A bright, 1000 sq ft island home in an upscale Kailua neighborhood is your destination for a wonderful Hawaii vacation. Just a 7 minute drive from beautiful Kailua and Lanikai beaches.

We offer a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable King bed and the other two bedrooms come with queen size beds. A large full bath with shower stall and his/her vanity. Newly remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, utensils and cookware. Beautifully decorated living area with a 55" LCD TV and a glass dining table. Other amenities include: laundry room, high-speed wired/wireless Internet access and outdoor BBQ grill.

Your bedrooms have large closets with mirror sliding doors and ceiling fans. The master bedroom comes with a Samsung 42" LCD TV with digital cable. The other two bedroom have a queen size bed and Samsung 42" LCD TV. The home also has three skylights and a solar exhaust fan for the living area. The home comes with a/c units in all living spaces and a powerful rooftop exhaust house fan for added comfort.

The hosts also offer boogie boards, beach mats, towels and chairs for your use at the beach. Plenty of parking is available on the street or in the carport.

The home is conveniently located near bus stops and 5 minute walking distance to Keolu Shopping Center where you will find a Safeway supermarket, a theater and a variety of restaurants which serve authentic Greek, Vietnamese and Chinese food. Also located in Keolu Shopping Center is a Starbucks, Subway and Round Top pizzeria. We are located a few minutes from Kailua Town and Kailua Beach by car.

Our guests will have access to the BBQ grill and lanai area that comes with patio furniture. In addition, our guests will also have access to a washer and dryer for laundry. High speed Internet wired/wireless capabilities is also furnished on the premises. Plenty of street parking is available for our guests. Boogie boards, beach towels, beach mats, beach umbrellas and beach seats.

Excellent Kailua Rental

The property is lovely, excellently appointed and very well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating, responding promptly to any request we had. My wife and I had a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this rental.

Great Location!

This was the perfect location as it was right down the street from my family, close to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. House was very clean and had everything that you would need. Richard and Janina were the perfect hosts and I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation with 5 people for 11 days

My family and I stayed here for 11 days and it was amazing! The home met all of our needs and the owners were wonderful. They greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The house had everything you could need for a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would stay here again. It was our first time using a vacation rental and it couldn’t have worked out better! Keela

Great place for a family

We stayed here with 5 people including a toddler. The hosts were very welcoming and checked in with us each day to make sure we had everything we needed. They also had great suggestions for fun things to do with a toddler. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Wonderful

We loved staying at this clean, welcoming and homey place. Richard is a great communicator from the very beginning and followed up with us when we arrived. We would highly recommend staying here and will do so again next time we come.

Very nice stay

The owners might be the nicest, most caring people ever- hard to find genuine people but they go above and beyond. The space was great and anything we needed they went out of their way to provide. We enjoyed the stores that were within walking distance, easy bus access and easy parking and a short drive to the beaches or town. Our toddler was delighted by the toys that they shared with her. Only minus was that homes in hawaii are not very solid so there was minimal soundproofing- at night everyone had to go to bed early (bc of the kid) and when there was noise outside it was loud. But typically a quiet neighborhood and the overall stay was wonderful.

It's a wonderful stay.

The two of the hosts were very kind and gave me a lot of information. Especially the information of the restaurant is perfect. Everything you need to relax on the beach is complete and it is the most relaxing villa. Their cute dog and cute son play with my daughter and I am very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay! Can't wait to come back!

We loved the place! Our host was friendly and helpful. He was there to check us in and gave us great tips on the area. He made sure to be available whenever we had any questions. The house was clean and beautiful! It was stocked with everything we needed and even provided beach equipment which was so convenient for us. The rooms were very comfortable! Appreciated the carport to keep our rental car in too. 100% would stay here again! Thank you again :)

Living like it's home

J & R's place is a wonderful home to stay. The place is clean, open and full of great lighting and windows to allow the trade winds to blow through. The accommodations were very comfortable and conducive for relaxation. If you want to cook for yourself, the kitchen is fully equipped. J & R make sure you have your coffee in the morning/day with the coffee machine and coffee grounds ready for brewing. Tho I didn't have the time to BBQ, there is a BBQ available to use. If you need supplies for the beach, they are happy to lend you what you may need. Richard is great at keeping in contact with you. I can't say enough about my stay at J & R's place except that I look forward to staying there once again in the future.

Perfect house in Kailua

We had an amazing time at Richard and Nina's house in Kailua! First of all, they are amazing and welcoming hosts, giving wonderfully detailed instructions and information on the home and providing extra special touches like fresh coconuts to enjoy! The house is really nice with plenty of room to relax and the fans are great, we didn't even use the AC. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals at home. The area is great, there are gorgeous beaches just a short drive away and we really enjoyed being on this quieter side of the island, away from the crowds of Waikiki. We would recommend this home to anyone, we had a really wonderful stay! Thanks Richard and Nina for your hospitality!

Absolutely perfect!! High hospitality!!

It was the best Hawaii trip ever. This time, my family stayed with my family for 5 days and 6 days. Although it was a little uneasy using Airbnb for the first time, the hospitality of Richard and Janina was very high and I was able to fully enjoy KAILUA LIFE comfortably. The previous exchange is also very smooth, you can check the information and rules of the house with YOU TUBE. In addition, Richard also carefully tells us things that are not in the guide book, such as home things and sightseeing spots of Oahu. The house is very clean, natural light is bright and every room can be comfortable. Even at night, a cooler wind comes in than the air conditioner is unnecessary. All kitchen goods and everything else, they do not have to bring anything. It is very convenient because you can borrow away from the house, Kailua town and beach a few minutes, beach goods such as Goza, boogie board, snorkel etc for free. There is supermarket in a few minutes by walking. Also, there was a BBQ stove in the backyard, so I enjoyed BBQ with my brother and his husband who came with me. Even then, Richard taught us how to use carefully, and took a lot of coconuts that are garden for my brother and couple. Depending on the season, you can also have fresh mangoes in the garden. Richards are always concerned about us and are always trying to keep you comfortable. Also, when I came to Oahu, I definitely want to stay at Richard's house. On this trip, I love KAILUA very much.
