This versatile house is perfect for family holidays, romantic get-aways, honeymoons, corporate entertaining, wine tours, gastronomic adventures, history, culture & sightseeing, celebrity spotting, fabulous yachts, swimming, diving, sailing, tennis, horse riding, golf & polo.
It is located in a pine forest in a WWF nature reserve a 2 minute walk down a private track to a gently sloping 10 km sandy beach.
The house has 2 double bedrooms, one with a child's cot, a third bedroom with 3 beds and 3 bathrooms. There is a large drawing room & an extensive patio / dining area that leads onto a beautiful garden.

There are spotlights that light up the garden at night, an outside speaker system, a sunken trampoline & a gas barbecue on the terrace. And for winter, a big fireplace & central heating throughout.
There is a fully fitted high spec kitchen, a radio / CD player with with a cable to connect an iPod & WIFI Internet access and a TV to watch DVD's on, (no terrestrial TV)

David's house is a lovely place. The house is really neat and clean, and at the same time has a very personal touch. Being there felt much like being home. There is everything you need. Great as it appears on the pictures
The house is in the 'pineta', just 2 minutes from sea walking in a private road. Great garden and very large living room. There is all you need for stays several days. David and his wife were very good hosts. There are lovely details in the house and the garden and very carefully chosen art. Good Wi-Fi. Very comfy.

Wonderful stay in Maremma
We really enjoyed our stay! We were 2 families of friends, 4 adults and 3 small kids. The villa was perfect for us - clean, spacious and comfortable. Garden was amazing, when we were not out on the beach, we spent most of the time in the garden at a big family table. The BBQ grill was a great bonus - we cooked all our dinners with local seafood on the grill, which was just perfect. The house is only couple of minutes walk from the beach. The beach itself is nothing special, but within 15-20 min by car you can reach amazing beaches around. The only drawbacks we could think of is the lack of Air conditioning. We were at the very hot period and house would sometimes get rather hot, even at night. For the rest - amazing house, definitely recommended!

Schönes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten in guter Lage
Sehr schön, mit privatem Zugang zum Meer. Ruhige Lage, sehr schöner grosser Garten mit Schildkröten. Toll eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Da unser Hund immer zu den Schildkröten wollte, mussten wir ihn draussen immer anleinen. Eine kleine Einzäunung der Schildkröten wäre hilfreich.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Wunderbares Haus, alles wie im Inserat beschrieben,. Check in hat super mit der Putzfrau wunderbar geklappt. Auch seitens Vermieter war die Kommunikation zu jeder Zeit gewährleistet. Wirklich nur 100m vom Meer entfernt. Wir komnen gerne wieder :-)

Wir hatten sehr schöne Urlaubstage in dem großen Haus. Wunderschöner Garten, ausreichend Platz für alle. Der Strand ist in 2min zu Fuß erreichbar. Traumhafte Lage am Meer. Mega Sonnenuntergänge. David und Sacha sind erreichbar, wenn man sie braucht.

Urlaub mit Privatstrand
Wir und unsere Hunde haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, gut gestaltet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage, fast direkt am Strand ist ideal. Wir sind dort einfach mal baden gegangen wenn wir Lust hatten, am Strand liegen braucht man nicht, das legt man sich lieber in den Schatten im Garten. Als kleinen Zeitvertreib hatten wir die Schildkröten, die wir hoffentlich gut betreut haben. Mit der Hilfe von Internet-Recheren haben wir herausgefunden, was gut zum Fressen ist und was nicht. Sehr einfach, gut ist Wegerich,der massenweise im Garten wächst und Löwenzahn den man am Weg pflücken kann. Interessant zu beobachten den Zeitvertreib der Schildkröten, der auch mit seltsamen Geräuschen verbunden ist. Da wir keine kleinen Kinder dabei hatten, mussten wir auch nicht die Frage beantworten,"Was machen die da?" Etwas, das ich in der Küche vermisst habe war ein Toaster, ein englischer Haushalt, ohne Toaster?. Sonst alles super

