Condo is in perfect condition after Helene and Milton. The exterior building is having some repair. The Publix market is open across the street. No vacation renters until December, but if you are displaced, please let us help you, we are available today for short and long term.

Condo is fully furnished, with open floor plan, full service kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms (one king and one queen). There’s plenty of closet space, in case you decide to stay the rest of your life. We wouldn’t blame you.

Bad Experience

We were unable to access the condo at our check-in time. The contact number for the host was incorrect. Several things were missing upon arrival, including a crib(as promised via email) and pool keys. Beach toys and inflatables were quite dirty - storage room had not been cleaned since hurricane. Grill was in rough shape and had no charcoal - was also kept in dirty storage room. Host was able to remedy some of these issues but not being able to check in on time was a major inconvenience. We wrote and emailed the host since our trip but she has not returned any messages. Poor service.

We had a wonderful stay

The property is as you see it in the pictures. It os clean, you will find all the kitchenware neede to cook. It takes 7 minutes walking to the beach or a couple of minutes to drive.

Excellent location and very comfortable

We absolutely loved staying here! The ease of getting necessities, getting around and access to the beach could not have been better! The condo had all we needed as well from coffee machine, blender, ice maker, washer/dryer, iron/board. The beds were comfortable also. We will definitely be booking here again!

Beach, Shops and Restaurants Handy!

Love the closeness to beach and shops , no need to get stuck in traffic! Everything provided you would need. Like it's a rental where they allow you to leave things behind like salt , tinfoil etc for the next guests use ...we left behind a Keurig coffee machine!

Cute 2 bedroom in a nice location!

We definitely enjoyed the location about half way up the island…walking distance to groceries and Walgreens and other shops and a few blocks from the beach. The unit was clean…the pool was nice as well ☺️

Island Paradise

This place is perfect for us. The new furniture in the living room is attractive and comfortable. The recent updates make it such a lovely place. Laid back community with the bay and golf only a short walk away. Private balcony overlooking acres of Mangroves provide a peaceful retreat. It has everything we need for our months stay. Hope to be able to stay here again

Nice quiet location

Nice location for our stay. Easy walk to beach for sunsets. Close to grocery store. We liked the ease of keypad lock instead of carrying a key! It was well supplied with toiletries which was nice. Great biking routes all around Anna Marie. Busy with traffic but good bike lanes to downtown Sarasota and Bradenton. Definitely a great place to relax!

We agree with other reviewers that this property is clean, comfortable, well stocked and in a convenient location. We'd thought we would walk to the beach, but driving was easier with chairs etc. One reviewer noted last Jan. that the seat cushions on the kitchen table seats need to be replaced with some that fit and TV instructions would be helpful, neither of those have been done and we agree they are needed. This sounded petty when I first read it, but I nearly slid off the chair completely the first time I sat down. A flashlight would also be welcome for times when a power outage is possible. Leslie was very helpful with some communication issues.

Wonderful unit, amenities and pool

We had a nice, COOL two bedrooms/two baths condo with nice touches like soap for the washer and kitchen sink, washer and dryer, modern appliances and very comfy beds. While it is called "walk to the beach", that was a little off the mark as you'd have quite a perilous time crossing busy Rte 789 and carrying anything of weight that far. However, Holmes Beach is just minutes away by car and we just stayed near the pool on the property which was fine. The living room furniture could use updating and adding a comfy recliner or chair for those who are tall and lanky is definitely a need. The couch and love seat and pretty low and not great if you need back support and has those pesky cushions you having to push back in to be comfortable. However, the little things we cared most about we had and we really liked having a carport to pull in to in some very heavy rain! We will be back.

Very nice

The condo was clean and comfortable! Good location to catch the trolley. It is a few blocks from the beach. You can walk but with chairs and a cooler (and 90degree weather) not ideal. Just something to keep in mind if you don’t have a car or have people in your group who prefer not to walk too far in the heat. We had a little bit if trouble with the key code (wasn’t as described in the communication from property people) but we were able to resolve with the owner. Greet pool too!

Great location and spotless

This condo is in a great location! Walking distance to the grocery store, drug stores and restaurants. We drove to the beach daily with our chairs, cooler, etc. as it was a bit far for us with all of those things. I have stayed in many different rentals over 20+ years and they were all clean but this place was spotless! The furnishings aren't as nice as most but that isn't high on my priority list. I would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

This condo is perfect for/up to a family of 4. It‘s close to everything (beach, Publix, Trolley) and very well equipped. Everything was clean and spotless on arrival and I like the idea of leaving behind things for the next guest (coffee filters, detergent) instead of throwing it away. We will be back here for sure to enjoy our favorite place ob earth.

Location location

This condo is updated and very clean. It is very comfortable. Being right across from Publix and Manatee beach is a real plus. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near the beach that is within walking distance.

A very pleasant stay in Holmes Beach

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island, and we really enjoyed this central location and convenience to the beautiful beach, island trolley, grocery store, CVS and several restaurants. The unit is well-equipped for the beach with towels, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. The condo itself was very clean upon arrival. The only suggestions I could make to the owner would be to provide cushions that better fit the four chairs around the table and maybe instructions on operating the TV (which we figured out). It's otherwise comfortably furnished, and we enjoyed the screened-in balcony. Note that the address is on the side of the building, not on the street -- we drove by it the first time. Highly recommend.
