Set in a dramatic location that encompasses views of the town of Taos, spectacular sunsets, and majestic Taos Mountain, Casa Sienna is the ideal location for your stay in Taos. Located in the desirable Blueberry Hill area, the beauty and peacefulness of its surroundings are unmatched - and the close proximity to Taos Ski Valley and the galleries and restaurants of Taos make its location the best of both worlds.
But the views are merely the beginning. The home of a set decorator in the movie industry, Casa Sienna has been lovingly furnished with extensive southwestern touches: hand-carved doors, Native American crafts, and many other artistic details. Recent trips to Southeast Asia and Latin America have yielded a treasure trove of beautiful folk art. The warmth and eclectic charm of Taos are present in Casa Sienna from the first moment you walk in the front door. A warning - you will not want to leave!
Entertaining? A well-equipped gourmet kitchen and service for 20 make preparing meals a breeze. And an outdoor dining table provides an exquisite al fresco setting.
Need to relax after a day of skiing or visiting the galleries? The large hot tub with its drop-dead gorgeous view of Taos Mountain is the perfect spot to unwind.
Two living rooms - each with its own fireplace - provide ample room for reading or relaxing. There are two bedrooms upstairs -- each with a queen-sized bed -- and three bedrooms downstairs (two have queen-sized beds and one has a full-sized bed). A daybed provides flexible sleeping arrangements.
Casa Sienna has it all: a beautiful location, close proximity to skiing and downtown, and a style that is uniquely Taos. It will more than meet your expectations!

If you're looking for a quality home with amazing views in Taos, this one will most likely disappoint. There's a reason it's one of the least expensive. Lots of issues with this house that were a disappointment. Water damage throughout the home, heating system is horrible, and lots of other small issue. None of the TV streaming services worked. The bedroom heaters are 1970's vintage radiant heaters that are loud and quite dangerous in my opinion. Overall it was below average accommodations.
We had a wonderful time in this home. The artwork was awe inspiring as well as the views from the home. The home was well equipped with everything we needed.
My wife, our two dogs and myself enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Great location, wonderful art/decor and as advertised, 360 views and good outdoor spaces to enjoy them! The kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals and there were many options for sitting areas and dining with views and natural lighting. Despite being July and rather hot the house stayed cool and the natural ventilation from cool evening air was wonderful. Highly recommend this listing for a visit to the Taos area.
My family and I had a wonderful stay! All of the amenities made our stay so easy and it felt like a home away from home but with a really cool southwest style! The kitchen view while I cooked or did dishes was fantastic! We had so much room to get comfortable for my whole family!
Casa Sienna was perfect for our family Christmas vacation, just as beautiful and accommodating as the pictures and descriptions. Ten of us ages 2-70 were quite comfortable with plenty of beds including a daybed and large couch next to one of the welcoming fireplaces with a pack and play for the great grandbaby. There were plenty of thick absorbent towels, blankets and quilts. I appreciated the makeup remover in each bathroom and plenty of lotion which was certainly needed with the cold mountain air. The gourmet kitchen had every appliance imaginable, plenty of coffee, lots of teas and any type of spice you might want. The high quality cookware and utensils made it very easy to prepare meals. The sun rise greeted us each morning through the large windows and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. I have not seen stars like that since I was a child and the mountains were gorgeous with ever changing colors due to the New Mexico sun. My granddaughter is a professional photographer and she was delighted to have the opportunity to shoot photos there. The art was all so lovely. The house is far enough away from the other homes in the area so that you could breathe. Our host was very nice, answered every question and quickly. If you are considering booking here think no more it is exactly as described and absolutely a heavenly retreat. I didn’t want to leave.
Thank you Greg for being a wonderful host and sharing your beautiful home with us!

I have attended the Dixon Studio Tour for many years. Until this year we stayed in downtown Taos. Needing more bedrooms, I looked at other properties. Art with a View was perfect and I looked no further! We loved the kitchen/dining room table area and spent many meals gathered around food. The outdoor area and fabulous starry nights was inspiring! Thank you for sharing this lovely home.
We were delightfully surprised at the incredible Art and artifacts in this lovely house. The hot tub was perfect, the hammock was restful, the kitchen was well stocked, the 5 bedrooms all very comfortable. Highly recommended!
Our group, 5 adults and a mature golden retriever, had a wonderful visit at this property. Our first impression was that the house was unbelievably well-appointed and the instructions for things like lights, the hot tub and closing up were very clear and easy to follow. The host is very attentive as well and provided tips on how to keep the house cool during hot afternoons, which worked like a charm.
The house is about 10-15 minutes from most of the things a first-time visitor would want to see that are close to Taos, whether it be the main downtown attractions, the Taos Pueblo, the Gorge Bridge or a visit to check out the nearby Earthships. The layout of the house was great for our group and provided three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor for those with mobility concerns.
The house is very comfortable with two sitting areas (readers and TV watchers were both happy at the same time) and a large dining room table that was utilized for puzzles and card games. Can I bring that kitchen and view from the sink home with me, please? It was very nice space for 2-3 people to work on meals together. During our visit, the fall weather was wonderful so we found that we spent the majority of our time on the back patio for such activities as having morning coffee with an amazing view, listening to music or talking while watching the light change on the landscape, grilling, dining, hot tubbing or swinging in the hammock as well as watching the Milky Way come out at nigh
Wonderful view of the Sangre de Christo range. Very quiet out on the mesa west of Taos but still convenient to Taos attractions. Very nice accommodations.
This was a very comfortable home for all nine adults, plus a one year old. The location couldn’t have been better for wanting to enjoy Taos and all it has to offer! It was so nice to sit on the porch in the evenings and see the mountains all around!
The house is nice and kitchen was great. The hot tub was the cleanest of any VRBO I’ve stayed at. The house is very convenient to the ski area. The house doesn’t have AC but it wasn’t needed in June. The windows were tricky to open as the frames are rotting. Be careful opening them. Plenty of parking and great views of the mountains from anywhere on the property. Overall, very pleasant experience.
The house is great, and is as advertised in the photos/description. The multiple bedrooms/living areas and the hot tub were appreciated by our larger group. It is close to both the ski resort and the town of Taos (although plan ahead if youre going to go into town for drinks/food. There are no taxis or ubers and its a 10 minute drive).
Overall great house in a good location.
This property has stunning views of the mountains and sunsets! House has LOTS of interesting decor and plenty of space. The location is close (10 minutes- more or less) to the town of Taos, Taos Pueblo, the EarthShip Community, Rio Grande Gorge and a short 30 minute ride to Taos Ski Valley. We had a great time!
This proposal was exactly as described. Greg was very easy to deal with and very responsive.

I am fortunate to split my time between Casa Sienna and my farm in Costa Rica (Finca Sienna, vrbo #578922). (Sienna is the name of my daughter). Extensive international travel has allowed me to collect the artwork that adorns both properties, and I am a firm believer in the concept of refuge -- spending time in an environment that promotes relaxation, contemplation, and reconnection with one's self and loved ones. It is a joy for me to share my homes with like-minded guests.
