About this property

Relax in Great Beach Front Condo

Our principal focus is for you, our guest, to have quality vacation time and be able to stay in a place that will be as comfortable and provide the conveniences similar to the home you left. We update our unit annually to keep the living room, dining room and bedrooms looking new and fresh. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and high quality cooking utensils. Bath room towels, bed linens and mattresses are also updated annually with excellent quality bedding and linens. Should you decide to stay in and cook (the local restaurants are great) you will find a kitchen with stone counter tops and new cabinets stocked with quality china and accessories. Sand toys and floats for the kids are in a box on the balcony. Inside toys, puzzles and books are located in boxes in the bedroom closet.
The master and second bedroom have king size beds and bedroom three has two queen beds. Each bedroom has a HD TV and DVD player.
The living room's 55' HD TV and master bedroom 42' TV have Blu Ray DVD players with internet capabilities.
Our 9th floor location is high enough to get you away from noise but low enough to enjoy beautiful beach and swimming pool views. The balcony is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. There are no obstructions to block the beautiful beach and pool views.
In short, we think our condo offers everything you want including owners who are committed to helping you enjoy your beach time. We believe you will want to come back again and again.

Very impressed with the property. The condo was perfect! The view was outstanding !Very clean and completely furnished.Kitchen had everything you needed. Linens were plentiful and very plush. Very comfy beds too. The property amenities were great for family’s or adults only. Highly recommend Summer House. Construction was a bit loud but overall a great place

The condo is very homey with comfortable beds and furniture, and the view is spectacular! The host, David is very nice and easy to do business with. The picture of the bedroom with two queen beds needs to be updated as there is only one queen in that room.

Our best beach trip!
Our family of 6 adults, a 4 yo and 1 yo, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing condo. As 3 families, we have never all stayed in one unit, but we decided it’s our favorite way to go! We had plenty of room, the unit was more than well-equipped, and it was conveniently located. One thing we really enjoyed was the balcony; we spent so much time out there, it was nicely furnished, and very spacious. You couldn’t ask for more accommodating owners, so nice to work with. The one and only suggestion we had for the unit was a rack or two on the balcony to hang your wet towels and swimsuits. We made a lot of fun memories with our children and grands, such a blessing to enjoy this beautiful condo on the beach!

Summer House is a great location. It is on the beach and within walking distance of 2 major grocery stores, a meat market, several souvenir shops, 2 major pharmacies, and a short drive to a large amusement park. The units in the building are slightly dated and could use some minor updating. We overlook that because we spend most of our time on the beach.

This is our second long stay in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. It is a fabulous place to go with much to do for all ages. This condo is spacious, right on the beach, with a fabulous view. The check in process was very easy and the host is there with just a phone call.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is our favorite. Since we stay for extended periods, comfort & cleanliness are our top priorities. This is tops for both. The living room furniture, bed (only tried one) and balcony seating are all super comfortable. The view is fantastic as is the beach access. The location is great with shops, restaurants, etc. right across the street. At the time of year we stayed it was quiet and peaceful. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Piece of Paradise
David was wonderful to deal with. Any question we had he was right there to answer. Property was perfect for our three children (ages 7-13), my parents, and my husband and me. Condo has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach week. All of the beds are extremely comfortable, and we really enjoyed the sectional in the living room for hanging out in the evenings. The balcony furniture was also very comfy and it was so inviting to read a book while relaxing and listening to the waves. Beach is a quick elevator ride down and just a few steps away from the beautiful pool area. We highly recommend this condo, and we cannot wait to return.

Condo was clean and well kept. Short walk from the building to the beach. My favorite part was the big balcony. There are a few smaller houses on one side being renovated so the beach was not that crowded for the time of year. Good communication from the manager.
