Spacious Villa in Puglia for 5 people with Panoramic View

Cosy and sunny villa in Puglia near the sea in the countryside of Monopoli, 5 km far from the centre and the beaches. The villa may welcome up to 5 guests with two comfortable bedrooms and living room with sofa bed. The villa has been recently restored keeping in mind its proximity to the sea, comfort and function. The beautifully designed interior with wrought iron and glass details offer a well-lit environment perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.
It is 90 square meters in size on the same floor and has free wi-fi access and air conditioning in the living room and in the sleeping quarters.

The villa consists of a living area with TV sofa-beds and table, a kitchen equipped with all kinds of useful appliances, a furnished bathroom with sink, wc, bidet, and shower box, a master bedroom with a window, a bedroom with two single beds (joinable on occasion) and a external cooking area, working table.

In the external area, has a large panoramic patio perfect for lounging, relaxing and just admiring the crystal blue Adriatic sea; there are sun loungers and chairs for sunbathing.

This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Noci and Ostuni and is situated in its own 2 acres of land, with olive trees, cherrys and almonds all this is surrounded by a most beautiful rural area ideal for walking and cycling

Wunderschöne Woche bei Monopoli!

Wir habe zu dritt eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem, zwischen Olivenhainen liegenden, Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal, um nicht nur das nahe Monopoli zu besichtigen. Man kommt überall schnell hin. Sei es Bari, das Valle d’Itria, Ostuni oder all die anderen schönen Städtchen. Selbst das „weit entfernte“ Matera war in einer schönen Überlandfahrt in nur 90 Minuten erreichbar. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind sogar ohne eingeschaltete (vorhandene) Klimaanlage angenehm temperiert, selbst wenn es draußen sehr heiß ist. Vielen Dank an Arianna, Antonio und Claudio für Euren herzlichen Empfang und dass Ihr Euch so gut um uns gekümmert habt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

Relax e privacy

La proprietà è immersa nel verde circondata da ulivi fantastici. La casa è perfettamente arredata e corredata di tutto. La pulizia della stessa era perfetta. Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben im Juli/August unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen und sind mehr als zufrieden gewesen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen: Es war extrem sauber und ordentlich, bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht und stand zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist perfekt: Sehr ruhige aber auch zentrale Lage: In 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Monopoli, in 10 Minuten in Polignano und an den schönen Stränden. Und besonders zu betonen ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter. Vielen Dank an Antonio, der sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit war. Auch wenn wir uns schon sehr gut in der Umgebung auskannten, haben wir tolle Tipps von ihm bekommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns extrem wohl gefühlt, was mit dem Haus aber auch den Vermietern zusammen hing.

Beautiful villa

Second time in 3 years staying at this villa. Really lovely place and spotlessly clean, couldn't fault at all. Lots of home comforts and beautiful setting. Essentials including wine left for us and an early check in, which was appreciated. Google translate makes the whole process easy. Hosts Adrianna and Antonio are lovely and can't do enough. If you are looking for a quiet lovely location close to Monopoli and other great places this is the villa for you. In addition to Monopoli, some of our favourite places were, Polignano a mare, Conversano, Locorontodo, Ostuni. Many thanks xxx

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Arianna, Antonio und Claudio! Wir haben 2 wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen in der Villa verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war super organisiert und unkompliziert, die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und ein kleines Problem wurde umgehend gelöst. Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt sauber. Wir wurden sogar mit Getränken und einem ersten Frühstück versorgt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und verkehrsgünstig gelegen um ganz Apulien zu erkunden.

Une très belle place

Nous avons passé trois belles journées dans cette villa Très confortable super bien décoré très très propres et les propriètaires nous ont laissé de la nourriture pour le petit déjeuner. Un coin tranquille parmi les oliviers mais facile pour se rendre à Monopoli , 5 minutes en voiture . Je recommande cette place

Wonderful Stay

We spent two weeks here at the end of September and were delighted with our stay. The villa is very comfortable, private and well equipped. It’s located in the countryside just outside Monopoli but very close to it’s facilities. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. We unhesitatingly recommend a stay here.

