This immaculate condo with a private balcony invites comfort, and exudes modern elegance. With 2 bedroom suites and an extra bedroom, 2 baths, generous living space and stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining.
Beautiful mahogany hardwood floors and plenty of natural night flow throughout the home's open, airy layout. Other special highlights include an extra large King Bed Suite and the second Queen Bed suite for your rest and ultimate comfort.
Enjoy gatherings in the generously-sized living/dining area graced by a Large Screen TV and all Leather Furniture. Huge windows and glass sliding doors lead out to the waterfront balcony which has its own deluxe seating area to watch the boats sail by or to enjoy the sunset.
The gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its granite counters, Bar top table with seating, large pantry, and all stainless steel appliances including Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
The King Bed Master suite offers an an-suite tiled shower with a separate Jacuzzi tub and shower and granite double vanity. There is also a large walk in closet with lots of room for storage.
The Queen Suite guest bedroom has its own private bath with tub and shower.
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and is tastefully appointed.

Perfect Location for Charlottetown and Beyond

This was a great spot for walking downtown and enjoying the highlights of Charlottetown and provided a nice respite after time in the car exploring beyond. Only downside was that one of the rooms was a bit warm at night.

Central Location

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The condo is in a perfect location to walk around Charlottetown and to quickly access roads for day trips. Owners were responsive and check-in was seamless. The condo had all the amenities we needed and the yoga studio on the main level is wonderful. We come to Charlottetown annually to see family and would love to have this condo available for our dates next summer!

Lovely condo in fantastic location

This condo was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay for our 4 nights in Charlottetown. The location is perfect to restaurants and shops plus right on the waterfront with a beautiful view. The condo inside is nicely appointed and very clean. The balcony is lovely to sit on in the morning with your coffee.

PEI getaway

This property did not disappoint in any way. It was clean, well stocked and had incredibly comfortable furnishings, both in the living room and the beds. Well located to everything uptown or on the water.

Fun waterfront spot!

Great place in Charlottetown

Great location. Condo was exactly as promised. High end, super clean and well maintained, very comfortable furnishings. Central to everything and a fabulous balcony for watching the cruise ships. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect setting.

Best location in Charlottetown!

We were amazed by this condo, it is even more luxurious than the photos… it was the most comfortable stay of our two week road trip and we wish we could have stayed longer! Every convenience was provided, the beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up, and the view from the balcony was spectacular! We loved enjoying our morning coffee and evening glass of wine watching the boats pull in and out. Right next door is a beautiful little floating restaurant, as well as a large food market, the best coffeeshop in town, and that is all just steps away! We did not need to drive anywhere the whole trip because this condo is in the middle of everything! We walked to all the parks, to all the restaurants and shopping, all the historic buildings and churches… this property’s location can not be beat! We loved Charlottetown and hope to be back to visit for a longer stay… and would love to stay in this same condo again!

Charlottetown at its BEST

An excellent location, not only for the spectacular view but for day trips and a vast selection of eateries, all within walking distance. Very private. Excellent upkeep of older condo that was very well stocked with a calming decor.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The property is beautiful (with an amazing waterfront view) and the location is perfect. Having parking is a huge plus in downtown Charlottetown. I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Condo, ideal location

This was supposed to be a group trip for the Shellfish festival but unfortunately due to COVID it ended up just being my husband and I, We live in NS so were able to go to PEI without issue thankfully. Great condo, beautiful furnishings, spacious and the master bedroom/bath lovely. We brought a few things from home but really not needed, the kitchen is stocked with basics like seasonings, tinfoil, dish detergent, etc. The tray of snacks that was laid out when we arrived was much appreciated as well. The location could not be better, with a fantastic view of the marina from the balcony, too bad no cruise ships. Walking distance to all downtown Charlottetown has to offer. Our trip got cut short due to an unexpected family emergency but the 2 days we spent there was great.

Charlottetown wedding week

Nice condo with a great location.

We enjoyed staying at this waterfront condo. It met all our needs. Nicely furnished with amenities. Nice snack platter on the counter when we arrived. Much appreciated! It was fun to watch the cruise ships arrive & take off. We would recommend this condo.