Ein schönes Haus am Sandstrand
Das Haus liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und schön mit wunderschönem Garten . Es sind 3 Badezimmer und 3WCs. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Alle Schlafzimmer waren sauber und gemütlich .Monte Argentario ist in der Nähe .Bis Siena sind es 75 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und für uns telefonisch immer erreichbar. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen und wir kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von David empfangen und er hat uns gleich alle wichtigen Dinge wie Heizung, WLAN etc gezeigt. Im Haus stehen alle nötigen, kleinen Sachen wie WC-Papier, Gewürze, Tee für den Anfang zur Verfügung. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden dort und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist umgeben von Bäumen, Sträuchern etc, sodass man nicht direkte Sicht auf das Nachbargrundstück hat, das fanden wir perfekt. Unsere Hunde durften sogar die "Haus" - Schildkröten kennenlernen und beobachten, während wir die Fütterung der Schildkröten gemacht haben. Die kurze Strecke zum Strand war genial und während unserer Zeit (November 2021) sind wir selten irgend jemamdem begegnet und wir konnten lange Strandspaziergänge machen. Bis zum nächsten Dorf, wo man was Essen/Einkaufen kann, sind es nur knapp 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alles in allem war es für uns das perfekte Haus für unseren Wochen-Urlaub.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la casa cuore per una splendida vacanza sul mare.. il posto è incantevole, la casa bellissima adatta ad ogni esigenza.. grande e con un giardino bellissimo... i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili ... torneremo sicuramente è la consigliamo ad ogni famiglia! Schönes Haus in Strandnähe
Das Haus ist sehr schön. Der Garten ist gepflegt und die Lage ist top. Zum Strand ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Alles in allem ist das Objekt sehr zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat stets innerhalb weniger Stunden geantwortet. Ich würde auf jedenfalls nochmal buchen.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück. Gut ausgestattet. Über Privatweg 50 m zum Strand.
Das Haus und der Garten sind wie auf den Fotos- sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Auch für die notwenigen Utensilien für den Strand wie Schirm und Liegestühle haben David und seine Frau gesorgt. Die beiden haben uns herzlich bei unserer Ankunft begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Auch danach konnten wir uns jederzeit bei Ihnen melden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ruhige Lage ein paar Meter hinter dem sauberen Sandstrand. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und bietet problemlos Platz für zwei Familien. Um das Haus hat es viel Platz und alles was man braucht.

Wunderbares Haus, toller Garten, Superlage!
Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem sehr gepflegten Haus mit grossem schönem Garten. Unsere vier Kinder konnten im Garten spielen, toben und auf dem Trampolin springen. Zum Meer geht man zu Fuss 1 Minute mit dem Bollerwagen im Schlepptau für das Material. Der Strand ist riesig, feinsandig und flachabfallend - ideal für Kinder. Einzig die vielen Mücken im Garten waren etwas störend, im Haus sind aber überall Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, zum Schlafen war es kein Problem. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Strand von Porto Ercole, Saturniathermen, Porto San Stefano, Grosseto). Zum Einkaufen gibt es gute Möglichkeiten in Orbetello oder Albinia (5 Minuten/ 10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Zauberhafte Tage am Meer
Im Frühjahr verbrachten wir (2 Familien) einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in der prima ausgestatteten Casa Cuore. Der liebevoll von Sacha und David angelegte und gepflegte Garten mit seinen verwunschenen Ecken, zauberhaften Details und großzügigen Radenflächen war für die Kinder ein Paradies zum Spielen, Verstecken, Ostereiersuchen,... Durch die (fast direkte) Strandlage konnten wir auch mit den Kleinen problemlos mit dem Bollerwagen zwischen Haus und Meer pendeln oder auch nur kurz auf einen Sprung ins Wasser hüpfen. Der Strand fällt ganz flach ab und hat eine vorgelagerte Sandbank und ist somit für Kinder geeignet. Im April war das Wasser allerdings noch recht frisch. Der Weg zum Haus ist mit einem elektrisch zu bedienenden Tor von der Hauptstraße (etw. 50 m entfernt), sodass Eltern ihre Kinder auch sorglos alleine ums Haus spielen lassen können. Vom Haus direkt aus kann man außer zu Strandspeziergängen zu Fuß schlecht starten, wir waren daher viel mit dem Auto in die nähere Umgebung unterwegs (Eisessen in Orbetello, Baden in den Schwefelquellen von Saturnia, Capalbio, ...) Die Möglichkeiten sind mannigfaltig. Danke, Sacha und David, dass ihr so eine Oase an einem so schönen Ort geschaffen und uns so nett willkommen geheißen habt, wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder!

Traumhafte Lage
Wir haben tolle Familienferien verbracht und einem sehr schönen Haus mit anspruchsvoller Einrichtung und kompletter Ausstattung, umgeben von einem sehr gepflegten Garten unter schattigen Pinien gelegen. Die Nähe zu einem langen fast menschenleeren Sandstrand war traumhaft. Das flach abfallende Meer ideal für Kinder. Mit einem schönen Blick auf den Monte Argentario und Porto S. Stefano. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
