Geweldig

Een beetje verouderd maar prachtig; delen van het huis kunnen gerenoveerd worden; sommige badhanddoeken waren versleten; het padje die naar de strand loopt kan verbeterd worden ook als die niet hoort bij het terrein van het huis. Dit wordt gebruikt door de gasten en er zijn een gevaarlijke stukken. Voor de huurprijs die wordt gevraagd is een kleiniheid om dit te laten verbeteren.

Chouettes vacances

Séjour très agréable, maison avec vue sur la mer et accès très rapide à la plage 3 minutes à pieds. Emplacement calme et reposant. A noter mauvaises odeurs à l'arrivée et odeurs d'égouts durant le séjour. Semaine très agréable malgré tout. Nous recommandons cette location.

Schön für Familien

Anlage: Die Anlage liegt direkt an der Küste. Sie ist sehr sauber und wird ständig gepflegt. Haus: Das Haus liegt sehr weit unten und damit nah am Strand. Es ist allerdings kein freistehendes Haus sondern ein "Endreihenraus". Es gibt insg. 4-5 Einheiten. Es kann einem allerdings niemand auf die Terrasse gucken so dass dies nicht weiter störte. Was uns eher störte war, dass man nicht direkt vor dem Haus parken durfte. Zum Be- Entladen war es allerdings kein Problem. Bisschen schmal die Zufahrt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein schönes geräumiges Wohnzimmer und der Zugang zur Terrasse. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und die Küche. Leider fehlt so etwas wie ein Staubsauger, Wischer. Lediglich ein älterer Besen war vorhanden. Da das gesamte Haus gefliest ist, nicht weiter tragisch, wäre aber wünschenswert. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer, 2 davon sind mit einem Balkon verbunden. Ein weiteres Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne. Leider gibt es keinen Duschvorhang. Wer morgens gerne duscht hat hier das nachsehen. Eine kleine Abstellkammer für Taschen, Koffer gibt es hier auch noch. Vielleicht war ja mal ein Staubsauger da drin ;-) In der Küche war es leider nicht besonders sauber. Der Boden und die Flächen waren OK, aber die Töpfe, Messer, Tassen und so weiter bedurften erstmal einer ausgiebigen Reinigung. Von der Terrasse, Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht. Leider etwas schattig, was im Sommer bestimmt sehr angenehm sein dürfte. Wenn man im Schlafzimmer die Türen auflässt, wird man vom Rauschen der Wellen geweckt. In weiter oben gelegenen Häusern ist das nicht mehr möglich. Strand: Der Strand ist entweder über einen steilen, nicht ausgebauten Weg zu erreichen (runter 3min. hoch dauert es doch ein wenig länger) oder man geht außen herum (ca. 10min.) Der Strand ist ein grober Sandstrand und nur für Leute aus der Anlage. Tossa: Ist die nähere Stadt und hat ein wenig Geschichte zu erzählen mit dem alten Ortskern, den kleinen Geschäften und der Burg Lloret: Ist eher etwas für die Jüngeren. Viele Diskotheken, Bars, Kneipen und Geschäfte Betreuung: Sehr nett, wirklich. Bei Mängeln wurde prompt reagiert, Fragen beantwortet und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren mit 2 Familien und jeweils einem Kind dort. Es war genügend platz für alle im Haus. Tipp: Vielleicht wäre eine oben bis unten Reinigung in der Küche einmal im Jahr drin.

Erholung pur

Ein Ferienhaus in nahezu perfekter Lage. Schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Einzig die schattige Terrasse könnte zumindest im Herbst etwas mehr Sonne gebrauchen. Könnte aber auch sein dass man im Sommer froh darum ist.

Ferienhaus

Es war alles bestens, Betreuung, Ausstattung, Beschreibung, Größe etc. Es gibt einen wunderbaren Blick von der Terrasse über die Bucht. Einziger Abstrich: die Matrazen sind sehr schlecht. Ansonsten hätten wir 5 Sterne vergeben.
