FALL SPECIALS! BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH!

#306 at Compass Point is a spacious l bedroom/ 1 bath unit (728 sq. ft.) with a large balcony. Both the living room and bedroom (2 queen beds) have a view of the lagoon and the outdoor pool. The kitchen is brand new with new cabinets and granite countertops. It is well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven. Pots and pans are provided for cooking meals in, and there are plenty of cups, plates, and utensils for a family of four. The dining table seats 4 and the bar has two stools. The living room and bedroom both have flat screen T.V.'s with a DVD in the living room. The bathroom has a sink, a shower/tub combo, and toilet. Towels and linens are provided. There is a large outdoor pool which is located beside the lagoon. You can sunbathe or watch the kids in the pool while watching the boats or just watching the sea gulls dart in and out of the water. This is a very comfortable unit for a family of 2 to 4. Must be 25+ yrs. old to rent. Non-smoking only, please.( Note: The indoor pool is closed until damage from hurricane Sally can be completed.)

Great Condo with easy beach access

Very nice condo that has almost everything you need for your stay with easy access to the beach. Some close hangers in the bedroom closest would be a nice addition.

Perfect location

Nice older condos. Has everything you need and more. Very clean and cute. Location is perfect for everything. Fish right in lagoon from property, swim in the pool, hang out on the balcony or head across the street for the beach!

Cozy condo in a great location

The location was perfect for my husband and I. Walking distance to the beach, and a short distance from shops and restaurants. My husband fished from the pier every night. Condo was cozy for just the two of us, but would be fine for families with younger children, in my opinion. Condo was clean and well maintained.

Perfect Place for us and the Grands!

Took our grandsons (ages 7 and12) to Gulf Shores for Spring break. This place is PERFECT. Overlooks the pool, so we could sit on balcony and watch them in the pool. Also, they LOVED the sand beach on the bay for catching hermit crabs and slugs. Very short and easy walk (5 min?) to the beach. Room was comfortable, clean and well stocked. All other guests were quiet and friendly, very laid back vibe. We will be back.

This place is now our new go to place to stay! The room was gorgeous and view mesmerizing!

This place is just as advertised! The owner was so kind and answered every question without delay. It was my daughter and I and was the best vacation I have had in years. Bahama Bobs was great and close by or the kitchen was fully stocked with any item you needed to cook with. It was a very short walk to the beach. The view while laying by the pool was great! I will rent here again!

This place was great to stay in regards to location. Beautiful views all around. The complex had a lot of amenities and fun things to do. The beach was a short distance but you would need a wagon to take all your belongings. The unit had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer.

Great vacation spot!

My family of four had a great week at this property! We enjoyed the beautiful views of the lagoon from the spacious porch and house, especially the sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped with all the essentials. Easy access to the nice pool and a short walk to the beach. Owner was also great to work with. Would definitely return for another trip!

Beautiful place, had everything we needed. Some of the other owners were nice when were out grilling .told us the history of the place. even about why the indoor pool was closed . Fyi storm damage. Sad . only negative about condo was took some time getting used to stove top

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. Communication with the hostess was prompt, and the property was clean and well managed. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony because it overlooked the lagoon and made for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy meals. The walk to the beach was short, but we also took advantage of the nearby public parking a couple of times. We would stay at this location again.

Perfectly satisfying for the entire family.

The condo was perfect. The location is so nice and relaxing yet close to beach access as well as minutes away from the center point of Gulf Shores. I was able to enjoy relaxing and just being in the condo, taking my grand baby down to the pool to swim,step just a couple feet over and allow him to do some crabbing, play in the water and sand at the lagoon as well as have beach access with somewhere to park and walk across. My oldest daughter was close enough to get to the center point and enjoy the Hang Out and all the shops nearby along other enjoying the pool, lagoon, and beach while my youngest was spending time with her friends at the many places to eat and go for the younger crowds but yet enjoyed the pool and beach as well. There is just so much I could say. We will be back.

My husband and I are both native Alabamians. We have been married for 38 years and have 3 children, 3 son and daughter's in-laws, and four beautiful grandchildren. ( about to be 5 in August!) Our lives are centered around faith, family, and friends. The beach has always been a favorite vacation spot for us, and we are very excited to share our property in Gulf Shores with you.

Why they chose this property

Compass Point is located on West beach on the Lagoon side. It is very quiet and peaceful, and only a short walk to the beach. We looked at many different properties, but just kept coming back to Compass Point. The views are beautiful, and the grounds are very manicured with live oaks. Everyone is friendly, and we just have a sense of peace when we are there.

What makes this property unique

Compass Point is unique because you have so many options available. The beach is a short walk, the lagoon is great for fishing or boating (places to dock boats), quiet streets are good for walking or biking, and there is a pool for swimming. Our balcony overlooks the pool, and the sunsets are beautiful.
