This 3 bedroom, 1,454 sq ft home has a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy dining area. This home comes with a handful of bikes for you and the family to hit the bike and walking trails, it is in rock throwing distance of the condo community pool. Walk into this charming split level home where you will find plenty of living space for you and your family to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation here in Sunriver.

Level 1:
Downstairs, bedroom one hosts a Queen bed, with a flat-screen TV, and a sliding glass door. Giving you access to the private hot tub.

The second bedroom downstairs has a set of Bunk beds and dual windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Level 2:
The Primary bedroom is upstairs with a King-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private bath.

Living:
The Living room feature a flat-screen TV and a cozy fireplace. You can wrap up in a warm blanket, kick your feet up, and unwind after a day out in the central Oregon sun.

Kitchen/Dining:
The fully stocked kitchen is beautiful with its light-colored countertops and matching cabinets. Enjoy a family dinner out on the deck or inside at the dining table that is great for 8.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf

Loved the house

I really enjoyed the home it was clean and in a good part of sunriver. My family and i have been coming to sunriver for the last 5 years, this time was our worst trip by far. The home was beautiful, but the management is TERRIBLE. After a long day of driving we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. (One of the requirements of coming here is to have a home with a hot tub.) We were all ready to jump in when we realized the water was cold and the hot tub was broken. We reported it to management right away. Their response was astonishing. "We are aware the hot tub is broken and have parts on order. You can use the hot tub at the sharc". So before we even arrived they knew it was broken. Instead of apologies they tell me to drive 3 miles and use that one. (Which doesnt allow kids and is only open until 7) they wanted to wait until we noticed.. which obviously we did because we got a hot tub for a reason. 2 days later we go to bbq on the grill for dinner. The grill is ALSO broken. At this point i dont report it to management because i dont want to hear their rude snarky response and they more than likely already know about that one too. I am just trying to enjoy a relaxing vacation and its nothing but disappointments. We stayed here for 6 nights. The hot tub was never fixed and they never reached out again. If parts were "on order" they dont take weeks to get here. Casacara clearly does not care about their guests. I spent over 3k dollars on a home which wasnt adver

Great winter escape!

Property was clean and as advertised. We were comfortable and happy on a snowy weekend. Decorations for the holiday were a lovely surprise! More heat in the basement would be appreciated.

Clean, Quiet & with a Pool!

We had a lovely weekend here, with a group of two families and three teenagers - the pool was a definite perk! Everything was clean and welcoming. Only note would be, the bikes need some maintenance if guests are going to rely on them. We ended up renting instead.

Awesome time in Sunriver

We had an amazing time, as always in Sunriver! This house is located near the golf course and area is perfectly maintained! The house was perfect for our stay, very inviting and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the bikes, hot tub and pool! Kitchen was equipped with whatever you needed, house was clean and rental agency was very accommodating!

Filthy - avoid at all costs

This place and the reviews show nicely. Got there at dark to open the door and smelled like animals. Supposed to be dog friendly, which was okay, but this place smelled. Then to turn on the lights and see numerous stains- I counted more than a dozen upstairs and downstairs- this was disgusting. Some of the stains were over 8 inches. The hanging window coverings on both sliders were missing panels and the place is dated. There were scratch marks on some of the doors. Called the management company and was given a sorry and how could they possibly check on all the units.... Never again.

Great location and bikes!

This was a really great place to stay and they also had bikes accessible for us to use which was awesome. In the village there is a rental shop where we rented a trailer to attach to one of the bikes. There was a few pee spots from other pets but this place was good and also the fireplace was a big plus to warm up.

Very nice space. Hot tub was a treat. Kitchen stocked with every gadget imaginable. 1king,1queen and 2 sets of bunk beds. Furnishings a bit dated but everything was very comfortable and clean.

Due to wildfires we were confined to our condominium good news is it was a great place for five adults and one dog to hang together. property managers also responded within a few hours of requesting new air filters due to the wildfire smoke

Great for a weekend getaway

We had a great time visiting. The property was very nice and exactly as advertised and they were dog friendly which is a huge perk. Everything about the whole process was very organized and simple. Would recommend vacation rentals from this company!
