About this property

The apartment is fully renovated, with comfortable living, modern kitchen, bathroom and bedroom areas. The balcony is a plus, where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast with a great ocean view and the sweet caribbean breeze. During the afternoon, you can enjoy a cocktail to start your evening, before going to one of the many restaurants, casinos, bars or pubs available in the area. There are a couple of rooftop bars with amazing views you don't want to miss.

Our neighborhood CONDADO, is a mix of 5-star hotels, boutique hotels, small inns and residential area. Beach is walking distance, as well as many restaurants, fine dining, casinos, convenience stores, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, etc. (some of these places offer the best breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner you will ever taste). The beach, bike & water sports (paddle boarding and kayaks) rentals are around the corner. You can either walk to Old San Juan, take a taxi in front of one of the nearby hotels, or you can call "Uber" (they can pick you up in front of the building). Or you can drive to the Old City, but the parking can be a challenge. The Puerto Rico Convention Center is also walking distance or a 5 minute drive (depending on the traffic). There are a couple of supermarkets around the area, I recommend SuperMax - De Diego Avenue, it is open 24 hours and has a wine shop on the roof that offers a great variety of wine, beers, etc.

The bedroom has a KING BED with a walk-in closet, where you can relax after a day at the beach or walking around Old San Juan. Lay down on the comfortable Latex Mattress to help your body recover and get ready for a night in the city. For those who like to mix "business with pleasure", the bedroom also has a desk, where you can work looking at the ocean, or plan your exciting days in Puerto Rico.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials, including: pots & pans, coffee maker, wine glasses, Cutco knives, serving plates and cups, etc. For your convenience the apartment has two air conditioners (one on the living and one on the bedroom), WI-FI, Smart TV with Cable, Netflix, etc. The building has a Coin Laundry Room on the first floor. Also for your convenience, we include: hair dryer, iron, beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler.

Our small island has so much to offer... mountains, colonial Old San Juan, spas, world class beaches, city and nightlife, shopping... the experiences are endless.

Perfect stay in Condado

Lovely place, nicely appointed. Claudia is super-responsive. Furnished with shopping bags, bar soap as well as liquid soap, plenty of nice towels and dishes, even a welcome bottle of wine and some water bottles to get started. Location is perfect for walking into old San Juan and for our friend's wedding activities at La Concha and the Vanderbilt.

Beautiful Trip

Claudias place was close to everything and was beautiful with a great view! Close to shops and food! I wish we had been more prepared for the lack of parking along the strip and the need to walk most places (not the hosts fault at all but would be good info for future guests who aren’t familiar with the area :) ) Claudia was a gracious host and she was helpful every step of the way!

Fantastic

Claudia met us at the condo when we arrived and took us through the condo. Everything a person could possibly want or need was provided. We were located very close to a small beach and we were also close to lots of shops and restaurants.If I ever come back to Puerto Rico I will absolutely stay at Claudia’s condo. The best way to describe this condos WOW, it was. fantastic and by far was so much better than the internet description. Thank you Claudia for making our stay in SanJuan terrific.

Location Location Location!

The property was extremely clean, and stocked with anything you could think of. Even beach umbrella and chairs which was extremely convenient since renting those at the beach was 25$-30$ each time! Claudia was very accommodating. Our flight arrived a little early and she had no problem letting us get checked in early. If I had any question all I had to do was text her and she texted right back. Best of all was the location! It was a few minutes from food, beach, excursions, and airport! Book!

Lovely apartment with everything we needed

The apartment is lovely, nicely decorated with a view of the ocean and plenty of space for our family of three. I loved sitting on the patio with my coffee in the morning. The location is central to the Condado neighborhood, with lots of restaurants and beaches within a short walk. The rental had everything we might need: beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, and cooler, and a kitchen fully stocked with all the appliances, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, etc. There were many thoughtful touches, like an extra rain umbrella, makeup remover wipes, and a list of nearby beaches and restaurants. A parking spot is also included, and although the parking lot is busy, we never had a problem finding a spot during our stay. Claudia was a wonderful host, answered all of my questions, flexible, with excellent communication. I highly recommend this rental.

CLEAN Apartment With Great Location

Cleanliness is very important to me and this exceeded my expectations! Claudia was extremely helpful and thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay. This apartment is just a short walk away from the beach and a lot of fabulous restaurants (Orozco’s and Atabey were our favorites). Amazing apartment in Condado !!!

Absolutely FABULOUS!!

This property has it all! Location, location, location- as well as unexpected treats and amazing hosts 👍From pre check-in, throughout our stay, to checkout, Jorge & Claudia were extremely attentive. The apartment is perfect for a couple wanting to get away. Everything is walking distance, yet you’re in an open space, with an awesome ocean view 🏝. We kayaked on the Lagoon at night. We walked to Old San Juan every day - soaking in the breathtaking views, beautiful walkway and delicious treats at arrival 😋 We walked Condado with ease. No problem with noise. The apartment has everything you need (and then some 😉). Super clean and modern. You cannot go wrong here - I think it’s our new getaway location when we need to escape the grind! Lovely stay beautiful condo ideal location.

