Situated in wooded Veprinac, 9 km above Opatija, it provides privacy, calmness, and freshness... but at the same time is only a few minutes distant from tourist centers like beautiful Opatija, attractive Volosko, Ičići and gorgeous blue sea...

The entire area around the property is suitable for walking, hiking, trekking, bike riding, horse riding is available in 8 km distant Učka Nature Park. Close to the Guesthouse, there's a footpath through the woods leading to Opatija in 20 min walk... this is the place for nature lovers!

You can also enjoy numerous facilities available from nearest tourist centers, beaches, nature, bars, restaurants, nightlife... throughout the year...

Apartment A4 accommodates 3 persons in 56 m2, situated on 2nd floor, north facing. Super schön!!!
Wir waren zum ersten mal da.es war super schön und wir wurden sehr nett aufgenommen.Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und freundlich!!Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht.Wir kommen wieder und können es jedem nur empfehlen!!!

Crotia was amazing
Unfortunately the place where we stayed, was not so good, owner was the most sad person, I have ever met, massive communication problem, we have been ask not to use the air-con despite temperature outside well above 35 and being with little kid. There was always something, instead of enjoying we have been worring not to find any notes on the door. Not recommended
