Right across the street from the beach, this island retreat features a huge deck spanning the back and side of the house, overlooking a beautiful private pool and hot tub. The deck is also the perfect place to unwind and catch stunning sunsets. The main floor has a large open living area and an updated kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops. There are also two king masters with en-suite bathrooms.

Easy Breezy

This was an easy and enjoyable vacation! Great location for children to play and be free. Safe and quiet. We liked the relatively large pool and hot tub. The beach is an easy walk, and though the resort is next door, we could turn south and be crowd-free. Loved having four bikes provided, too.

Family Beach Vacation Dream Come True!

Great layout including 3 en-suite bedrooms ( master on balcony level) and fourth bunked bedroom for kids! Private pool and hot tub and steps to beach umbrellas or provided bikes! Only thing we would change and it is super minor is update on pool furniture! Loved the property!

Nice house but needs updates

This is very close to the beach and why I am giving it an overall 4/5 rating. The appliances were all solid and the house cooled very nicely. Pool was clean and well maintained. Inside the house felt mostly clean but furniture could use a deep scrub. There were several issues with the house. The worst of those being the deck / railing. The railing was falling apart. Lost of moving parts that were not screwed down. Someone could easily have fallen off the deck and we closed this off. There is also a huge dip in the deck by the pool with screws sticking up. Kids tripped and stepped on screws and got hurt. Interior of the house looks like a handyman half fixes items. Several burnt out light bulbs and couldn’t find what switches went to.

Great property, 100 yards from the beach. Had 7 adults and a 5 month old. Home was plenty big.

CoVid getaway

Looked for a place to hang out with my family during the CoVid quarantine. House was perfect. Big open kitchen was a must since we cooked all of our meals. The new Hot tub was very popular. Very short walk to the beach. Quiet area at the end of North Forest Beach.

Nice house

We enjoyed the property! It was a nice quiet street with easy beach access and a great pool. The bikes were great and we used them often. We’d happily stay here again.

Great beach house and location

Great House with plenty of space. Pros: Comfortable family room, spacious kitchen, easy quick walk out to the beach, right next door to Sonesta resort, bikes on site (bonus). Cons: Slight musty smell upon arrival, but its the beach and that is common. We lit a candle and it was fine. Had a minor issue with TV but called office and issue resolved immediately, it was more user error (lol). It would be nice to have instructions for the jacuzzi control panel. Other than that great stay and I would recommend.

Close to beach

Pros: 2min walk to beach Nice pool Gate at top of deck stairs perfect for children Close to shopping Beach towels provided Cons: Main level bed and bath doors don't lock Entrance door can't be locked from inside (young kids can open it) Patio furniture was rusty and left rust stains on swimsuits that were set there to dry Carpeted rooms smell of mold and most our guests had allergy symptoms
