All are welcome! Quiet and cozy gated community with overnight security. The outside decor is tropical with beautiful landscaping. External lighting throughout the complex and new roof. The inside decor is modern/traditional; recently renovated windows, AC unit, light/kitchen fixtures, and kitchen counter tops. Basic cable, ceiling fan, AC unit, community pool (swim at your own risk), and a cordless house phone. Nearby places: Manor Park Shopping Center (Burger King, KFC, Gas station, ect..), Khemlani Mart (pizza, Popeyes, Bowling, ect...), and Constant Spring gulf course. This is a private property. NO SHARED SPACES! NO VIEWING PROPERTY PRIOR TO CHECK-IN

Why they chose this property
I chose to buy our home in this area because it was away from the busy town. It offer a safe environment for me and my family. The maintenance of the property is amazing. The outside decor has a tropical vibe and the landscape looks beautiful.
What makes this property unique
I fell in love with this property because it had security, pool, and all of the resources we needed. In addition, it had a modern design.
