Peace of mind is important for where you are staying. Our cleaning care professionals have been trained to properly follow all CDC, VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) and VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) guidelines and protocols The empoyees have trained on proper cleaning techniques, including how to properly sanitize and disinfect various surfaces and the safe and proper usage of chemicals. In addition, all linens and towels are washed at high temperatures and an extra-long cycle to ensure that it has been sanitized properly. You can have complete confidence that guidelines are being followed.

Located in the greenbelt, 41D has breathtaking views of the ocean and the islands of Molokini and Koho'olawe from the lanai and kitchen window. This unit is a second floor unit surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. The unit has one large bedroom (plus sofa bed in living room with memory foam mattress), and two full baths. The unit is airconditioned with units in the main area and the bedroom. Enjoy your meals on the lanai or have dinner or happy hour at one of the many choices close by.

Ekahi Village is an ocean front complex with 35 acres of tropical gardens. It has four pools, one ocean front plus three 'quiet' pools. One of the quiet pools is right next to the condo which we have found very convenient. The ocean front pool is equipped with a full kitchen and BBQ grills.

Ekahi now has a fitness center open daily from 7am - 10pm. It is located just outside the Pavilion for guests over the age of 18. There is also a pickelball court on property.

It's about a seven minute walk straight down the greenbelt to put your feet in the sand. Keawakapu Beach is a beautiful beach with great snorkeling. You can also rent paddle boards and other equipment just down the beach. A short walk down the beach is the famous walking path that takes you by the Wailea hotels. From December through April make sure you keep an eye on the ocean so you don't miss the whales!

The new Pavillion is beautiful and available for guests to use.

Please note: Ekahi has had to remove all BBQs from the lanais as it is against Maui fire code. There are some BBQs at the Pavilion, two next to the quiet pool right beside the condo, four next to building 47 and some scattered throughout the property.

Perfect Wailea Condo
Literally from the moment you step through the front door the relaxation starts. Our impression of the condo in every aspect exceeded our expectations. Perfectly positioned on the estate for view, access to pool and orientation to the view. Internal decor compliments the feel of Maui. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

Beautiful Condo and Property
Susan has literally thought of everything (and more) for a wonderful stay at her family's condo. Clean, quiet, modern upgrades, tastefully decorated, quality furnishings and appliances, plentiful kitchen utensils and beach equipment. You can see the ocean from the kitchen and lanai. The view from the lanai is gorgeous as it looks over a variety of colorful vegetation. As others have mentioned, the walk back from the beach is uphill. But taking your time, turning around occasionally to rest and enjoy the view, makes it an enjoyable walk. The beach access, multiple pools, pickleball court, and short walk to a lovely beach path make the Wailea Ekahi Village a great location.

Nice Condo in Upper Wailea Ekahi
We have stayed in various condos at this location over the last 15 years. We really love the convenience of staying in a condo in this part of Maui with direct access to many pools and of course, the beach. This unit worked well for the two of us. It is large, and has everything you could possibly ask for. The owner, Susan, is very responsive and kind.

Susan's place is located at the top of Ekahi Village which has its charm because it's quiet but a little walk from the beach / pool. (Not a big deal). The unit was very well stocked with supplies and we loved the layout / furnishings / and great windows it had. Would stay again.

Absolutely Fabulous!
This was an absolutely lovely unit. We’ve stayed in many at a Ekahi Village, and this one has been our most favourite to date. The detail in the decor was stunning. The towels are next level so much so that we actually ordered some for our home because we saw the brand on the tag lol, The bed was wonderful and comfortable and even the couch bed was next level. My kids were in heaven! I laid on it and the mattress is different than any of the others I’ve ever been on-you can’t feel the springs, felt fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you need , the best part of the suite was the lovely surprise when you sit outside on the deck, you can see all the way down to the water with all the gorgeous trees, plants, and foliage in the vista. It was absolutely beautiful!! Also, one of the quiet pools is a minute away!!

Resort area and location of the condo unit was perfect. Condo was absolutely stunning and well stocked with every amenity you could want. We enjoyed the walk down to beach every evening for sunset. The Wailea beach walk is a great way to start every morning after having coffee on the Lanai with views of the ocean. Having a pool in close proximity was also a great feature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us 😊

Perfect Maui Location
This was our first time staying at Akahi. The location is very convenient. We found this unit to be well equipped with everything you would ever need for a comfortable stay. There were a few items we forgot to bring (ie beach bag) and to our delight we found them supplied. Susan was a great hostess. We would definitely recommend her condo to small families or couples.

Dream Vacation
We feel spoiled for life! The Wailea Ekahi Resort is 45-acres of tropical flowers, exotic birds, direct beach-front access, pools, and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Susan's condo is even more beautiful than the photos. She provides everything to help enhance your visit and is readily available if you need her. This was the most beautiful condo and resort at which we've ever stayed. Thank you for helping to make our 40th anniversary so memorable!

Clean and comfortable condo and only 10 minute walk to the beach. A/C worked great when it got hot. Includes all the toys you could ever need for the beach. Multiple pools and clubhouse were very nice additions. Only downside was the cabinets. They worked great but paint is peeling on many of the doors. Not a big deal though. I would definitely return!

We loved staying at this property. I was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable too. It has a walking path close by, to all the fancy hotels. It was great to start our days with a nice walk or delicious breakfast at the Grand Wailea or Humble Market Kitchen. The only thing I will say is that there is a hill you have to walk up when you are at the beach or the main pool. This may be hard for some people if they are not physically fit. We liked it because it helped us burn off the vacation calories we were eating. We hope to return someday! Thank you, Susan

Great location and amenities - skip resorts and stay here
This property is the perfect location for a quiet summer getaway. The pools and beach area have the same view as the noisy and overpriced resorts, but with less people - who we found to be nicer! Amenities in the unit also allow for you to stay in and cook, or just do happy hour out on the lanai. Would stay here again! Guests should know the beach is a 5-10 minute walk up/down hill. This was not a big deal as you had great views both ways.

Perfect stay
This place had everything we needed - direct beach access (complete with close, nice bathrooms, great for long days at the beach), comfortable places to sit in the shade, beautiful pools, excellent condo with luxurious bed, great internet, high ceilings, cute lanai. I’m embarrassed that we hardly left but this is really the best part of the island (we’ve been to Maui 4 times) and Keawakapu beach is my favorite. We would definitely return.

Spectacular view
What a beautiful view. Could see whales from the lanai. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but you can drive. It would be nice to have some barbecue grills closer. The condo is comfortable. Great furniture and warm showers. Very nice experience. Early December is very quiet. A lot louder at Christmas but everyone is respectful. Mahalo
