Great , huge Garden Patio with a Brand new, all year long hot tub . Good for private events , birthdays and special occasions . Close to many Denver attractions ; Zoo , Botanic Garden , Downtown , Coors Field , Pepsi Center . Minute away from Ogden Theatre or Fillmore Auditorium . One hour away from the mountains . Cool place. But…

Neat place. Just know that the main bedroom doubles as the entrance to the residence. Makes it a bit odd if others are coming and going. The outdoor area could be great but I don’t think it’s been cleaned since the pics on the app have been taken. We didn’t get our check in info (access codes) until 35 minutes before check in and that was after 3 messages/calls/texts from me plus 1 or 2 from VRBO customer support direct to the property manager.

GREAT LOCATION

The place is in a great location, convenient to everything. Great outdoor area to relax and unwind after a full day of site seeing. My only 2 complaints are the small tiny 3rd bedroom and the homeless guy hanging outside begging for money.

Great Place

Great place that is near a lot restaurants/bars. The “party” area is really awesome. Also the owner does a great job with the decor and making the place feel very much like home

Great Location

We loved staying here over the holidays with our 3 adult "children." The taco place next door was really good and convenient and the people there were very friendly. We could easily get around Denver in this centrally located apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Bachelorette Party Venue!

Seriously obsessed with this place. It was like we were in New York City with how jt was laid out and decorated. Kind if hard to believe that it’s right off of Colfax because you really couldn’t tell!! My girls and I had so much fun celebrating my bachelorette party here!!!

VIP Oasis

Glam and super clean weekend getaway, we felt like VIP’s enjoying the private outdoor space. Plenty of seating and a full size fridge for snacks and beverages. The hot tub was a joy, check-in a breeze and memories made in this lovely old mansion will last these friends a lifetime.

Fantastic experience!

We wanted to experience downtown Denver, rather than the mountains, and have a good family weekend. We have 3 daughters and a son-in-law age 19 to 25. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms worked really well for us. And the patio is AMAZING! The large hot tub fits all six of us easily. If we wanted, we could've watched the large screen tv mounted outside. We used the grill on the patio for our steaks for dinner one night. The kitchen is small but we made two dinners for our family. They make good use of the space. It has a very large crock pot that was very handy. The kitchen also has a large new refrigerator with two freezer drawers and one drawer was filled with ice for us. The owner also left us a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. The dishwasher is also new. The property also has stacked washer and dryer. Kinga kept checking in with us to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. She is VERY responsive. A five-star host for sure!

Perfect place for a best friend reunion!

My best friend and I hadn't seen each other in years, so we wanted a place where we could talk, hang out, and catch up comfortably. We had such a great time staying here. The apartment looks just like the pictures, maybe even better! It's fall, so in addition to the cool, modern decor you can see in the pictures, they had little jack'o'lanterns and other little fall decorations, which was a nice touch. The apartment was warm, clean, nice sized, and had everything we needed. The back porch area was the best! It was private and homey, even better than we expected! You could hear some noise from the street, but is a lively neighborhood within walking distance to bars, restaurants, stores, etc, so we expected to hear life going on outside the door. We mostly stayed in the apartment, but when we ventured out, we felt safe in the neighborhood. We arrived early, before the room was ready, and we were allowed to store our suitcases at Kinga's Lounge, the restaurant right next to the apartment. It wasn't open yet, so one of the owners met us at the door and helped us get everything in. He was very nice and friendly. When it was ready, the bags were already in the apartment waiting for us. Kinga is also the owner of the apartment, and she stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well, which was very nice. I would definitely recommend staying here. And if you get a chance, you should eat at Kinga's Lounge! They have excellent pierogies, infused vodkas, a good beer selection, and friendly service. We liked it so much, it was the only place we went to twice during our stay. Thanks, Kinga, for a wonderful place to stay and reunite with an old friend!

Unique and charming with outdoor space in the city

We arrived later in the evening and initially had issues finding the entry door, but we were able to find street parking and the apartment as instructed. Overall great place that is surrounded by restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the private patio and hot tub. Our only complaints were that the sheets are pilling and not cotton. Also, there’s a motion detector security light right outside the bedroom that goes off very often during the night, which is problematic for light sleepers. We’d recommend to anyone that is looking for a fun place in Denver.

Everything was amazing!!!!!

I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and beautiful, and the patio was too die for! Kinga was super sweet and very responsive to any questions we had. You most definitely need to check out her lounge connected to the place. There is also a Mexican bar and restaurant only 20 ft away that has amazing food! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Kinga!!

Great stay, love the location!

We stayed here for 1 night before we drove into the mountains. We would of loved to stay here a little longer. This location is great and the apartment was large and fancy! Decor was awesome! I read other reviews and we decided to book. The review that said a homeless guy sat on steps outside, let me clarify. The room does have a window and blinds for privacy with bar/lock for safety. We were not bothered in this room. The home is in between two bars. They are not rowdy places and might have a few people walking by when they leave. The outside spotlight with camera is a good touch because they keep people away. The idea is do your research on the area and know where your staying around just with any place. I would take my family here with kids or just my wife and I. We are picky with the places we stay and we were very comfortable here. The next morning we walked to a nice breakfast and coffee at The Corner Coffee Bakery before we headed out. PROS: 1) Location is close to downtown, restaurants, bars, stores, etc. 2) 30 minutes to airport and a little over 1 hour to the mountains. 3) Clean place with space and Jacuzzi with big private deck. 4) Friendly helpful host. 5) Unique decor and floor plan. CONS: 1) None that we experienced. Thank you Kinga for the nice stay.

Beautiful, nice location

I really enjoyed staying here. Felt like you are at a really posh place with a hot tub, in the middle of Denver. Perfect chill spot and can’t say enough about the setup and interior design! So gorgeous, and bigger than I thought it would be. You could sleep 7 comfortably. Anyways, they were Very helpful and stored our bags since we arrived before check in. And, stored them until our flight out. I love this place, can’t wait to go back!

Very nice, clean and cozy. Perfect for a quick getaway.

Beds were comfortable. Patio space was amazing! The weather was perfect for November. Location was great. Street parking a little tricky, but that was to be expected.

Perfect house and location

The house was absolutely beautiful and different from anywhere I’ve ever stayed. I enjoyed the neighborhood and the bar that the house is attached to. The backyard totally puts this house over the top. Anytime I go to Denver I will not want to stay in another place.

Sliding Glass door and the homeless

The place has very interesting decor - they had coffee (!), lots of nice towels and it was close to cool restaurants. The owner was a gem and let us stow our stuff much earlier than our check in time- which we appreciated beyond measure. Here's the thing - the back bedroom is separated by only a glass sliding door. The sliding door has a bar for safety. There are steps outside the sliding door and a motion detector light. All nice. In the middle of the night a homeless guy decided to sit on the steps and the light went on and off like a strobe for the rest of the night.

Awesome bachelorette pad!!!!

I had my bachelorette party in Denver and we stayed at this property for one night to celebrate the occasion! This house is so much fun, I love all of the decor and the chandeliers in every room! It is surprisingly roomy given its location- also we loved being so close to downtown and all of the bars/clubs! The hot tub and the entire porch was really fun to hang out on, even though it's on the street it still felt really private. The owner was easy to work with and helped make this stay amazing!
