Perfect location

My stay was very good, the beach was just a short walk away. Perfect location, stores,restaurants are nearby. Easy checkin. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot

We really enjoyed the spot. The beds were small- definitely not suitable for two couples just 2 adults. The beach is truly walking distance. Same with a few restaurant options. The property is well maintained, nice pool and good tennis courts. A few things in the long email of instructions were outdated but other than that pretty seamless. The check in and out was easy but had a bunch of rules which weren’t a problem just overwhelming to read through. The kitchen was fully functional and it was a great spot for us to stay with plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again.

Winter get away

Chateau LeMar is a wonderful peaceful place to stay. The properties are well maintained, the our guests and owners are very pleasant. I have been staying here for the past 5 years, I come down yearly (3 times in 2024) and always look forward to staying there.

Perfect for us!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool is right outside, the beach is just a short walk away with option to purchase a chair setup. The location was perfect for us to make it to everywhere we needed to go. The host was responsive and offered lots of amenities along with the room. Scenic 98 is a great place to walk and our dog loved every second of it! Thanks for a great stay at the Chateau La Mer!

Wonderful little condo

This condo was perfect. We stayed at 14A which is on the ground level which made it so nice for taking our two fur babies outside. The condo was perfect for just my husband and I. We loved the condo being so close to the beach and all of the green space outside for our pets. We will definitely be back. Only issue was neighbors upstairs were noisy at times scooting the furniture around and some of the floor tiles outside of the bedroom door were loose needing replaced. We will be booking a stay at Chateau La Mer again!

Convenience

The check in process and check out process was easy. The unit was clean upon arriving. The furniture is nice. The beds & pillows were comfortable. We always bring our own blankets. The unit came with a good supply of towels if needed. The bathroom was average size with a good size sink. It has a cabinet above the toilet to provide storage for all bathroom items. The kitchen utensils were alright. Need bigger bowls- we made noodle soup and the biggest bowl they had did not hold much. We didn’t use the coffee maker so I can’t comment on that. The only annoying thing is when you’re opening the oven it would hit the dishwasher if it’s not closed tight, they are too close. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes or less which is a PLUS. The beach being private access we enjoyed how it wasn’t overly crowded. You can bring your own tent or you have option to rent a beach chair/umbrella set if you’d like. The condominium have their own outside shower/spray area from when you come back from the beach. The pool is right in front of the unit which was lovely. The pool area also has its own restrooms. I wish the unit had its own washer/dryer but they do have community access to washer/dryer. The complimentary multi spice jar was a cute gift. Overall we did enjoy our stay and we would definitely rent this place again.

Can’t wait to come back

We very much enjoyed our stay !!! They even left a lil happy for our pup !!! Not a lot of places will allow bigger dogs. So that was a plus. Close and easy walk to the beach. Not far from lord of things to do/eat. I felt like we where out of the hustle Bustle but not far to go to get what we needed. Nice areas to walk you and your dog. Steps from the pool. Comfortable beds. We can’t wait to come back!!! Hope next year the same place is available!!

Paradise on the fly

Very nice property in an amazing location! Directly in front of the pool and club house, 10 minutes drive from more than you could do in a year (ride in a helicopter, pet an alligator, take a kung fu lesson, hit a cryospa) but nestled in the happiest little oasis of calm, and only moments casually strolling from some the best beach in the world! Sand that is almost fluffy and excellent restaurants everywhere! Absolutely gorgeous, would return tomorrow!

Enjoyed our stay!

The property manager was easy to contact and very helpful during booking. We loved the location of the property...just a short walk to the beach! There was always parking available right beside our door which was especially helpful when unloading & loading our luggage. I knew when booking this property that there was not a washer and dryer in the unit. Although it would be nice to have, the laundry room located behind the pool was easy to access and extremely well kept. There is also a feature that allows you to scan and pay for the washer/dryer with your phone so that you don't have to worry with using change. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

A great location. A “cabin” feel of property in general.

This property was clean but could use some love, caulking n paint in closets, cabinets, etc. needs new pots n pans, cooking and eating utensils, coffee pot missing a piece therefore messy. Great drinking glasses! Bed were comfortable, plenty of bath towels. Close to beach. Carl was great at the beach set up. Kenny D’s is good food and walking distance. Appreciate we could bring our little pooch. Thanks.