This condo was fantastic. Well equipped, great location, dining and beaches in walking distance. Claudia was fantastic. No issues at all. Be mindful of location if noise is an issue. Highly recommended.

Beautiful rental appt! Well kept and furnished. Everything top of the line. The ocean view I great and the Condo is perfectly localized, with the beach one short walk away. Lounges, restaurants and small grocery stores are walking distance. The owner is a very nice lady, and she will meet you on arrival. Will stay there again. Highly recommended👍

Family vacation

Wonderful Place!

A friend of mine recommended this place, and we couldn't have been happier! I thought I'd like the unit from the pictures online, but once I walked through the door, I knew I'd made a great decision staying here. The place is updated and decorated beautifully, and has a great view of the water. It has a great layout and distribution that allows up to 4 people stay there comfortably. And Claudia, the host, was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better host! She was very attentive and responsive to all our needs. Positively Exceptional!!!

First, our congratulations to Claudia and Jorge for getting “everything” right! Every detail has been attended to. The condo is immaculate, in a prime location and Claudia and Jorge are perfect hosts. Jorge met us at the condo to walk us through to explain how everything worked and answered all our questions. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to meet Claudia on this trip, but hope to on future trips! They put together a very interesting local info book that we did not find until we were double checking everything just before leaving. It’s on the TV entertainment shelf...you might want to take time to look at it at the beginning of your vacation...there is all sorts of wonderful information you might want to know! My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our visit and although we have been visiting for more than 18 years, this visit was very special for us and are so happy we stayed in this condo! We especially enjoyed the balcony...the ocean view permanently embedded in our memories, and the people watching was fun too! We are early to bed and early to rise kind of people. We were nervous when someone’s review mentioned street noise, but it actually lulled us to sleep. We can’t remember when we’ve had better nights of sleep! And no loud parties in the building which is another huge plus! We walked to the beach every day, very close and exceptionally convenient. Parking is first come/first serve but we never had a problem finding a space! There are many really good restaurants within a short walking distance so we ate out for every evening meal. This was by far the very best holiday we’ve had in a very long time. Thank you so much Claudia and Jorge! You and your beautiful condo (better even than the photos) provided an exceptional holiday and precious memories! God Bless!

clean, modern, convenient,

My husband and I stayed at Claudia's place along with our teenage daughter for three nights in February, 2019 and loved our stay! The place is very clean, comfortably furnished with everything we needed, and conveniently located. Check in was easy and Claudia graciously accommodated our late arrival. There was a plumbing issue - completely out of Claudia's control - and it was taken care of immediately with very little inconvenience to us. We would happily stay here again in the future and will be recommending it to friends who are traveling to San Juan.

Beautiful home with a fantastic view of the ocean

The unit is clean and crisp with walking access (2 miles) to historic San Juan and all it has to offer. Great place to relax and experience Puerto Rico and it’s wonderful people. If you are a walker, runner or cyclist - this place is perfect. We will be back for a much longer stay.

Fantastic location, comfort and luxury for two

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, recently remodeled apartment in the heart of Condado! Claudia was a great host and made the process of checking in and out simple, quick and easy. We loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants, the beach and even Old San Juan! I will say, Ashford Ave. is a hub of tourism and activity, day and night, especially during the holidays, so if you're looking for the quietest place, then this isn't it, or maybe just bring a pair of earplugs to sleep, but we wanted the feel of the city so for us the noise was no issue at all. It was fun to watch people walk and drive by as we sat in the cute little balcony late in the evenings. We also greatly appreciated all the little extra details she left for us, not only was the place tastefully decorated to add some holiday spirit, but it was equipped with all the necessities, including shampoo, conditioner, soap and even sunblock! Kitchen was well stocked and lovely all around. The entire place was clean and the bed was super comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A great vacation stay and experience.

My wife and I really loved this property and location. The service that Claudia showed us was above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we booked this property she made certain that our trip would be one to remember. We loved the location as we were minutes (walking) from most of the things we planned to do. We plan to return in 2019 and I hope we have the chance to stay here again. I typically don’t sleep well when I’m away from home, but that was not the case here. I slept very comfortably. Besides (small) wash cloths and an ironing board we had everything we needed. Thanks a million and hope to see you soon.

Wonderful experience!

The Arana apartment is absolutely flawless. Beautiful furniture, kitchen, decor! It has everything you need, smart tv, internet, central a/c, nice view, essentials. The location in Condado is great, near the exits to Old San Juan, and highways. I would rent again without a doubt. And the owners, Claudia and Jorge, were super nice and helpful. :-)

Having an apartment in Condado its a dream come true and we want to share our dream with the rest of the world. We bought the apartment in 2016 and fully renovate it (from ceiling to floors)... it is our weekends retreat.

Anything goes... you can walk, you can rent a car if you want to explore outside the San Juan/Condado, there are taxis, bus stops and UBER available in the area at all times.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy walking around and eating at the many restaurants (fancy and not so fancy... but delicious) in the area. Everything is walking distance!!!
