Continually updating & renewing with new furniture, new floors, new windows, new paint, etc. Spacious 1650 sq feet 4th floor unit with large balcony to enjoy warm ocean breezes. Close proximity to shopping, dining (of all types), and recreation.

Master suite offers a king size bed, wall mount TV, private balcony, and large private bath complete with Jacuzzi, walk in shower and double vanities.

Second bedroom also has a King size bed, private access to the main balcony, wall mount TV, and private full bathroom.

Third bedroom has Full bunk w/full bed & full trundle, TV and adjacent full bath.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar accommodating seating for 10, utensils, dishes, and cookware provided.

Perhaps the most appealing asset is this properties location. Secluded on the south side of 30A complete with private beach. You will find the 50 ft tall atrium with palm trees, tropical plants and sitting areas breathtaking. Open the slidding glass doors to see, hear and feel the ocean and it's breezes.

The beaches of Blue Mountain are some of the most beautiful in the world. We welcome you to our little piece of Heaven on earth. Bike or drive minutes away to dune lakes, fine dining, cafes, shopping, or outdoor concerts.

Our condo is located just about 20 miles from Destin and about 30 miles from Panama City.

Awesome Condo and Experience
Stayed for 5 nights in early August with my kids and their significant others (6 all together). Condo was excellent – extremely clean, lot of space, nicely furnished, complete assortment of cooking utensils (pans, pots, etc.) and kitchen appliances, large patio/deck, washer and dryer, etc. Parking was excellent - was able to park one car in the garage and it had a large outdoor lot with plenty of spaces for the 2nd car. The condo building is right on the beach, which was awesome, and the beach was beautiful and private. Had a very nice pool as well and a couple of gas BBQ’s (which we used). Building is very faimly friendly and quiet. Also had an exercise room in the building that my kids used. Check in was extremely easy, essentially owner texted me the access codes to the building and the room and that was about it. Check out was just as simple/easy, basically take trash out and start the dishwasher. Really like the Santa Rosa/30A area as well- quieter, less traffic, less commercial, great restaurants, had Publix grocery store 10 minutes away. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend the property.

We had the absolute best week with family. The condo was perfect and stocked with everything we needed. Judy gave us all the information needed prior to our arrival and it made the check in seamless :) the access to the beautiful private beach is super easy and so pretty! Condo was just as advertised. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. Although there is no view of the beach, the property has a broad walk. No need to cross a street to get to the beach!!!

Absolutely wonderful!! The condo was perfect!! Both my boys had their own bedroom and bathroom, we had our own space! Plenty of room in Condo! Everything you need is there!! Place is extremely clean and well taken care of! Condo is right on the beach, which is beautiful! Grant at the beach who does the chair service is the sweetest kid ever!! We went to Publix and ate all of our meals at the condo for the most part! McTighes Bar has great pizza, tried Goatfeathers.. will NEVER do again! Walked to Blue Mountain Creamery multiple times!! Cant wait to come back

Truly a great, just secluded enough property in a great location in the middle of 30a. Loved the solitude this property offered with great amenities, very low density beach and just everything and more we needed. I have owned and rented many properties on 30a over the years. A great rental with all things considered when comparing to many others. If you have an opportunity to speak with the owner, you are in communication with one of God's true Angels. Highly recommend

Fabulous Condo!
Fabulous condo, great location on 30A! Our group of 10 loved the condo and had enough room to spread out and not get in each other's way - which was necessary due to the uncooperative weather! The owners have provided games and books to help pass time when necessary. The kitchen is also well stocked. We loved Blue Mountain Beach condo - close and convenient to lots of different places - Seaside, Destin, restaurants, ice cream, bicycle rentals. Judy, the owner, was great to work with, answered all questions and in a timely manner - very easy to get in touch with. Will definitely consider renting again!

It is secluded but also close to many activities. I love to exercise and this is a great place to run and bike, also the workout room is great for rainy days and the atrium is great for the kids on rainy days.
