Great place to stay, awesome house!

Great location for our stay while attending a wedding at The Poppy. Well set up house that can cater to any group (size/age/vacation type etc.). Benson was very helpful with getting us in the house even though there was a slight issue with the key holder. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful Property

My friends and I stayed at the New Seabury property to attend a wedding and to golf. The house was extremely spacious and well maintained. The only issue is that the kitchen appliances are a little dated, but it was not a problem. Liked the large central living space that provided an area for us to gather. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very comfortable and clean.

Family Fun in Mashpee Sun

The property had everything a family needs for a Cape experience. Great outdoor space, grill, close to the beach, mini golf, fresh seafood etc. Additionally, the owners were very responsive and accommodating. A few things are outdated, but it did not take away from the overall value and I would recommend this house to any family, especially a family who needs a first floor master for grandparents

Wedding weekend family fun

The house was spacious and had plenty of room for our family. The location was perfect for the wedding activities and local sightseeing. The check in and communication with the owner was easy. We appreciated the welcome binder with information on the local area. However, on the negative side, the house could really use some updating especially the master bathroom. The old jacuzzi tub (which the owner indicated does not work either as a jacuzzi or a tub) should be replaced with a modern shower! The tub was uneven on the bottom and made for some tricky footing when using the shower. The kitchen was well stocked, but had plastic plates and bowls which was odd. Some of the windows in the master bedroom were identified when we got there as not working which was unfortunate it would have been nice to have the windows open to let the cool night air in. Despite these things, overall this was a great house and we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, nice view of golf course, big rooms, lots of natural light. Could have been cleaner, killed spiders and ants, master bath tub a disappointment as we had small children and no tub, very musty smell on lower level.

Cute house in a gated community

We really liked our stay. The house was spacious and cute and well equipped. Benson was a great host. We had one issue but it was very easy to communicate with Benson, he was very accommodating and friendly and took care of our issue. The area itself is in a country club which is beautiful and exclusive and suburban so it is the best fit for people who enjoy that kind of atmosphere.

Family getaway in Mashpee

We had a wonderful time in Mashpee. We used this house to get the family together to celebrate my daughter's 3rd birthday in the Cape Cod area. It was a great location, close to many delicious places to eat, close to Mashpee Commons and the ferry to martha's vineyard. The house had a lot of great amenities and our family really enjoyed the home in the evenings, it was a great place to unwind and relax.

A beautiful and comfortable house, great location!

This house is a real jam: from a great location that overlooks a beautiful golf course, to a very well-stocked kitchen and a great separate unit downstairs for the kids. We had 12 people in our party, ranging 8 months to 78 years old, and we all fit very comfortably in the house and thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion weekend here. We mostly stayed in and cooked all our meals in the house, and the kitchen is perfectly suited for that. The kids had their own separate unit downstairs with a game room, a dining room and a huge bedroom that could fit them all in. They simply loved it! The house is very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the owner is very easy and pleasant to deal with. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with our family, we highly recommend it and would love to be back!

Spacious and bright home in Seabury

We comfortably housed nine family members in this large house for three nights, and it was wonderful. Very close to South Cape Beach State Park, there's a golf course right there. Easy drive to Falmouth for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard on the ferry. Nice outdoor deck, big gas grill, and the beds and bedrooms are all quite large. Kitchen was quite well equipped, and we cooked there each night and morning.

Lovely home in a close knit community

My friends and I spent the weekend here for my birthday. We had a great time. We got there Saturday afternoon and went right to the grill. Had a little issues with bugs but once we put the bug spray on we were alright. Spent the rest of the evening eating & drinking playing games some we brought and some provided by the owner (nice job). The next day we spent at the beach and went out to eat at a restaurant in the Commons. Had an overall good time at the house. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area with friends & family.

Perfect for our large group

My family vacations in different locations every year, and it is always a challenge getting everyone to agree on a place to stay. This home ended up being a perfect fit, and met everyone's needs. Located in a non-touristy part of Cape Cod in a beautiful, wooded housing development offered us privacy, but with attractions/food/shopping just a short drive away. The home was completely spotless, and everything was functional. The brand new washer/dryer and AC were great. It was such a relief to not have to bring our own linens and towels with us, and to be able to come back with our own clean laundry after a week was awesome. The kids had a blast playing the video game downstairs in their own "kid zone". The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were spacious, much bigger in person! Looking out onto the golf course pond every morning was a great way to start the day. The beach is literally 5 minutes away, and even in late June, we had it mostly to ourselves. We can't wait to come back next year and enjoy ourselves in this beautiful home. After 7 years of vacationing, it would be the only place my family would agree to stay in twice! The ONLY thing I would change is the white carpet in the main living space.

Amazing time at an amazing house

Great house!

This was a great space to stay in for a friend's wedding at Popponesset! It is about a 5-10 minute drive from the inn. The bedrooms are big and there is living space both downstairs and upstairs (not even including the deck outside) so everyone has enough space to spread out. This would be an amazing place to rent if you are coming with kids, as there is a whole room downstairs for kid's activities. We had 9 adults staying and had a perfect amount of room. Highly recommend! Would book again!