Great location for exploring Puglia coast and countryside

The villa is immaculate - cool light and airy with lots of outside space and everything you need for your stay . The host Antonio was very helpful. 15min to Monopoli and coast and easy reach of historic Baroque hill towns. Only downside was noise from the stone work in opposite -even on Sunday which prevented us enjoying the outside terrace

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben im Juli 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa von Arianna uns Antonio verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll restauriert, gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, Antonio spricht kein englisch und wir kein italienisch, aber mit Hilfe von Claudio, der super englisch spricht, haben wir die Sprachbarrieren sehr gut gemeistert. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb von von Monopoli in einem sehr gepflegten großen Garten. Neben Olivenbäumen, mit zauberhafter Lichtinstallation, sind auch verschiedene Obstbäume vorhanden, von denen wir naschen konnten. Es ist herrlich ruhig und die Abende auf der großen Terrasse waren sehr entspannt. Man ist trotzdem sehr schnell in Monopoli, ca 15 min mit dem Auto in die Altstadt, und mittendrin im italienischen Leben. Die Lage war für uns perfekt für viele Ausflüge in Städte oder an verschiedene Strände. Antonio hat uns einige Ziele empfohlen, die sich alle gelohnt haben. Zusätzlich sind viele Karten von diversen Städten und Infomaterial vorhanden, so konnten wir uns auch ohne Reiseführer auf die Ausflüge vorbereiten. Arianna und Antonio sind ganz tolle Vermieter, die sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste kümmern. Als wir ankamen, gab es schon Getränke im Kühlschrank, selbst gemachtes Olivenöl und auch für´s Frühstück war gesorgt. Dazu noch eine Einladung auf ein Eis, was super lecker war! Bei Problemen oder Absprachen konnten wir direkt Claudio kontaktieren, der alles weitere mit Arianna und Antonio geregelt hat. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Urlaub! Solch tolle Vermieter und die schöne Villa empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall weiter!!

Lovely villa, perfect location

Property manager met us at a nearby hotel, we then followed him a few minutes to the villa so checking in was easy. The property manager and owner took us through all the details of the accommodation including keys, wifi code etc. There were also food items and drinks left for us which was lovely touch. Villa was just as in the photos and absolutely spotless . Wifi was excellent and the 2 air conditioning units are enough for the villa and bedrooms of a night. Kitchen is fully equipped if required and there are 4 loungers for the patio. Lovely 2 week stay and would definately recommend, thank you Antonio and Adrianna.xx

Eine wunderbare Villa in Apulien

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Apulien in der Nähe von Monopoli sehr genossen. Die Villa ist neu renoviert, super schön und mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet und hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Während es draußen so heiß war, blieb es in der Villa sehr angenehm, ohne Klimaanlage einzuschalten (diese ist aber vorhanden). Abends saßen wir draußen auf der Terrasse und haben die Natur und die ruhige Atmosphäre genoßen, da sich das Haus ca. 5 km von der Altstadt inmitten der Olivenbäume befindet. Die Gastgeber Antonio und Arianna waren sehr nett, Antonio hat uns so herzlich empfangen. Das Paar hatte mit uns immer Kontakt während dieser Zeit und war für alle unsere Fragen offen und hilfsbereit. Unsere Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Danke Arianna und Antonio!

Ons heerlijk verblijf in Monopoli

Onze villa was keurig en schoon. Enige opmerkingen zijn: Slechts 1 toilet en dan ook nog eens in de badkamer is met 4 personen een probleem. Ook was er in slaapkamer 2 geen opbergkast.

Einfach nur toll!

Vielen Dank Arianna, für die Gastfreundschaft und dieses wunderschöne Feriendomizil. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet und so super gepflegt, dass man glauben könnte, es hätte dort vorher noch niemals jemand gewohnt. Ein Teil des Hauses ist jedoch 200 Jahre alt, so dass wir mit Sicherheit nicht die ersten Bewohner waren ;-). Im alten hervorragend renovierten Teil des Hauses kann man die damals dort übliche Deckenbauweise bewundern, vorteilhafterweise auch im Liegen, denn es sind dort die Schlafzimmer untergebracht. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir Milch, Wasser, Saft, Kaffee, Tee, Marmelade, Brot und sogar Öl aus eigener Herstellung vorgefunden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vom Wasserkocher über Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Föhn bis zur Wäscheklammer ist alles in hervorragendem Zustand vorhanden. Neben der modernen vollausgestatteten Küche im Haus gibt es noch eine zweite Küche in einem kleinen Nebengebäude mit einer weiteren Kochstelle und einer Waschmaschine. Auch die Außenanlage mit Oliven-, Feigen-, Orangen- und (ich glaube) Johannisbrotbäumen ist fantastisch gepflegt und mit einer tollen Lichtszenerie ausgestattet, so dass man diese am Abend von der gemütlichen Veranda aus bewundern kann. Arianna und Antonio sind ganz wunderbare Gastgeber und wir können immer nur wieder danke sagen für dieses schöne Ferienzuhause!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub im September 2018 in dem Ferienhaus von Arianna und Antonio verbracht und sind begeistert! Zunächst ist der Standort Monopoli sehr zentral gelegen, um Apulien zu erkunden - schöne Natur und Strände, Orte und Städte (z.B. Poglignano a Mare, Conversano, Cisternino, Martina Franca, .....) .Ausgrabungen (z.B. Egnazia) .Monopoli selber ist eine kleine Stadt, um gut das süditalienische Leben kennen zu lernen und zu genießen (z.B. Frühstück in einer der vielen Bars). Das Grundstück / der Garten vom Ferienhaus scheint noch in Arbeit zu sein, ist aber schon jetzt wunderschön angelegt. Das Haus selber ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles was man in einer Küche benötigt, ist vorhanden und es ist sehr sauber! Arianna und Antonio sind unglaublich gastfreundlich und nett und geben gerne Hinweise zur Erkundung der Gegend. Ihre Restauranttipps haben uns auch nicht enttäuscht :-). Unterstützt werden Sie von Claudio, der gut Englisch kann und den nicht italienisch sprechenden Gästen ,wie wir, hilft. Also alles in Allem ein "Rundum Sorglos Paket". Wir haben noch lange nicht alles in Apulien gesehen und möchten gerne zurück kommen - und dann auch unbedingt in das Haus von Arianna und Antonio!! Vielleicht gibt es dann auch einen Grill am Haus, das wäre das Einzige, was wir eventuell "vermisst" haben. Cordiali saluti a Italia - Sabine und Jürgen aus Bonn

