Pat is a fantastic host, responsive and ready with awesome recommendations. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. The kids enjoyed the big yard and the quiet street to ride their bikes. Everything is a short car ride away, including the beaches. The included beach pass is a total plus. We will totally come back in the future!
AMAZING property, book it! My husband, stepson, and toddlers stayed here & it was beyond perfect. GREAT location on a dead end road & so close to Craigsville beach. Just a short drive to all that Cape Cod has to offer! Pat was awesome and so responsive. We can’t wait to book again!
The location of this house is perfect in all ways - excellent for getting around on the Cape, close to all the local attractions in Centerville, and in a nice neighborhood at the end of the street. The house itself had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated, giving a great beach vacation feel. We didn't need our host for much (as we had everything needed!), but when we did have contact he was responsive. Great stay!
The property and house is beautiful and was perfect for us. Loved everything about our stay. Hosts were awesome and great communicators. My husband and I can’t wait to come back!!
The home was just perfect for our family of 6, last house on a dead end street in the lovely Centerville neighborhood. Close to beach, Sea’s ice cream & country store. Short drive to lively Hyannis. Beach Pass a plus! Would stay there again❤️🦞🏖Pat was a great host 👍🏻
The house is situated at the end of a dead-end street. Quiet location with nice deck, private backyard and outdoor shower. Great location for getting anywhere on the Cape!
We enjoyed our week in this beautiful house near Four Seas Ice Cream and Craigville Beach. The house has nearly everything you need for a summer escape to the coast; just remember to bring sheets and towels, because (as with many summer rental houses) linens are not included. We prefer to bring our own, so that was A-OK with us; however, a mention in the listing would be helpful so that future renters are not caught unaware. All in all, a lovely stay.
Pat was a great host. The house was clean and had a great layout. Loved the nightly walk to the beach to work off some of the yummy local ice cream! Great stay. Loved being the last house on a dead end. We will definitely rent again.

Quiet, out of the way spot.
We had the misfortune of needing a winter place to stay after our pipes burst in our condo. Late January to April stay for us, and it fit the bill. Through historical storms and cold, we were quite comfortable. This house is at the end of a short dead-end street, while it is less populated in the winter, I still know the only noise you will be hearing is the church bells and the birds.
Two good sized bedrooms and a smaller one with bunk beds is a great set up. While we didn't get to use the deck, I know it is perfect for grilling & eating and the firepit is a great feature.
You can walk or run to the beach if you are in for a bit of a workout. Easy walk to the penny candy store with older kids, or with your kids in the stroller. A little bit further is 4 Seas, perhaps you will walk off that ice cream.

Hi and thanks for checking out our Cape house! Katelin & I purchased the house in 2017 and have really enjoyed spending time to improvements, make it our own & of course make it welcoming to our guests! Since the purchase we have welcomed our first child Madalyn and are expecting our second this summer. We live in the Boston area and love the city but love getting away to our special place in Centerville. Good luck in your search for the perfect vacation get away!

Why they chose this property
This Centerville location puts your right in the mix of all that is Cape Cod. Just a mile from Craigville beach (parking pass included). Pack your lunch for the day or enjoy the little food stand The Barnacle down on the beach! Only a quick ride or UBER and you are at all the restaurants on Hyannis Harbor or Main Street. The Cape Cod Melody tent is just a stones throw down the road if your favorite band happens to be in town. Yarmouth offers some fantastic restaurants, some of our favorite, The Yarmouth House & Captain Parkers. The other way 15-20 min down the road Mashpee Commons offers some great dining and shopping. In Cotuit there is a great hole in the wall restaurant/bar that we love for some stuffed cohogs, Kettle Ho. In Osterville there are some cool spots as well, Whimpy's which offer's traditional fair, Crisp which is great for some craft beer and PIZZA! Just across the center of town is Five Bays Bistro which is a more upscale dining experience. Just a half mile from the house located at 28/Main St is the Cape Cod Package Store which has a great Craft Beer and Wine Selection! There are mini golf and Ice cream places all around to keep the kids entertained. Just down Main Street past the Old Country Store is the famous 4 Seas Ice Cream which is a MUST before you wrap up your stay.
What makes this property unique
After a great day on Craigville beach it is always great to get home fire up the grill and toss a few logs on the fire pit. The backyard is surrounded by conservation land which offers a great deal of privacy. Away from the fire place there is a fairly big yard to set up yard games or just let the kids run out their energy. We have the yard sprayed with an organic blend to keep the bugs from BUGGING you during your vacation. The house is at the end of a dead end and there is plenty of room for parking.
