Great cabin!
Our stay was great. We read the reviews of others before booking and yes there was dust and yes some areas could have been cleaned better but overall we were staying in a cabin in the mountains and we did not expect a 5 star hotel experience. The hot tub was down for our trip which wasn't ideal for us but it did not change our overall opinion because the manager/owner of the property tried everything to get it up and running for us and communicated with us about the issue and tried her best to make it right. I saw bears the very first morning! Last but not least the view was AMAZING!

Not as described needs maintenance and a deep cleaning
The pictures in the listing are OLD. The games are different. The house needs cleaning and maintenance. Dust is built up on blinds, carpet to downstairs is disgusting the hot tub smelt like mold and old bleach. There were several leaks around the windows. It would have been a nice cabin if it was cleaned properly.

Overall good stay
Overall we had a wonderful time. My kids really enjoyed the games, and we used the movie theatre each night! Hot tub smelled weird so we didn’t use that. Pulled Out some dirty dishes and they were still cleaning when we pulled up after check in time. The house has a beautiful view and was overall a comfortable fun stay!

Family Christmas
We have rented a cabin for our family Christmas for the past 4 years. This cabin has an incredible play room with a big screen TV and plenty of games. It has four bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area and living space on main floor is ample. The emails stated we would have a Christmas tree; we did not. The description said hot tub. It was not - even after a maintenance visit. The upstairs bathroom leaked into the main level bathroom when someone was taking a shower. It was a nice cabin, just not treasured.

Amazing cabin with lots of gaming and space for everyone in family staying the weekend. Road to cabin is steep and narrow but great directions from property management. Will save this cabin for future stays.

Beautiful cabin
Everything worked great in the cabin. We do wish the hot tub would have gotten hotter, but outside of that the cabin was great. We even saw a bear one morning.

Take care of your investment!!
Not impressed at all....from the start.. it rained the first night we were there...inside the cabin! Water ran down the walls from the top bathroom to the basement one and soaked floors. Not enough pots and one fry pan, 5 forks for 12 people. There were no bed protectors on 2 of the beds. Angie did bring those and forks, pots. Absolutely 'NO" view from the hot tub like picture shows....ALL TREES!!! Washer rubber has mold on it. Cob webs everywhere...seen some mice droppings..first 2 days TV's wouldn't work at all. Carpet on stairs needs replacing. Need a motion light on front porch...bears visit frequently and the lighting is dim. Be sure to lock your car doors at all times...those bears are smart and opened our car doors but thankfully no damage was done just bear prints...no food in them!! I understand no place is perfect and dont expect it to be....but the water situation needs fast attention. And either put pictures up that are true to the scenery on the site or cut trees back from cabin so there is a VIEW...I would not rent that cabin again.

Bears and Honey cabin
First of all the staff was great when you called about an issue but the problem is there were too many issues unless you like to have mice for pets. Maintenance on the property left a lot to be desired. Needless to say we will not stay there again.

Not clean
The layout of the house was great for our family. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were dirty and gross! No way was I going to cook in there! The furniture is dirty and uncomfortable. Stains on mattresses, dirty bathtub. TV’s in bedrooms would not work. Carpet downstairs smelled bad. The video games and theater are great amenities but I would concentrate on deep cleaning and updating. It was very disappointing to come back to this house after all of the fun we had in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge all week!

Fun & relaxing but needs a little TLC
The property has a lot of potential, but it is in disrepair. When we arrived one ac unit didn’t work. They sent someone out and it ran a few hours and stopped.Notified the lady in charge of the property. She texted back and said she was sending a repair person. They never arrived all week. Luckily for us it was cool most of the week. The cabin could use a good cleaning. Our toilets had not been cleaned and had stuff growing in them. The hot tub cover is in bad shape and the tub needs a little care. Also while we were there it rained a lot and guess what the roof leaked badly in the upstairs bathroom. In fact it leaked so bad it ran down into the second floor bathroom. The cabins size and location is the only thing going for it. Whoever owns this property must never come up to the cabin. One plus it does have lots of awesome video games and a nice theatre. With a little TLC this could be a good place. Overall we had a great week. Relaxing and fun.