Einfach nur spitze

Wir waren nun bereits das zweite Mal in der traumhaften Villa zu Besuch und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und haben uns in der Ruhe super erholt. Die Familie Termite sind tolle Gastgeber, immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, jederzeit erreichbar und flexibel. Das Haus ist gepflegt wie am ersten Tag. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Séjour merveilleux dans les Pouilles

Nous nous sommes énormément plus dans cette très belle demeure ! Nous étions 4 personnes et ensuite 3, nous avons passé un super séjour de 15 jours dans cette belle région. Proche des accès autoroutiers pour se déplacer à environ 3 minutes. Nous étions au calme, une voiture est indispensable. La maison possède tout le confort nécessaire, une clim surtout pour mon mari, serait appréciée.... Sinon tout est conforme aux photos, la chambre parentale est très grande, nous étions très à nos aises... Nos hôtes Antonio et Arianna sont très prévenants et charmants, à notre arrivée, le frigidaire était alimenté en boissons de toutes sortes, le petit déjeuner était prévu pour le lendemain. Dans la semaine, Antonio nous a apporté généreusement quelques délicieuses victuailles de la région. Nous recommandons cette superbe demeure pour vos vacances ! Nous avons rarement vu des hôtes aussi charmants et généreux. Nous espérons y retourner. Bien à vous, famille JOLY

Wonderful stay

We recently spent 10 days in this beautiful villa, sparkling clean, in great condition, decorated with style but keeping the traditional touch.Placed in the middle of an olive grove, this house is perfectly located close to everything (car needed!): less than 10 min to Monopoli historical centre, 15 minutes to a lovely sandy beach (Sabbia doro), near to the main attractions of the area Zoosafari, Egnazia Aqua Park, Alberobello. It makes a perfect base place for exploring the area! With 2 bedrooms and a spacious open living room, you benefit of all the comfort for a family with 2 kids (as in our case).Although a dishwasher would be of help, the kitchen has all necessary items to make your stay comfy, even when you want to prepare some warm dish in the oven. The terrace is pleasant enjoy breakfast or dinner and admire the beautiful Italian sunset! Sometimes mosquitoes can become a nuisance in the evening.. Although very pleasant and cool, on the very hot days an A/C machine would be preferable especially in the smaller bedroom. The owners, Antonio and Arianna are such wonderful people! They spoiled us by bringing once homemade icecream and some other day warm pastry the children adored!

Proper en aangenaam verblijf

Ondanks onze late vlucht werden we door hun engelssprekende vriend Claudio opgewacht aan de afrit van de snelweg. De eigenaars wachtten ons op om 23u30 aan de huurwoning. Claudio gaf uitleg over de toeristische trekpleisters en gaf ons een plannetje van Monopoli om ons wegwijs te maken. Arianna en Antonio hadden zelfs een ontbijt voorzien voor de volgende ochtend. De woning was zeer net en verzorgd en beschikte over alle basisbehoeften, zelfs waspoeder, afwasproducten, ... waren aanwezig. Alle ruimtes waren smaakvol ingericht. We beschikten zelfs over horren aan alle ramen. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dagelijks mochten we verse vijgen plukken. Antonio kwam meermaals langs om te vragen of alles in orde was en bracht telkens een lokale specialiteit mee. De accomodatie is rustig gelegen op een kleine 10 min. rijden van de stad. Het huisje ligt ook centraal om verschillende uitstappen te doen. Nogmaals dank aan Arianna en Antonio voor een prachtig onthaal en een aangename vakantie.
