of year. But I could see it being great in the spring, summer and early fall months. We loved this place and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice home away from home for vacation!

Nice area

Location is convenient and house is spacious.and well equipped with very nice floor plan. Only unknown information was the number of stairs. Front entry has 7 or 8, garage to house has even more so if elderly are part of your family I would advise you to look elsewhere. Master bedroom is upstairs as well but was great for privacy. Little pool was needing cleaning and is too cold even with solar heating. Terrace Patio was perfect and was screened in like the pool. Did not use the outdoor grill but it was nearby and fenced in on a little patio with chairs. Additional space for dog to explore within a gated area. Slightly in need of deferred maintenance but typical of a rental. I would rent here again and I am previously from Sarasota so a pretty good area to avoid the snow bird traffic!

Perfect family Vacation

The property has thought of everything for the perfect family vacation. We easily walked with chairs, a wagon, cooler, towels and beach toys (all provided) to the cutest local public beach. Kitchen had all the tools and gadgets needed to make family meals. The only and I mean the only thing that was not perfect was the heated pool never got above 65, too cold for the adults and toddler but ok with the kid boys. We would love to stay again!

Gorgeous home..

The house was very nice and was accomodating. It does however need some updates reguarding the dishes. Pots and pans are outdated. The beach umbrellas are broken. And there was no futon in the bedroom with the bunk beds as pictured. Oh the trach can disapeared after it was picked up. Never found our what happened to it. Overall we had a great time and the house is beautiful.

Good but needs some loving...

Can't beat the location and the property is decent. But so much updating needed. Needs a fresh coat of paint inside and out - stains from leaks, some grime. Kitchen is ok, but quality of pots/pans as an example could be better (some stuff needs to simply be tossed). Pool is the best attraction. Plenty of towels. Doesn't have all the sports stuff you see in the photos.

Great place to visit!

Great place a little damp inside and musty needs a good air out. Take advantage of the humidifier they provide. Other that that very relaxing good place for family time!!

Wonderful home

This property is on the top end of siesta key. Short drive to public beach and shops area, but worth it. Calm neighborhood. House is very spacious, and the property manager very responsive to any questions. Hope to be back!

Great Siesta Key Location

Well furnished property, as described. Bikes and other beach equipment in garage really helpful, with loads of towels also. Siesta key beach only 7 mins away in the car, siesta key village only 10 mins away in the bikes, a safe and nice cycle. Would return.

Family Vacation

Nice home and location

This home was exactly as described. Upon arrival we checked to make sure everything was working properly and (of course) we checked furniture and mattresses for any uninvited guest, and everything checked out. We unloaded and got settled, grill was ready to go and so were we. Had a nice relaxing evening at the house. The next day we were ready to go to the beach and the garage had plenty to take along to the beach. This was nice because we had forgotten our boogie boards but no worry because they had them there for us. On Sunday I hated to call for maintenance, but it seemed the pool filter was not working. When I called, the phone was answered right away and I was told the filter was on a timer and reassured if I needed anything else not to hesitate to call. Bikes were a very nice plus as well. We were able to rent a walker for our 10 month old grandson at ABC Rental for a very reasonable price. The only concern that I had was the sheets on the beds did not seem freshly laundered, as I am a little bit of a neat freak this bothered me. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Experience

Amazing Week!

Location, convenience, amenities, space! Everything was amazing. We had 8 people 4 adults and 4 kids. My daughter was so upset we had to leave. Walking out to a pool- heated none the less was amazing. The house had everything for the beach. We loved taking bike rides around the neighborhood. It was a 5 min drive to the village. Drawbacks were the pillows were awful. And that's it. Such a great experience. Thank you!

A month in paradise

Lovely home on siesta key. Beautifully decorated. Spent a wonderful month here. Hated to leave. Home and condo rental was very responsive the one time i had an issue. Perfect location. Very convenient to the beach, the village, sarasota, st Armands circle and venice. I can’t think of a better place to get away from a cold february.
