Paradise Pointe offers the perfect property for an unforgettable family vacation, romantic getaway or a memorable couples retreat. It is located on prestigious Ocean Point Drive which is a private road surrounded by upscale Villas and homes. The ocean front setting and lush gardens are indescribable and the private setting is such that you will not see your neighbors.

This Villa offers 3 en suite bedrooms. Two en suite bedrooms in the main house and 1 en suite bedroom in the guest house located steps away from the main living quarters. Guest house is not rented to another guests and remain locked unless 3 rd bedroom is requested. You will have the entire property to yourself. For guests wanting to rent guest hose for groups less than 4, there is an extra charge for utilities and cleaning. All bedrooms contain king size beds that can not be separated into twins.

The Villa's open living plan, additional screened in living area, spacious terrace area around private swimming pool, BBQ area, private ocean cliff gazebo and your private swim dock with small beach area in low tide make this Villa an all inclusive mini resort. There is really no need to leave this Paradise Pointe once you arrive unless you choose to adventure to the Grace Bay Tourist/Resort area, which is just 15 minutes away.

The gourmet island kitchen offers all the comforts of home. A fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter-tops and all the kitchen amenities to prepare a culinary dinner or a no fuss BBQ.

The main living area is equipped with cable television, DVD player, stereo system with docking station, reading nook with books, telephone for local use wireless internet, board games, puzzles, dining table with seating for eight. The furnishings accommodate a large gathering and French doors allow you to bring the outdoors in.

Of course if you’re in the mood for some privacy, you can retreat to the fully furnished screened in living area with beautiful wicker furniture, game/dinning table or relax in your private gazebo and enjoy natures sounds. The private ocean dock brings you the relaxing setting for ocean sights and sounds.

All bedrooms are bright and breezy with king size beds, private bath, bedside reading lights, A/C, flat screen TV (with cable) guest closets and bedroom dressers for guest use.

Every room in this Villa is tastefully decorated. This Villa, although equipped with modern appliances, still maintains the warmth of a private home and not an uninviting rental unit. The native stone accent walls embrace the true island experience

Absolute PARADISE

Paradise Pointe truly is a slice of heaven. It will not disappoint! The location is amazing - walk or kayak to Taylor bay beach or sapodilla beach within minutes! The property is so well stocked with kitchen items. They even had an electric juicer for margaritas! Rhonda and sue were so accommodating and responsive to our needs!The gazebo and screen room were great places to start and end your day. There are definitely mosquitoes but nothing crazy and bug spray was at the house too. Every time we returned back to paradise pointe after being out for the day we all did a sigh of relief and felt instantly relaxed!! We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a perfect week at this house. The views from the property are even better than the photos. Sue and Rhondda were incredibly responsive. The location was ideal with the beach a short 3 min walk away. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay at PP

From start to finish, we had a great experience with Paradise Pointe. Sue was highly communicative and very easy to work with on the booking. The house is perfectly situated, and the property has everything you need to enjoy your time in and around the water. Plus, there are plenty of private spaces to retreat to when you need a break from the sun or your traveling companions. Most critically: the house manager Rhondda is really there for every need or concern you may have - she takes care of anything and everything. We had a great stay at the house and look forward to future visits to the Pointe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Paradise Pointe Villa. The property was very clean. The views were spectacular and the sunsets at Taylor Bay (short walk across street) were stunning. We were very pleased with the well-stocked kitchen, as we cooked a couple of nights but also rented a car and cautiously drove to Grace Bay area for dinner and a bit of shopping. The villa had many seating areas both indoor and out as well as lots of toys in the shed for water and beach activities. We scheduled massages on the Gazebo with Tanisha who was recommended by owner and were very pleased with her work. Our first time to the island but won't be our last. Would be happy to stay at Paradise Pointe again!

Absolute Perfection

Paradise Pointe Villa was absolute perfection! I have completely fallen in love with this place and hope to return again. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We kayaked to Taylor Bay (a must see) thanks to the 2 kayaks that the home provides although we walked there several other times because it was so close We enjoyed lounging on the private deck listening to the water and enjoying the spectacular views. Played games on the screened porch in the evenings and relaxed in the pool. This home and the home owners made this such a special vacation. I can not recommend it enough! The house is a perfect size for a family or a girls' getaway, and the location can't be beat.

Cold Iowans traveled to the Caribbean

We just returned home from a most amazing scenic view villa we have ever stayed at! The home was an adorable cottage feel with so many places to sit and relax and take in that breath taking view! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, swimming in the very clean pool to cool off, played in games in the screened in porch, kayaking off the dock, and even played some tennis in the beautiful courts located behind the house. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone. With two king suites in the main house and an additional king suite in the guest cottage, you could easily feel comfortable with 3 couples! We have never felt so secluded in a positive way and that gave us the ultimate relaxation! Pack your bags and go!

