Decent but probably won't rent here again
The condo was nice, well decorated and stocked, comfy beds. Cleaning crew could have done better--wet bathroom rugs, dirty knives and measuring cups, big smear on sliding glass door. The master bath shower had quite a bit of mildew. Management company neglected to inform us that we would have to spend a ridiculous amount of money per day to rent umbrellas since personal umbrellas are not allowed "for liability reasons". Other buildings/units automatically come with two chairs and an umbrella. Balcony had a sweeping view of the area, but most of it was parking lot and road, with lits of traffic noise.

Beach get away
It was a bit difficult getting into the building initially.. the exterior code given did not work for us.. we eventually had someone else from the building let us in.. then there was a code for the condo that was easy.. then everything great from there.. beautiful decor. Very clean. 3rd bathroom helped when all of the fam needed to get ready for dinners.. views were great from balconies.. the community pool was very nice and easy access to the beach.. would definitely recommend and use again.

St Lucia
Beautiful condo but not very clean on check in. Management very apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned. Management needs to walk thru after cleaning because the cleaners are not doing a good job. Other than that it was lovely as Silver Shells never disappoints.

Summer family trip
Really clean and tidy condo... Plenty of space for my parents, brother and husband/kids. We were able to snag a couple floaties that had been left behind and were destined for the trash. Would recommend maybe having some beach chairs available in future, but we had no issues using the resort chairs also. Overall, great stay!

Wonderful!
Beautiful place. This was our second year, different condo. We love Silver Shells Resort and Spa. Loved the color scheme in each bedroom! Very comfy beds. Only complaint is that the refrigerator was not cold at all when we arrived. It took about 24 hours for that. Overall a wonderful experience!

Destin with Views
We had an amazing trip and the rental was one of the reasons it was so great. Views were incredible and the property was very family friendly. Everything was kept looking nice and clean. Check-In was very simple and easy. You needed to carry a key fab to get through a few gates and in the building but the added security gives you peace of mind knowing the property is secure and safe. Pool is large and had three shallow ends for our young kids to play in. Private Beach access was a huge plus not having to walk far or across any public road ways. The Back Porch is a 2 min walk right next door with incredible food and drinks. We would defiantly recommend staying here and would stay again in future trips.

We were absolutely stunned walking in & seeing the most amazing views. The unit looked exactly as pictured online, we truly loved everything about it. Easy walk to the beach—great location overall, near The Back-Porch & Candy Maker. Our kids started calling it our Florida home 😊 & we are already looking at dates to return next year. Thank you for hosting a dream vacation for our family’s first time to Destin!

Destin Family Vacation
This place was awesome. Worked well for our family. Large bedrooms - very comfortable! We spent our days on the beach and loved the beach bar. Great food and drinks. We never used the pool but it was very nice. Beautifully decorated and the view was fantastic. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location & beautiful ocean view.
This unit was great for our family of 6. Lots of space and beautiful views. My only complaint is on the cleanliness of the condo. The ceiling fans & baseboards were FULL of dust. The slider door in the guest bedroom/bathroom was also full of thick dust. Maybe the filters need to be changed along with better cleaning. The carpet was stained and very dirty. Also, we couldn’t find any place for recycling. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Pretty condo/less than average view and location
Condo is very pretty and well maintained. We did not like the view from balcony. View of city/highway more than beach. ….Limited obstructed view of beach. Furniture on balcony-too large, too heavy, too many pieces. It was very difficult to enjoy the balcony overcrowded with very heavy patio furniture.

impressive property
Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 3 Bedroom Condo. Location was on the beach with all the amenities you could ask for with our stay. Beautiful Lagoon pool and incredible views from our unit. Definitely a must stay at this property.

Pristine beaches, immaculate lobby and common areas. Room was no where near as clean as I would have expected for the price. The code given to access was incorrect as it changes monthly. Condo layout was great, the location could not be beat. Great amenities. Would possibly stay again. Just needs to be deep cleaned like th vents, furniture, woodwork. Stains on couch and pillows.

Great location and complex would stay again however not the same condo. Bathrooms and floors were not very clean. Needed to vacuum one room on arrival as well as wash bedding. Everything else about the condo was great
