Huge 5,900 sq/ft house (5200sq/ft rentable), 16 beds, with incredible views and only minutes to ski lifts, snow boarding, fishing, hiking, or just relaxing. County code permits maximum occupancy of 12 people regardless of the house size. Bedroom configuration:
TOP FLOOR (ground/main level):
a. One bedroom with King bed and twin bed
b. One bedroom with two queen beds and 1 bunkbed
LOWER FLOOR:
c. One bedroom with two queen beds and two bunk beds
d. One bedroom with one queen bed and two twin beds
e. One bedroom with one queen bed
*please note: jet and jacuzzi functions of the tubs are not to be used and/or nonfunctional. The purpose of the pictures are to show that there is no walk-in shower.
*please note: there is a fireplace, but the gas is intentionally disconnected. The house heater will do an excellent job in keeping the house warm.

Fantastic for large group
Overall it was a great property and will be even better when all of the updates are completed. First rental we have had for a reunion of 20 where everyone had a bed, plus the number of bathrooms at this property.

Convenient and comfortable
This is a huge house with plenty of beds, luxurious showers, and a drop dead gorgeous view. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, for a large group with young kids. I would stay here again. The owner was very responsive, and even accommodated early check in for us.

Perfect house, easy process, excellent host
This house was exactly what we needed. Spacious, clean, comfortable, it felt like our home on the mountain (even if it was just for a weekend). We planned a five-family getaway for skiing and fun, and we can’t have imagined a better place to have landed. The host made the process easy for all; communication was timely and efficient, and the price was just right. We now plan to make this an annual trip.

Awesome huge house
Huge house in a great location. Rented for boy scout ski trip but covid had other plans. Ended up just wife and kid to enjoy the amenities. 20 beds and 6 bedrooms plus 1 and game room. We spread out! Owner was accommodating which was much appreciated and fair. Highly recommended.

outstanding Labor Day weekend with the entire family
We spent Labor Day weekend at Michael’s property in Running Springs. We had all our children and their families with us. The house was plenty big with lots of beds and spaces to be. Even when we were all eating together it didn’t seem crowded, the coveted eating place was on the top balcony. The little children reserved the chairs so that they could “see the beautiful view while they were eating.” We have been going up to the mountains for the past 8 years for Labor Day weekend and I always bring a lot of activities and crafts and organize games for the kiddos but this was the first time that they actually found many things to do by themselves, they especially loved the game room downstairs. The front entryway was great for the talent show and the lower balcony was perfect for our glow in the dark dance party. Michael was an amazing host, always willing to answer questions and offer good suggestions. He was very prompt in returning my messages. We had no problem operating the appliances in the kitchen as we followed the two appliance rule. There was plenty of hot water for the showers and with it being such a hot weekend our whole entire family was very very appreciative of the wonderful air conditioning. As per Michael’s suggestion we brought extra towels and toilet paper. We also brought extra paper towels and kitchen trash bags. We opted to use paper plates etc but there were plenty of plates and dishes and utensils if you don’t want to do that. We also appreciated having the dumpster right there on the property to put all our trash into without having to drive it anywhere. Overall it was a perfect weekend and we will definitely go back.

Great Family Home for vacation!

Perfect Family Vacation
This house was perfect for our weekend stay with family. Mike was an exceptional host. Great communication and very well prepared for my family and I. You have everything you need here and we were about 8 minutes from town. The house was very clean and extremely accommodating. The view off the decks were breath taking. We will definitely be making this a regular family vacation home, any time we want to take a trip to the snow.

The home is beautiful with amazing views in the morning, day and evening! So much space for all to enjoy. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. Owner was very helpful and communicated well with us when needed. Not far from ski resorts and other places. I would definitely recommend to stay and looking forward to staying again when able to.

My husband's 50th birthday
We loved this place. It is a big house with a wide open living space. We went up to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and we had an awesome time. Rooms are big with lots of beds. There were 15 of us and we fit very comfortably. Mike the owner is Great! We are definitely renting this place again.

Huge home with
My family and I went out to Running Springs and stayed in Mikes beautiful home. There were 14 adults and 5 children. This home has everything you could ask for and more. We cooked every breakfast, lunch, and dinner and didn’t even think about going out to one restaurant while we were there, it was like being at home. The beds were super comfortable and the living room was very cozy and perfect for our family movie night! The front yard/driveway was perfect the grown men and kids to play with their RC cars. We woke up around 6am and watched the sunrise from the balcony, the view was absolutely breathtaking! Do yourself a favor and book this home, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Lake arrowhead trip
As we were going up the streets toward the house we were met by small houses but as we arrived at the house, it was definitely one of the biggest and most modern in the nearby vicinity. The house itself has all necessary amenities, plenty of bed space for atleast 20 people, and the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. The location is also great as it is a 30 min drive to both Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake. Overall, I had a great stay at this house and the owner was very helpful in helping us with some special accommodation requests! Would recommend to anyone with a large group of people!!