Paradise

Paradise Point Vila was definitely paradise. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was far enough away from everything to feel privacy, and only a 20 minute drive to Grace Bay. We will definitely be returning next year. All of the beaches were terrific. Lots of things to do... Thursday night Fish Fry is a must. Half-day boat ride to snorkel at the reef and visit iguana island. They provided all of the drinks and lunch. (Caicos boat tours). And if you would like to jet ski you can contact rent a ski from Sapodilla Bay and they will come right to the house dock and pick you up. Thank you Sue and John for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

Perfect In Every Way!

Staying in Paradise Pointe Villa was absolutely wonderful! We were in awe of the views and this property takes HUGE advantage of the gorgeous vistas....when we weren't sitting on the dock soaking in the sun we were reading on the gazebo. It couldn't have been better! The house is fabulously supplied...the best ever for us...and we've rented many very nice VRBO properties over the years. The guest house is adorable too and made the property perfect for three couples. Sue, the owner, was so responsive and accommodating as we made our plans and her recommendations were "right on"! We also enjoyed the guest book comments and found them to helpful as we decided which restaurants to visit (although we loved cooking in too). Bottom line...terrific rental, beautiful location and we would come back to this property in a "heart beat"!

Perfect Vacation

How to find the Perfect Vacation... Awake to Paradise Pointe, Have fresh coffee and pastries in the gazebo every morning overlooking the Caribbean. Or sunbathe and swim off the perfect dock in the Caribbean just before you put the kayak in to the water to take a ride to Sapodilla Bay or Taylor Bay. Heading back to the dock you wave at your neighbors dreaming that this is reality. Maybe you tuck away out of the sun for a moment in the gazebo or jump into the pool for a swim. The best part is the house has different places, the gazebo, the dock, the screened in dining table and the screened in area, the living room, the inside dining table. The house has everything for your meal prep and more. Every day was perfect at Paradise Pointe.

Heaven on Earth!

This house is wonderful! The location and view is second to none, the property is well-maintained both inside and out, and the owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The onsite staff were also very responsive and friendly -- they went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. I was really impressed with how clean the house was (and I'm SUPER picky!) and the additional mid-week light cleaning was an added surprise. The dock/beach area was awesome -- like some of the other reviewers, we were surprised at how much time we spent there. You could walk out into the water pretty far -- even during high tide. The gazebo and pool area were also amazing. If this house is available, BOOK IT! Thank you for everything, Sue and team!

Amazing property, doesn't get any better than THIS!!

I don't even know how to begin....I have been traveling to tropical paradises for 20 plus years. Once, sometimes twice a year. This IS THE BEST vacation EVER!! Sue was so wonderful to work with, the property...AMAZING. The crystal clear and warm waters just outside your door, the beautiful Taylor Bay steps from the villa. Paradise all wrapped up in one villa. You don't even want to leave the property. The kitchen is packed with every utensil and appliance you could hope for, the house beautifully decorated and exquisitely maintained. This was a girls trip, everyone was in awe. Before our week was up I already contacted Sue to book TWO weeks next year at the same time. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us, these memories will last a lifetime.

A long weekend in paradise!

We all fell in love with this home! It is just what I would want should I have a home on T&C. It was the perfect Caribbean cottage with so much personality on the perfect lot. You really have it all when you are there! The cliff top location with access to the beautiful turquoise sea is perfect. We used the kayaks and paddle board and simply floated the minutes away with a cold drink in our hands. The beautiful, secluded Taylor Bay Beach is literally a 3 minute walk down the street. As beautiful, if not more so because of the lack of people, as Grace Bay. We can not think of a thing that needs doing or changing! We only left the home twice to go to dinner because we simply didn't want to leave the serenity of the villa. Thank you so much again for entrusting us with your beautiful home! Should I return to T&C I'd want to stay at Paradise Pointe again...no need to look at any other home. Thank you Sue!

