The property is as described. A single (comfortable) room with bath room. Views are amazing. The whole process is easy. I will return to this location next time I visit the area by myself.

Absolutely stunning views of the mountains. Quiet and peaceful.
Great location centrally located for Estes Park, Pikes Peak, Denver, and close to Boulder. Hosts were amazing and provided updates routinely during our stay. Beautiful view of the mountains, a private patio to enjoy breakfast on, and anything we could possibly need at our fingertips. Thank you Donna & Michael!
I stayed at this property when I went on a solo hiking trip to Colorado. It was perfect for a clean, comfortable place to lay my head. I was gone all day and home in the evening to rest and gear up for the next day. The home is in a beautiful location and was quiet and clean.
But you may want to reconsider all of the instructional signing. Some was necessary, but most of it wasn’t, and made us feel unwelcome, as if we were invading your personal space.
Donna, the owner, was easy to communicate with. The property sits nearly atop Sugarloaf Mtn and was peaceful and quiet. Lodging was comfortable, not super spacious, but a great place to lay your head and clean up, just what we needed
The location is perfect for a stay in the mountains. I went on several beautiful hikes with varying lengths/difficulty. It is very close to Boulder and Nederland, giving two very different city/town vibes. I recommend the Boulder Falls and Rainbow Lakes trails (there is a rough road leading to the trail head, so be prepared for that).
Donna and Michael were very responsive and kind hosts. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Lovely property to rest and relax. Beautiful mountain view! The host has wonderful recommendations for hiking and other activities in the area. Great stay!
The best location for exploring the mountains and hiking all while a short drive from Boulder! We didn’t spend much time there but if we had the room may of felt a little small, there’s a large living room right next to it that you don’t get access to. Just a heads up if you plan on staying at the house for long periods of time, if not it’s perfect. And super comfortable!!
Our first time in the Rockies and Boulder. It was the perfect location for what we were looking for. The owners were wonderful and very communicative. Would recommend staying here to any couples looking to get away.
If you are looking for a quite place to stay at a beautiful setting this is your spot! We loved using the patio and taking in the mountain views.
We saw four majestic bucks on a hill while driving back in for the night. A site I will always remember.
Every detail of things you may need is carefully planned by the hosts. We had a great stay and I would definitely return to this little spot of heaven!
The property has a beautiful view from the room and the patio area that the photos cannot capture. The location is far enough off the main highway so it is very quiet. Hummingbirds and lots of other birds to watch. The room, the bed and bath were private and comfortable. Extra amenities were included such as coffee and tea. The host is friendly and helpful. she lent me a screwdriver to fix my rental car and provided us suggestions on restaurants and hikes. I highly recommend.
At this location you are renting a room in a house. The room is on the bottom floor of the house with plenty of windows where we could see the snow covered continental divide in the distance. The house is at 8,000 feet surrounded by aspen and spruce trees with plenty of birds. We enjoyed it and used it as a base for our daily excursions. Some people may find the walk down the driveway to the room difficult due to the elevation and grade but we had no issues.
