Cummaquid - Enjoy breathe taking views across Barnstable Harbor of Sandy Neck from the deck of this free standing condo cottage tucked down a private sandy lane. There are two bedrooms each with two twin beds along with a living room. Sip your coffee on the deck watching the boats come and go. A short walk to the association beach and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach! The ideal place to make your cape cod memories.

Cottage in paradise!

This cottage in paradise was a real treat for lots of fishing and time with friends. The location is incredible with some of the best sunsets I have seen. Strong WiFi too!

cozy cabin in a gorgeous natural Cape setting

My family of four enjoyed a week here at this tiny cottage. My wife and I went for walks all around the Audubon nature preserves and we all loved walking way out onto the sandbars at low tide. The teenagers approved of the killer WiFi. The night breezes kept us cool while we slept, but sometimes we used the AC. The kitchen is akin to a small boat, so you'll have to take care when cooking. The house is small, but it's got everything you need. You won't find a finer example of Cape Cod beauty than this location. Meeting and chatting with the lovely Margee (the owner) was an extra treat.
