Schöner Strand, schöne Anlage und tolle Landschaft
Die große Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Betreiber Familie ist sehr entgegenkommend und sehr freundlich zu den Touristen. Der Strand ist nur ein par Schritte entfernt und das Wasser ist sehr schön klar und man kann gut baden. Kann man absolut weiter empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wieder fahren. Joséphine

bellissima vacanza!
Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane ad Agosto in un appartamento staccato dal Residence e situato a villa Oleandra, subito dopo l'ingresso del villaggio, sempre gestito dalla Sig.ra Samantha. Nonostante avessimo comunicato l'orario di arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare 4 ore prima che ci consegnassero le chiavi dell'appartamento perchè le signore delle pulizie non avevano ricevuto indicazioni corrette..ad ogni modo dopo l'attesa estenuante arrivati nell'appartamento abbiamo constatato che rispecchiava in tutto le foto e la descrizione inviata dalla Sig.ra Samantha. Pulito, arredato in maniera moderna, con TV a schermo piatto, un bagno grande e funzionale e un meraviglioso terrazzo enorme vista mare!!!! La villa essendo staccata dal villaggio risulta molto tranquilla, con piscina privata molto grande e pulita. Per raggiungere la spiaggia si doveva fare una piccola discesa, un pò faticosa da risalire a mezzogiorno sotto il sole, ma siamo giovani quindi si può fare :) In spiaggia abbiamo richiesto di rimanere per due settimane in ultima fila avendo la cagnolina e ci hanno accontentati. Il mare è stato meraviglioso fino al 14 di agosto.. Purtroppo il 15 han pensato bene di scaricare non si è ben capito cosa (chi diceva il fiume li vicino, chi la fogna...) pertanto è diventato melmoso e marrone!!! è stato dichiarato inagibile per due giorni poi hanno levato il divieto di balneazione, ma noi sinceramente dal 15 in poi abbiamo girato varie spiagge perchè sinceramente non ci fidavamo. Peccato!!!! Sicuramente potrebbero migliorare sull'organizzazione per alcuni aspetti, ma tutto sommato noi ci siamo trovati molto bene ed il posto ci è piaciuto!!! La Sig.ra Samantha è stata gentilissima sia con noi che con la nostra cagnolina che poteva tranquillamente passeggiare sia all'interno del villaggio che in spiaggia.

Vacanza assolutamente da rifare
Vacanza rilassante, location stupenda! Appartamenti vista mare offrono uno scenario davvero unico. La spiaggia è spaziosa e pulita, ma la cosa più importante che vorrei sottolineare è la cordialità dei proprietari e la fantastica animazione sia per piccoli che per adulti. Alcuni punti della struttura si affacciano sulla baia, vista incantevole! Vacanza assolutamente rilassante, piacevole e da rifare!

Un felice ritorno
Erano anni che non tornavo in Calabria … L’ultima volta l’avevo lasciata con il cuore a pezzi, con un triste presentimento, che neanche il colore del mare, un misto indescrivibile tra azzurro e verde, con quell’odore di salsedine che si mesce al profumo dell’origano, dei peperoncini, delle zagare, mi aveva tolto. Quest’anno ci sono ritornata nella Calabria della mia giovinezza, degli odori inebrianti, dei miei amici cari che vengono a trovarla ogni anno, esuli come me, dalla loro terra. Ho raggiunto Capo Piccolo, un pezzetto di Ionio a Isola di Capo rizzuto, affacciato sul mare, che sembra osservare con rispetto, senza sensi di inferiorità Le Castella da un lato e la punta estrema di Capo Rizzuto, dall’altro. Questo piccolo regno è gestito da Samanta Schinelli, una dolce e intelligente donna del Nord, e suo marito, Romeo Giordano, un verace calabrese. Il loro villaggio, oasi verde e accogliente, ci ha offerto, tramite i suoi gestori un periodo di pace, rotta a volte solo dagli schiamazzi dei nostri ragazzi e da allegri e meravigliosi ospiti, napoletani, salernitani e calabresi, con i quali, grazie alla compiacenza e pazienza dei padroni di casa, abbiamo passato serate da non dimenticare, come testimoniano le molte foto pubblicate su face book. La casa che ho occupato era accogliente e pulita e la piscina è stata uno sfogo per i nostri giovani, dopo le giornate di mare, soprattutto quando questo faceva un poì’ i capricci … ma il cattivo tempo non è da addebitare a Samanta e a Romeo di certo!. I miei ospiti mi hanno aiutato a fare la spesa in paese, visto che ero partita in aereo, e questa gentilezza era riservata a tutti coloro che ne avevano bisogno. Insomma una bella vacanza che mi ha regalato un po’ di serenità, molti nuovi amici, che spero di rivedere presto e, forse una nuova amica milanese, che spero di incontrare durante le presentazioni dei miei libri in Italia. La Sign.ra SAMANTHA e il Sig. ROMEO persone cordiali e disponibili a tutte le richieste inerenti al Residence o per consigli spassionati per eventuali escursioni esternamente alla struttura. Urlaub auf der Halbinsel mit Robinson und Freitag
Wir hatten Appartment 9 in der Villa, komplett ausgestattete Küche, mit allem was man braucht, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das allerbeste und nicht zu toppen war der riesengroße Balkon (ca.25qm) mit seitlichem Meerblick der zu dieser Wohnung im 1. Stock gehört. Ein Pool (ohne eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten),nur für die Gäste der Villa, ein Gasgrill im Garten und Sonnenschirme und Liegen am Strand (allerdings gegen Bezahlung und obligatorisch) machen den Ferienspaß komplett. Samantha und Romeo sind sehr nette Vermieter, die sich um ihre Gäste kümmern und immer zur Stelle sind, wenn man sie braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, haben Freundschaft geschlossen und sollten wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen dann wissen wir genau, wo wir wohnen wollen. Herzlichen Dank an Samantha und Romeo (Robinson) für die schönen Tage in Kalabrien und für die unterhaltsamen internationalen Abende als "Robinson und Venerdi" an denen wir sicher nicht alles verstanden aber viel gelacht haben.
