ASPEN DEPOT CONTINUES TO BE THE GOLD STAR STANDARD FOR COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE WHEN VISITING THE KINGDOM OF BRECKENRIDGE

Located in Breckenridge Mountain Village, just off Main Street, we are a single-family residence with a newly expanded deck and hot tub. The main level open floor plan features kitchen with new appliances, dining and living areas with direct access to the south-facing (sunny) entertainment deck with grill. Take in the mountain views and enjoy privacy from the surrounding Aspen trees.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, we have room to both spread out or gather. Bedrooms consist of new mattresses and upgraded bedding. The two upper bedrooms have private view decks. Bedside wireless charging available for your personal devices.

The family media room on the lower level features a large flat screen TV and fold-out Queen sleeper with Tempur-pedic mattress.

Leave the cars behind and walk to basically everything! The home is also 59 steps from the ski bus in the winter and across from the Boreas Pass locomotive and new adjacent playground. Recently, we added a 240 electric car charger available for guests with electrical vehicles.

As a privately managed home, your safety is most important. We wash all laundry off-site with 140+ degree water and disinfect between guests. We take pride in keeping our home PRISTINE! The hot tub includes exterior heated mats to provide easy and safe access.

You'll want to stay here

You can't beat the location to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. It's less than a 10 minute walk to downtown and the trolley and bus stop right at the top of the street the house is located on. The hot tub was great for after skiing, the beds very comfortable and you had all you needed to have a meal at home. The hosts were very responsive if we had a question and made sure to reach out to see if we had everything we needed.

Family Spring Break

We loved our experience. We had our 2 adult children with a fiancé and a friend. The 3 bedrooms with bathrooms were on a different floor allowing for privacy and own bathroom space. We had everything we needed to make dinners and breakfast. And the hot tub was wonderful after. Day of skiing.

Perfect House!!

This house was perfect. Can’t beat the location. We walked to town everyday and it took less than 5 minutes. The owners are absolute sweethearts and they really want to make your stay the best as possible. We loved meeting you!! The beds are so comfy and there are plenty of TVs. The house was spacious and the teens had their own hang out space on the bottom level. The hot tub was awesome after a day of snowboarding!!One of the best features is how well this house was stocked. Spices, pots and pans, utensils, toilet paper and toiletries. All we had to buy was food and drinks. Oh my goodness, this house has heated floors y’all! That was a favorite too. So much so that we want to incorporate them at our own home!!Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you.

The property is managed by the owners. This means that they care about the property and it really shows in the many many details that the property offers. This is huge! I've been using VRBO for nearly 2 decades and this was one of the best experiences I've had.

Amazing stay, location, and communication.

Our stay at Aspen Depot was amazing. We traveled with three children under the age of 3 and they had everything we needed. We contacted the hosts ahead of time asking if there were baby gates at the property and they went above and beyond and purchased 2 new gates for our stay. The property was incredibly clean. The check in process was amazing. The location was unbeatable with a short walk to town and a shuttle to the slopes right outside of the house. . We will definitely be staying again next time we visit Breckenridge.

Nice house with great parking and location to town.

Owners were very responsive. The house was a nice size for our family. The pull out bed could use a new mattress but all other bedrooms were great! Hot tub was clean and worked well! There was dust on some of the furniture and the dishes could be a little cleaner. These small items did not take away from our positive impression of the house and its location. Just mentioning it for future reference!

Great Ski Vacation

Great location in Breck. Right on the Free Ride Shuttle stop. Walkable to Main Street food options. Split levels offer some privacy. Great host communication.

Great house in great location

The house is very nice and in a great location. We had a full house and it did not seem too crowded. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well suited for our family. The beds were super comfortable, nice bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great with only a short walk to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls' Getaway

We loved our stay at Aspen Depot. It was nice to be greeted by Jim soon after we arrived. The property is within walking distance of main street, great hikes and Carter Park. The hot tub felt so good after our daily hikes. Highly recommend this property as it is nicely decorated and has all of the amenities needed for a very nice, comfortable getaway.

The property was beautiful and well maintained with a completely stocked kitchen plus little extra amenities. The hot tub was perfectly located on the deck right outside the kitchen. The location was right off Main Street. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately.

Fabulous, and best hosts ever!

We absolutely loved how attentive and kind the owners and manager were during our stay! The house was beautiful and very clean. July 4th long weekend

This was a wonderful place for our stay in Breckenridge. Great location: We walked to breakfast each morning with multiple breakfast options less than 10 minutes’ walk from the house. Carter Park is very close by as well, where my young adult sons enjoyed playing pickleball while my husband and I hiked the trails behind. Wonderful owners: very attentive and responsive. Terrific house: fantastic grill and hot tub on the back patio, plenty of tvs with Netflix capability, well stocked kitchen, quality towels. Extremely clean.

Great property near Breckenridge

Walkable to town, spacious and clean house. Great attention to details, basket of towels for the jacuzzi, cordless iphone charger at the lamp, big TVs in all rooms. Excellent kitchen and appliances and laundry facilities. Feels like a home. Beware that the check out time is 10 AM and check in 4 PM when planning your trip. we went in the Summer, grrat hikes just minutes away. Jim and Evelyn are great hosts.

Great House, Great Location, Great Hosts

House is adorable and located right across the street from the bus and trolly to both downtown and the mountain (although they are both short walks). Hosts were incredibly accommodating given the travel challenges my group experienced which included two families with small children. Hot tub was amazing and house was well stocked for cooking making it feel very much like a home. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back
