The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Great Room, Open Concept Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and washer and dryer. Heated pool with large Lanai, outdoor dining area, gas fire pit with seating area, cement dock with lounge chairs. Very quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and near Matlacha fishing village where you can watch the Dolphins and Manatee swimming and playing in the gulf.. The house is fully furnished and has a large gas Weber Grill, beach lounge chairs, and coolers. It is a short drive to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Naples.

Kurt and I are residential remodelers in Minnesota. In 2022, we remodeled our Kitchen with custom cabinetry, large island, Cambria Counter tops , and enhanced lighting throughout the Family Room and Kitchen. Luckily, the house did not have any interior damage from Ian. It now has a new roof and all of the lanai screens have been replaced.
Why they chose this property
We selected this home for its location and because it had previously been used as a vacation rental with a great track record. We love the sunset on the canal and the wild life. The birds, fish and other wild life are fun to watch from the Lanai. Mornings are extra special sitting out on the Lanai listening to the birds sing.
What makes this property unique
Very quiet area with Heated Pool, Canal with wild life, close proximity to shopping and eating establishments. It is just a short drive to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Walking distance to local eateries and shopping. Free Wi-Fi