Bears and Honey Cabin
Great entertainment in this 4-bedroom & 4 bath cabin. Our 2 adult sons and their family and we as parents/grandparents loved the arcades, pool table, big theater screen and of course the hot tub. The view from lots of windows was nice and we enjoyed the sunsets. We cooked all our meals inside and some on charcoal grill outside. TVs in all rooms was nice. Take some board games with you for additional fun time. The only thing I didn't like was the curvy small road leading up to cabin-just look at your phone or close your eyes and let the driver handle it. Overall, excellent Fun Zone cabin to enjoy.

Would book again
The communication with the property management was amazing. We had an internet issue and we got it resolved immediately. The cabin was beautiful and had an amazing view of the mountains from the front porch. The downstairs is where the theatre and games are, and we were able to shut the door and let the kids play while the upstairs remained mostly quiet. We also got to see bears up close and personal as they were on the front porch. Overall this was a wonderful property with enough room for our 12 people.

Enjoyed our stay!
The games down stairs were perfect for our boys. They enjoyed a movie in the basement. There were some items left by previous guest. The trip up the mountain to the cabin was tedious but we got use to it after a couple of trips.

Great place for families in the smoky mountains
We travelled with four adults and four children ages 4-7. The house was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our stay! We would stay again. Pros: amazing views of the smoky mountains, clean, kids and adults all enjoyed the arcade games and hot tub, spacious, close to attractions but felt peaceful and in the nature. Cons: I would have wanted to be better prepared for the mountain drive, it was a challenge and meant we chose to make one trip out a day and not drive at night. If we had known we would have made sure our vehicles had new tires, etc. the hot tub while usable was not the cleanest and had a musky smell, not as bad as some reviews said though.

It's a nice property, however the place was a little dusty with a few cob webs. Check in was a breeze. If you aren't familiar with driving up a mountain, I would highly recommend you stay somewhere else!

Unclean and broken
Rental was not cleaned very well prior to arrival. Hot tub was broken, was told that maintenance came by to fix(it was never fixed). Half eaten cookies and old hair ties in the game room. Could not get projector to work. Outside light was out on first level. Trash scattered behind property. Grill was disgusting. Carpet going up the stairs turned out socks black. Property was very dusty. Pillows were super thin. Old ice in the freezer with what appeared to be paper towels on it?? And there was dirty laundry in the washer/dryer.

Great memories made here!
We brought our 4 kids to pigeon forge.. we absolutely LOVED this property. Everyone had there own bedroom and bathroom and the games and pool table and hockey table kept everyone busy. We did a movie night one night and that was awesome!!! The kids that ranged from 9-16 loved the games so much that they were begging to go back to the Cabin instead of doing touristy things. I read a lot of review and can say that the cleanliness is the only thing we could complain about. Beds and furniture felt clean but things were definitely very dusty and just not very thoroughly cleaned. I brought a Lysol spray and wipes. I would recommend bringing a sponge. There was nothing to clean dishes with. Also the drive to the house is treacherous. We have a F-250 and we couldn’t see over the truck on some inclines but it was worth the long scary drive because the view that the house has is STUNNING! Worth the money and would definitely stay here again.

Overall good experience. To be honest, the cleanliness and maintenance on the place wasn't good. But, the ladies of the family took care of the cleaning right away, and I took care of the couple of maintenance issues that were necessary. We loved it though! Adults Weekend Get Away
We had a great time, this is a nice cabin. Is it the cleanest, no, but I am sure they struggle with quality of help or getting help at all just like all industries. It does need some TLC, nothing major just small stuff and I spoke with my Fun Zone contact about a few items when we arrived. She stated they would try and get to them but during this time of the year there was no down time as the cabins are booked continuously. The road leading to the cabin is challenging, could not image making this trip in snow or ice. But overall, it is a nice cabin. I would stay here again for the rate. Just wear shoes and don't let the minor things bother you, remember this is not your place and you are on vacation.