Great stay at Paradise Pointe

Paradise Pointe is a really lovely place and we had a great week there. We (family of 6 adults) had the main house and the cottage and there was plenty of room for us all. The property was clean and well-furnished and kitted out. The gazebo is perfect for sitting outside and easily takes 6 people, and we spent many happy hours reading there. The small shed by the pool has a whole array of useful things like life jackets, flippers, oars and goggles. The pool was very clean and the garden was lovely and well-kept. The property is in a fantastic location, looking straight out to sea, and you get wonderful views of sunrise and sunset from the gazebo and the jetty. You can swim in the sea below and the property also has two ocean-going two-people kayaks and two sturdy paddleboards. So the six of us were able to paddle together to Sapodilla beach (about 20 minutes depending on the tide) and to Taylor beach (also about 20 mins) – both of which are super beaches. (Taylor beach is also a 5 minute walk from the house.) The jetty was also big enough for three of us to do sunrise/sunset yoga together. Sue, the owner, is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The managing agent (Rhondda) is easy to contact and helpful. The cleaners were very friendly and discreet. We didn’t feel that there was a problem with security but the property in any case seems secure. There is a lockable garden gate and an alarm that covers the main house and the cottage. There are also mesh (anti-bug) shutters on all doors and windows – although we generally weren’t bothered much by mosquitoes or other insects. The location is peaceful, with no traffic noise. We hired a car for the week from the airport, which was useful for visiting other parts of the island and the supermarket. There is an excellent supermarket (Grace Bay IPA) about 20 minutes drive away. It was our first time on Providenciales and we had a super time – both at the property and elsewhere on the island! If we return to Turks and Caicos, we would have no hesitation in returning to Paradise Pointe.

Amazing vacation!

We just returned from our third stay at this amazing house! It's been 6 years since our last stay and we still loved it just as much as our first visit. The house is absolutely perfect for our family of three. We truly feel at home at Paradise Point. The views are unbelievable. We love waking up in the morning and having coffee out in the gazebo watching the activity on the water. Our next difficult decision is to jump in the pool or the ocean?? We usually start with one and end with the other. We brought our own rafts, but there were definitely plenty to choose from already at the house. And nothing beats propping your book up on the side of the pool and reading and gazing out at the ocean. It's hard to concentrate sometimes! We also enjoyed the kayaks and ocean time. We were fortunate to have a bit of wind during our visit which made it so comfortable to lounge down on the dock. In the past it's always been too warm but this trip the weather was almost perfect! We typically spend part of a day walking/swimming all the way to Sopadilla Beach and then float back in our rafts. Or for a short trip just float to Taylor Bay and then walk home. We also had fun renting a jet ski for an hour one day. That was new to us - in the past there hasn't been nearly as much activity as we saw on this trip. We had big plans before our arrival of venturing out for more adventures, but once we settled in the house, it was difficult to leave. We did manage to parasail one day and make it out to lunch once or twice. But other than that we were extremely happy to stay put at this amazing villa. The kitchen provides all that we need to make any meal. And we seem to be able to find most ingredients for anything we wanted to make at the grocery stores. And the Wine Cellar has a pretty decent selection of wine. I truly am so appreciative of Sue and her willingness to share this beautiful home. She was great in answering all my questions and making planning for our trip so easy. Other than the power going out the night we arrived (accident down the street), I have only fabulous things to say about a stay at Paradise Point. I only hope we make it back one day. Thank you Sue!

PURE PARADISE!!!

What a fabulous week we had at Paradise Pointe Villa, May 18-25th! This villa is truly a piece of paradise! When you first drive up, you notice all of the lush tropical landscaping & flowers on the property! The house is beautifully decorated with a beach cottage feel & sits on the cliffs overlooking the Caribbean. Each of the bedrooms are large, comfortable & have their own private bathrooms. And, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything need. The owners have thought of every detail to make your vacation perfect! - The guestbook is full of information about the property, restaurants & possible activities. - There's plenty of snorkeling equipment, floats, sunscreen & bug spray. - We loved the pails full of colorful beach towels ready for us to use! - 2 kayaks w/ paddles are waiting for you to use on the lower deck as well as plenty of lounge chairs! - A full size washer & dryer are available in the garage. - And, the lady that came to clean the villa during the week did a wonderful job! We found ourselves spending most mornings & evenings in the gazebo gazing at the incredible view & sunset from the cliff. The pool was an added bonus, but we spent most of our time on the lower deck tanning & swimming right from the edge of the property. When the tide is low, a small sandy beach even appears. The water is shallow enough that you can walk all along the coastline or kayak between Taylor Bay Beach & Sapodilla Bay Beach. We brought a 2-person inner tube float with us & used the mooring in front of the property to tie to & float the day away. Taylor Bay is our favorite beach on the island! It's calm, shallow, very private & only a 5min walk from the villa! You also have the option of going to Sapodillo. It's only a 10 minute kayak ride. As for restaurants, we would recommend Kalooki's, Las Brisas & Bugaloo's! Sue, thank you for recommending Kalooki's, very good food & right on the beach. If you're interested in taking a fantastic excursion, we would highly recommend Caicos Dream Tours. We've taken the full-day excursion both times we've visited the island and it's always one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you, Sue for making our vacation everything we could have hoped for! You were always available to offer recommendations & quickly answer any questions or concerns we had about the property. What a wonderful place you have! We hope to be able to visit again soon! A week in paradise!

