A gem in the centre of Cagliari
Comfortable accommodation right on the sea front and in the centre of town. All that was needed and the bedroom was both quiet and spacious. Right above a bookshop and near to many fantastic cafes and restaurants.

Superb location and very comfortable
I stayed at this accommodation for a whole week and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was working at the university, so the location of the apartment was very convenient. You can walk to all the places that you would want to visit, including the wonderful Mercato. Although the apartment is on a busy street, I did not find the noise intrusive and the bedroom is very quiet. Gabriel is a wonderful host and picked me up at the airport for a reasonable cost of €15. I loved my stay and I would happily return.

Situation de l'appartement et accès
Localisation de l'appartement idéal. Mais au premier étage avec un escalier très très raide. Inaccessible aux handicapés et difficilement aux personnes âgés surtout avec des bagages. Rideau de douche à changer. Et nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire ni a l'arrivée ni au départ.

Idéalement situé !
Appartement au cœur de Cagliari, pratique pour une arrivée en train ( gare à 5 mn à pied) et des lignes d autobus ( pour se rendre à la plage par ex ) Spacieux, bien équipé et confortable. Le propriétaire est très sympa et n hésite pas à faire part de ses adresses.

Gabriele est très sympathique et nous a donné de bonnes adresses. L'appartement est très beau, très fonctionnel et grand. Il est très bien situé (bus juste en face pour la plage) et en plein centre historique. C'était vraiment très bien !

Une bonne adresse près du centre de Cagliari
Appartement bien équipé situé sur le port et tout près du centre historique de Cagliari. L'environnement est un peu bruyant sur la via Roma mais ce n'est pas trop gênant dans l'appartement. Ne pas hésiter à s'éloigner un peu de via Roma pour garer la voiture, il y a des parkings à 10 minutes de marche. Accueil sympa de Gabriele.

Belle vue sur le port et à proximité de tous les petits commerces. La chambre, confortable, est à l'abri du bruit. Seul l'équipement de la cuisine laisse à désirer.

L’appartamento ha originalità e charme, ma soprattutto una posizione invidiabile, su via Roma, nell’affascinante quartiere Marina. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. A pochi metri, parcheggi a pagamento e tutte le comodità per vacanzieri e non. Perfetto per un city-break!

Un'ottima sistemazione alla Marina di Cagliari
La casa di Gabriele è proprio come appare nell'annuncio. Però quando entrerete potrete apprezzare quello che dalle foto non si può cogliere: l'atmosfera di una via casa antica nella Marina di Cagliari, con i rumori, gli odori e la vita di un quartiere vivo e affascinante. Circondata da negozietti, locali e ottimi ristoranti e trattorie, a 10min. a piedi da Piazza Yemme, il cuore pulsante della città. Gabriele è stato molto cortese e la casa era fornita di tutto quello di cui potevo avere bisogno. Consigliatissima sia per la location, che per l'attrezzatura presente, che per il proprietario.

Excellent location, surprisingly quiet bedroom, spacious , generous and friendly host Gabriele
We loved Gabriele's light filled and spacious apartment, located on Via Roma, in Marina, overlooking the harbour. Lovely restaurants abound near by, and the local bus to Poetto (Pf or Pq) or the local Mercato San Benedetto (M) stops just steps away from your front door. Gabriele was very friendly and most helpful, offering us a ride from the train station when we arrived. Communication was easy and reliable. The apartment was very spacious ,clean, and well designed with the bedroom at the very back, living area towards the street so we slept well.Internet was excellent in the living room, Wish we could have stayed longer..Grazie mille Gabriele

C'est un appartement très bien situé, dans une rue important, près des bus , gare , centre historique et en face du port. Le prix à payer étant le bruit de la circulation. Comme il n'a pas fait chaud, j'ai pu fermer les fenêtres. L'appartement est grand, assez grand pour un couple avec un enfant. Il dispose de l'essentiel et est dans un assez bon état. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et prêt à résoudre tous les problèmes.

Bellissimo appartamento in centro!
L'appartamento è molto spazioso, luminoso e accogliente. Ampio soggiorno che continua su una comoda sala da pranzo con una piccola cucina essenziale ma funzionale e ben fornita. Il bagno non ha finestre ma è dotato di un aspiratore automatico che fa il suo dovere. Le camere sono sul lato interno dell'edificio quindi risultano ben isolate dai rumori esterni, che comunque non si fanno sentire molto nemmeno nel soggiorno affacciato su una via principale. L'appartamento è proprio nel centro di cagliari. Davanti al portone ci sono le fermate dei bus per andare alla spiaggia (poetto) che si raggiunge in una decina di minuti. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a cagliari, risceglierei questa casa, anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Comme sur l annonce!
Bel surface d appartement, bel emplacement au coeur de la ville.tout est accessible à pied, avec des baskets de préférence car CAgliari est escarpé... Avons passe un très bon moment.ville à visiter.juste soucis pour garer.rien ne manque dans l appartement.nous recommandons cette location, très bon rapport qualité/prix.Gabriele très accueillant.
