Are you packed yet? This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 4th floor at our beautiful Phoenix East property, with Gulf front and jetty views. Kitchen is fully equipped, dining room seats 6 with 2 additional barstools at the kitchen breakfast bar. In addition to the new living room furniture, there is new carpet throughout. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with flat screen television, en suite bathroom and private access to balcony overlooking the gulf. The second bedroom offers two queen sized beds with flat screen tv as well as its own bathroom with shower/tub combo. You are sure to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and boats leaving and returning to the pass each day from your balcony. *Please note: Phoenix East is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas.
