Comfortable, easy living, beach, golf, restaurants, nightlife and shopping.

Ground level condo, oceanfront, fishing on beach, new beach access, sunbathing and just plain relaxing. Parking spaces available.

Perfect Vacation

This was my second year staying here and I Could not ask for a more beautiful view! The room was clean and comfy. Super convenient for a family! Cant wait to come back!

Manasota Key - Unit 1

The property is spectacular! The pictures listed on the rental information for this property do not accurately represent what it truly looks like. The beach is shallow but we did not mind, we had the private beach to ourselves most of the time. It is a very beautiful location. The owner is responsive and helpful.

Amazing stay!!

Had the best vacation at Marsha’s condo! Can’t beat that balcony view. Everything was just lovely!! With 5 units, it was actually extremely quiet and our neighbors told us numerous times they had not heard our toddler. I have never found so many awesome shells or sharks teeth before. We’ll definitely be back!! Thanks so much, Marsha!

Eastwood get away

My stay was amazing! The ocean view was incredible!! We would see dolphins swimming every day. The sound of the ocean going to sleep was amazing- Then waking up to the sound of the ocean stated your day with a smile. The shells on the beach were just gorgeous. The home was so spacious and comfortable. Just an overall great experience.

Dated but can't beat location

Initial reaction to walking in: cluttered, dated, musty. BUT you can overlook those things b/c the location is prime. We loved being on the 'fringes' of the town, very quiet. Conveniently located loungers stored down on the sand. There are steps going down to beach, but sitting on the deck was like being on the beach b/c its so close to the water's edge. Living area is large, bedrooms are tiny. The 'master' bath was even tinier. We let our teenager have it b/c the musty smell was bad, no window's, and the shower was so small my husband (6') would never have fit in it. Mattresses were good condition, very cushy. I hope the owners will invest in sheets/mattress pads that actually fit the beds. Sheets were constantly coming off, simply fix by buying deep pocket fitted sheets. Kitchen-Needs more plastic cups. I didn't like taking glassware onto the deck or beach. Plus they need more coffee cups, there was only 1! There is no pantry so food had to be left on counters. The perfect end to every day was the hot tub! You cannot beat overlooking the ocean while relaxing in the moonlight. We will never stay in another condo w/o a hot tub. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean and chlorinated. When I contacted mgmt with minor issues they replied immediately!

Peaceful and Easy

We had a wonderful week, and can't wait to come back! So easy to just walk down the steps from the deck and be on the beach! We never even set our tent up, just used an umbrella from Marsha's stash of beach equipment/toys for the baby a few times. The large living space was great for my kids, but I had to pull them away from the big TV several times. There was plenty of clean linen, and the laundry building was close by. I was worried that my loud kids might disturb the couples staying above and beside us, but they told us they had not heard them. I liked that the property had a gated access at the road, and made me feel safer. We usually go to Sanibel, but due to the hurricane damage there I searched and found Manasota Key. I love and miss Sanibel, but I did find this beach to be more private, quiet, and laid-back. Everyone is commenting on my pictures that I posted, and wanting info on the listing.

The best hidden gem

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We choose a different beach every year to take my 10 year old to after school gets out, but we will for sure be back next year! I have never stayed somewhere so close to the water. I got to see so much marine life, and found so many sharks teeth. I was even able to swim next to manatee one morning. It was truly unforgettable, and so convenient. Beds are SUPER comfy, and the unit was huge. Thanks again for a great time!

Close to the water with a spacious deck

The tv system needs a major upgrade! -simplified. But, we went to Manasota Key for the beach experience, not to watch tv. And we were very close to the water and that was great.

Location! Location! Location!

So close to the ocean! We loved the 3 sliding doors on our deck giving us AMAZING views all day. Very comfortable stay with all the amenities. So happy to have a hot tub!

Location, location, location

Property is older and could use some updating along with a good deep cleaning. Definitely paying for the beachfront location for this property. The pool was closed due to hurricane Ian which was a big disappointment to my family. Also disappointing was the fact that the pool closure was not disclosed during my communications with the property owner after Hurricane Ian. There is an urn on the fireplace mantle which I found odd for an VRBO. The on-site Landry facility was great. The beds were not very comfortable to us. There is a lot of glass furnishings so if you have a young family this might not be the property for you. Overall, good experience and the beach front location really made the property.

Thanksgiving in Florida

The property was the closest we have ever stayed to the beach, right off the porch. Ian made it hard for everyone, so we are not surprised the area was rough. We will for sure stay here again in the future.

Great spot but no privacy

It would have been perfect if there wouldn’t have always been people who were always camped right in front of the patio blocking the view, and making a lot of noise. From what we heard, another rental company across the street is telling their guests to use the same beach access. But overall it was a very nice time. The owner was quick to respond to any concerns we had, and took care of them soon after. Huge space to enjoy, and full beach view. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your wonderful space.

This was heaven on earth!

We couldn't have been happier! The location, the proximity to the beach, the cleanliness, Marsha's communications... all were fantastic! Having the beach, the heated pool, the hot and the ocean all within a few feet was just wonderful for the kids. Being closer to the private homes meant the beach was often almost empty!

I am from WV own a small business a flower shop enjoy vacationing in Fl. Found this quaint little town over 25 years ago and never left. My parents came here for golf and the ocean. My brother and I own this unit and 4 other ones in this complex.

It is at the edge of the ocean. The view is spectatular in a laid back old fashion community. The atmosphere is friendly and has many year round residents.
