Only an exceptional place can offer many pleasures of life and enjoyment of nature all in a day. Breathing the freshest air in California, waking up to the sound of birds singing in the rhythm of water gently tapping the shore. On the deck for a sip of local wine, from the vineyard of Lake County, while you watching the magnificent sunset behind the unforgettable Mt Konocti. Gazing at the navy blue hue and the silver sparkle of the moonlight on the lake before bidding everyone goodnight..

Disliked: Cleanliness

Upon entering the first the my friend said who owns a pest control business was this place smells like rats....so of course while looking in & out the house they had rat traps & poison everywhere..... 4 nights of staying there we could not clear the air.. besides that it didnt have little soaps or shampoos,, there was 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, we had to go buy more of course & finally there was 1 air conditioner in the main bedroom so we had to freeze so the rest of the house could cool off.. did I mention it smelled like rats.... we stay at 7 or 8 different places a year and this was by far the worst
Very clean, great location, and couldn't have been or worked out any better. Will definitely go back, & refer it to others. THANKS!

A diamond in the rough.
The property is right on the lake with access to the lake. The accommodations were comfortable. Lots of parking, new beds, large kitchen, large back yard, and great view of lake are great assets. Owner is making inprovements. Attention to the details will make this a 5 star property.
