Beautiful duplex apartment. It has, on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90cm) each, as well as a bathroom and a small patio. On the upper floor there is a living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
Cozy and very bright.
Central and quiet area.
A few minutes walk from the historic center of Conil, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The beach is reached in 15 minutes walking.
The WIFI connection is free from 06/01 to 09/30 and during the Easter period.
We do not provide bedding for bookings of less than 3 nights.
For reservations from 11/01 to 03/30 that request radiators, an additional charge will apply.

Para repetir
El apartamento dúplex está genial, es muy bonito, está en buenísimas condiciones y decorado con mucho gusto. Es muy cómodo y funcional. Ideal para una familia como la nuestra de cuatro miembros. La ubicación es muy buena, se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, pero a cinco minutos a pie del casco antiguo. Tiene el mercado de abastos y varios supermercados muy cerca. Ana, la dueña es encantadora y nos ha hecho muy fáciles las cosas. Volveremos.

Tolle und sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach toll. In der grossen und super ausgetatteten Küche kann man sich problemlos Essen zubereiten. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet und die Schlafzimmer im UG sind auch während der Hitze schön kühl. Bequeme Betten, viel Schränke und ein Badezimmer im OG sowie ein anderes um UG. Das Quartier ist relativ ruhig, wenn man davon ausgeht, dass die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt. In 15 Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand "Los Bateles". Im Quartier hat es einen Supermarkt, Apotheke, mehrere Bars und Restaurants. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr aufmerksam und leicht erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr geräumig und war äusserst sauber.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, wir wurden sehr freundlich von Ana empfangen.
Obwohl wir die Wohnung zunächst nicht gefunden haben und Ana länger als eine Stunde auf uns warten musste, war sie sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Ort hat uns gut gefallen. Bis zum Strand muss man allerdings recht weit gehen, sodass wir später auf das Auto umgestiegen sind. Der Ort Conil ist im Sommer recht überfüllt, sodass auch die Wasserversorgung in den Duschen recht dürftig ausgefallen ist. Wir haben insgesamt eine schöne Woche verbracht.

Es muy acogedor y está situado en una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de todo. En julio no hay problemas de aparcamiento en los alrededores. Seguro que repetiremos!

sauber, aber laut
Die Wohnung war sauber und hübsch dekoriert, aber leider viel zu laut. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Über die nebeneinanderliegenden Patios der benachbarten Häuser werden auch von dort alle Geräusche vielfach verstärkt übertragen. Die Ausstattung war etwas spartanisch (z.B. keine Kanne, genau 4 Tassen, keine Toilettenbürste). Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Apartamento bonito y tranquilo
Está situado fuera de la zona turística y masificada, a unos 12 minutos de las playas. Muy cuidado y limpio. Totalmente recomendable. Cerca de la plaza de abastos hay sitios donde se come y tapea estupendamente. El trato de la dueña muy agradable.

UN APARTAMENTO MAGNÍFICO, TRANQUILO Y SUPER LIMPIO
Hemos estado cuatro días, y decir que el Apartamento es magnífico. Muy limpio, actual, muy bien decorado. a 7 min. del centro y a 10 min de las playas. Zona muy tranquila. La propietaria, un cielo de propietaria, así como sus hermanas. Nos atendieron maravillosamente. Llevo 11 años veraneando en esa costa, y sin duda, EL MEJOR APARTAMENTO DE TODOS.

Acorde a lo esperado
Nos ha gustado mucho la casa y estaba en perfecto estado. A pesar de no tener aire acondicionado no hemos pasado calor al seguir las indicaciones de cerrar las ventanas por la mañana y abrirlas por la tarde- noche. Debido a que tuvimos levante los primeros días nos informó de las playas ( del Gallo y calas ) donde al estar más resguardadas se podía estar tranquilamente. Está en una zona muy tranquila del pueblo y cuando quieres animación puedes ir andando unos 10 minutos a la zona de bares ; aparcar el coche resulta regular pues hay mucho turismo pero no resulta imposible. El supermercado mercadona está cerca pero el día que fuimos ( lunes por la mañana ) llenísimo por lo que otros días fuimos al supersol . Hicimos excursiones a Vejer de la Frontera, playa de Bolonia y caños de Meca.

Fantastica esperienza.
Siamo stati ospiti in questo appartamento molto curato ordinato e super pulito, in casa è disponibile tutto ciò di cui si necessita, dalla tavola da stiro al tostapane al microonde, silenzioso fresco e ben ubicato, nel centro ma lontano dagli schiamazzi notturni, la proprietaria Ana sempre cortese e disponibile per ogni esigenza, la tv satellitare molto apprezzata anche se la spiaggia ha prevalso su tutto, fantastica esperienza molto consigliato speriamo di ripetere

Estancia perfecta
Hemos estado alojados durante una semana y he de decir que el apartamento es perfecto, muy acogedor, está tal cual se ve en las fotos y muy cerca del centro y de la playa, a 10 minutos andado. Tenía todo lo que necesitamos y muy espacioso (fuimos sólo una pareja pero sin duda lo recomiendo para 4 personas). En cuanto a Ana, agradecer su atención, amabilidad y facilidades desde el primer momento en que contactamos con ella. Sin duda repetiremos.

Tolle Wohnung!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und verfügt über viele Annehmlichkeiten wie z.B. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Souterrain, was bei hohen Temperaturen im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und alles war sehr sauber. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Apartamento ideal
Somos una familia de dos adultos y dos críos que hemos estado en este apartamento la semana pasada y hemos de decir que ha sido una gozada. El apartamento esta como nuevo, muy limpio. En cuanto a su ubicación está en una zona muy tranquila y al mismo tiempo a diez minutos andando del centro histórico de Conil y a 15 de la playa. La relación con Ana la propietaria también ha sido muy buena, desde el principio muy simpática y abierta. Enfín que si tenéis ganas de ir a Conil no dudéis en ir a este apartamento no os fallará.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé
Appartement spacieux, propre, très bien équipé, calme et à proximité des commerces (supermarché, restaurant, pharmacie...), non loin de la plage. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances en famille à Conil. Merci également à la propriétaire pour son accueil et son service.

Encantada la propietaria! El piso era de verdad encantador. Estaba todo muy limpio, muy ordenado y todas las cosas que necesitabamos para tener unas dias maravillosas estaban en el piso. No puedo contar ninguna cosa que nos faltaba. La temperatura era muy agradable. El barrio donde esta el piso tambien era muy bien para hacer compras, tomar un desayuno, algunas tapas y los restaurantes en alli valen la pena visitarlas. disfrutalo!

PISO MUY LIMPIO,LUMINOSO Y COQUETO
El duplex tiene una calidad-precio inmejorables. Me he alojado varias veces por Conil, y sin duda alguna este ha sido el mejor apartamento en el que he estado. Precio asequible, muy nuevo y muy muy limpio, con espacio suficiente para cuatro personas, muy luminoso. La cocina perfectamente equipada. No está en pleno centro pero sí muy cerca, a 5min a pie, teniendo como ventaja la tranquilidad para descansar sin el bullicio del centro. Sin duda alguna nosotros volveremos a repetir, gracias Ana por su buen trato y por tener en el piso todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. hasta la próxima!!!