Our family of four just returned from a week at this wonderful villa! Paradise Pointe was everything we hoped for and more. The location is perfect and we enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful stay away from the more busy tourist areas. The views are amazing and every evening we enjoyed fishing at the dock followed by some swimming in the pool. One of the nicest and secluded beaches is a quick walk from the villa. The villa is well stocked and very comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about the villa, the location and the owner Sue who was absolutely wonderful to work with! We definitely hope to return one day!

Best villa on the island!

We have stayed with Sue twice now, and plan on staying again next year! This property is absolutely stunning and not to mention spotless. Our favorite part is the direct ocean access from the dock, you don’t even have to leave the villa to be in the ocean. The pool is also a great feature, especially when the ocean gets too rough. This side of the island is our favorite, with quiet beaches and local hot spot, Las Brisas just down the street. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, I highly recommend this property. Fun in Paradise!

Words are almost inadequate to describe this incredible vacation. We've travelled the Caribbean quite a bit and this was our best vacation ever! The setting was idyllic; the house was perfect; the owners of this villa are incredible people and have thought of everything. Turks & Caicos is a fabulous island with friendly people; great food and plenty to do. Didn't have to leave home to witness gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. Can't wait to go back; I can see why so many people return to Paradise Pointe Villa!

Paradise!

As beautiful as ever....

It was our second stay at the Paradise Point Villa because we loved it so much last year. We can't get enough of the view, the sandy beach and the overall tranquility of the place. The layout of the place is perfect with the gazebo overlooking the bay. The kitchen is very well equipped for the ones who love to cook. Amazing Vacation!

We had an absolutely amazing time on the island and in this home. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, etc. The gazebo was so special- we began and ended every day ending the views and the breeze. We had an in home chef dinner with Keron (recommended by owner Sue) - the food was great and he and his crew were super nice and fun. It was a very special New Year's Eve! We had a terrific time and the house was perfect for our family (myself and husband, grandma, two teenagers - we requested a rollaway). Loved walking over to to Taylor Beach every day. The pool is lovely and views are outstanding and Sue (the owner) was very accessible and gave great recommendations. Definitely need a car rental at this location - there is only one restaurant near by (Las Brisas). We used a grocery service to stock the kitchen prior to arrival and it worked well. Thank you!! We will be back!

Great holiday setting!

All the photos that enticed us to this Paradise Pointe Villa did not disappoint! Such a luxury to be right on the ocean, and also be able to relax by a beautiful pool. Morning coffee in the gazebo, wine in the evening watching the sunset. Truly relaxing. Sue’s tips on good restaurants & places to experience were really helpful & appreciated. Her staff is wonderful! Would highly recommend to anyone for a truly memorable holiday!

Absolutely lovely!

Paradise Pointe is a lovely setting. You choose, ocean or pool for a dip. Both are delicious! The photos are a very realistic description of what you will experience; gorgeous morning coffees in the gazebo, great sunsets with a glass of wine in the evenings. Comfortable beds, couches, lounge chairs. We had an 11 month old with us, so our holiday just continued as we worked around his nap schedule, relaxing with the sounds of the ocean right at our doorstep. Would highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have always dreamed of a second home in the Caribbean. For many years we traveled all the islands, St. Thomas, St. John, Antigua, Virgin Islands and Turks and Caicos. By our third visit to Provo we found our island. Not only is the island easily accessible from the United States, Canada and other Caribbean Islands, the peaceful aqua blue waters were breathtaking. But the final decision occurred the minute we walked into Paradise Pointe (formerly Villa Patricia). The amazing view, lush gardens, private setting with gazebo and ocean swim dock was magnificent. The Villa had a welcoming aura and the island stone walls and open architecture of this home made it a true island paradise. In fact all the amenities and the seclusion from the tourists make it it's own mini-resort. The ability to walk to the beautiful Taylor Bay Beach area was the icing on the cake when we knew that we need not pack the kids, toys, and swim gear to drive to a beach. Since our purchase in 2012 our only regret is that at this time we are unable to live there full time. So, until the day arrives we decided to let others experience a little bit of our Paradise Pointe.

What makes this property unique

The Villa has easy water access to the Beautiful Taylor Bay. On our stays we can enjoy this beach with our family and friends relaxing and enjoying one another without the typical intrusion of other people or pesky vendors. If we are up for a game of tennis the courts are right next to the beach. So, a quick game of tennis then a long relaxing float in the ocean waters. Of course a short drive will take you into the middle of all the tourists attractions, but it's always nice to enjoy the tranquility of the island in your personal surroundings.

Please understand that this property is composed of a main house and a guest house. The main house has 2 king bed en-suites. If you are a family with children please realize that to accommodate 6, 2 guests will be using the guest house which is not connected to main house. For families with more than 2 small children this property may not be convenient for you.
