Lake Lure continues to recover from Helene. Dancing Waters Lodge is welcoming guests! Bald Mountain Lake, which this home on, is open for recreational use! Great for larger gatherings, holidays, retreats, reunions. Although the Chimney Rock Village shops and the Lake Lure lake/beach/waterfront remain closed for 2025, there is SO MUCH that our beautiful foothills area has to offer. Come to DWL as a peaceful retreat and “home base” for visiting nearby towns and attractions. Many area restaurants and activities in Lake Lure, Hendersonville and Asheville are now open. There are 2 championship golf courses in Rumbling Bald, area wineries, breweries, music, hiking trails, waterfalls, and more within an hour's drive of Lake Lure. Tryon International Equestrian Center Pavilion is hosting some of the Chimney Rock businesses on weekends. Chimney Rock State Park is projected to open summer 2025. Rutherfordton, Black Mountain, Saluda, Asheville-Biltmore Estate, Mills River, Blowing Rock, Boone, and Brevard are great day-trip destinations. By visiting, you’re supporting the local businesses of Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and Western NC.

As guests Dancing Waters Lodge you’ll have access to Rumbling Bald amenities (12 Guest Passes are provided. Children under 12 don't need a pass). Enjoy the RB amenities such 18-hole golf courses, driving ranges, restaurants, indoor pool, whirlpool, steam and dry saunas, fitness center, spa/salon, and hiking the year-round plus seasonal special events. Dancing Waters Lodge is a spacious, two level Lakeside/Mountain home, 5 Bedrooms with Queen Beds, 3.5 Baths and 1-queen sleeper in a sectional sofa in LL. This home is within the gated Rumbling Bald community on Bald Mt. Lake, and is a short walk to the Wellness Center, Bald Mt. Golf Course, mini golf, outdoor pickleball, tennis, basketball courts and RB restaurants.

MAIN LEVEL: Open floor plan with a well equipped Kitchen opening into Family Room/Dining Area, Screened in Porch and large Deck space. The Dining Area has a table for 8-10, and 4 more seats at the Kitchen bar. Family Room has a Smart TV and gas fireplace. Master Bedroom with private bath-Queen Bed/TV. Guest Bedroom - Queen Bed. Half Bath off the Front Entry/Great Room.

LOWER LEVEL: 3 Bedrooms-all Queen Beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa in family room, 2 Full Baths - One of the baths has a convenient exit door to the LL Deck and Hot Tub area. The LL Family Room has a Smart TV w/streaming service, gas fireplace. Walk out from the Great Room to a large Lower Level Deck area. On this Deck you can play corn hole. Walkway and stairs down to dock/floating dock and watercrafts.

OUTSIDE AMENITIES: Gas Grill- (propane provided), Hot tub, Kayaks, SUP Boards, Floating Dock (Paddle Boat is no longer available)

PLEASE NOTE: Guest Passes are provided to you at the home giving access to amenities at Rumbling Bald. There will be additional charges for use of some of those amenities such as golf and special events.
Golf carts are available for rent through Bald MT Golf Course.

•All reservations, including VRBO are REQUIRED to sign a RENTAL AGREEMENT. The RA is sent in a separate email for electronic signature. We will not process your credit card for the deposit until after you sign the rental agreement.
