Do not stay here if you have young children, not kid friendly at alla kid friendly

This place is a joke. Check-in staff talks to you like they are wardens in a state penitentiary, and you have a quiet time like they do in daycare. And if you have loud toddlers, they will kick you out. The elevators are either broke or there is a 30min wait time just to get up or down. So, if you are elderly or have asthma, they still expect you to take the stairs. I would not stay here again for a free months stay. All in all, this place is a joke and bs.

The room and balcony were very big and nice but we had pubic hair in our bed, it was not clean at all Even had blood on our pillow cases that we noticed right when we walked in. Very disgusting and disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Overall it was great!

The condo was beautiful and was as expected for the most part. This was the first time I rented through VRBO that I did not deal with the owner personally (which I would rather do). The price you pay for after cleaning is absurd. I say this, because ours was full of sand, dirt and hair. I would gladly clean it for some 200+ dollars! We had to clean it before we could enjoy it. I left a list with the front desk of things that were wrong when we left, but they barely listened; things like the right stove eye stayed on and hot after it was turned off! And, I have never rented a unit where salt, pepper, and at least a pot holder wasn't provided! The condo was decorated beautifully and we took lots of pictures. Loved the bar area! Loved the view and pool!
