3rd floor West end unit (no elevator in building) with incredible vista for 20 miles down the beach to Destin, Fl. Unit is 5 miles West of Seaside, Fl. Loft bedroom with king size bed and private master bath with jacuzzi tub, downstairs bedroom with two queen size beds and 1.5 baths. Fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, three TV's, 2 DVD players. Let me start by saying this unit was in the perfect location. The unit was well equipped and clean. Very cozy and amazing reviews. I must add that the unit is well insulated as we didn’t hear anything outside of the unit. John is a phenomenal host and we chatted multiple times. He was an absolute pleasure to work with on our stay. I would highly recommend anyone staying here and witnessing John’s unit and hospitality.

Wonderful vacation!

Wonderful Spring Break week!

We had a wonderful time here over Spring Break. The views were amazing, and being right on the water is always where we want to be with both kids! It makes getting to the beach so convenient. I loved that the beach was just for the condo guests; we had lots of space and never felt too crowded. John was great with communication; we spoke leading up to the trip and he was always available to answer any questions or help us with what we needed. He also sent lots of helpful tips before our stay. We would love to return here!

Location was amazing!!!

You can’t get any closer to the beach! Very few steps to get down there! Love the views from the condo! Internet didn’t work while we were there so no TV, and the unit and building needs updating. But, in all we were thrilled to be at the beach with great views!

Great location

We were very impressed with the attentiveness of the owner and the supplies he left for us in the unit! And of course the location and view is the big draw. The only thing that was a bit of a challenge were the many stairs we had to climb to the third floor! Totally worth it though! Thanks John!

Views for Days

This condo had amazing views from all of the windows. Despite not being able to access the balcony due to construction it was still an amazing stay. The condo had all of the things we needed including beach towels, chairs, & floats. Communication with the owner was very good as well.

Glad we stayed here!

Yes, the title says it all. Every minute spent in this condo was nothing less than Amazing! 10 days went by really fast for us, wish we stayed longer. John the owner was very kind and helpful, making sure we had a successful check in. The views are incredible inside this condo with the open windows, you just have to see it to believe it. The balcony overlooks the beach and ocean better than any I’ve seen. As all the other reviewers stated, everything you need is provided here. It’s quite comfortable and sits on a perfect location close to many good restaurants. I hope we get a chance to stay here again. It’s booked year round, so very unlikely LOL. This definitely goes down as one of the best vacations we’ve had, and this condo had a lot to do with it. Thanks John! -Robert

The views

Loved our stay here at blue mountain beach! John was a wonderful host. Condo has wonderful views and steps from the water. Fully stocked for our stay(most places aren’t). Been coming to this area for 8 years and this was our favorite! We will be back

Great vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at John’s gulf front Blue Mountain Beach condo! Views are amazing! Easy beach access and it’s private. We rented chairs and umbrellas from the contracted rental service and it was well worth the money spent. We just love the area. Our favorite place to vacation!

Perfect Work Vacation Spot

This was a perfect place to play a little and work a little. The balcony offered incredible views of the colors at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was well-stocked and the loft master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. We loved the fact that this was a corner space, which gave us more natural lighting.

Wonderful beach vacation!

This condo had an amazing location that you cannot beat. We had two little kids so it was so nice being so close to the beach and enjoying the ocean views all day either in the condo or at the beach. There was ample space and the kitchen was well stocked. John was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back!

Location! Location! Location!

We had a great two week stay in Blue Mountain. John was a great host and made everything super easy. Check in was seamless and he was quick to respond to all of my questions from chair rentals to restaurant recommendations. The location of this condominium is perfect as it sits right on the beach. You can enjoy the beautiful views from outside and inside the unit. Blue Mountain offers a few local restaurants that are in walking distance of the condo. We would recommend this unit to others wanting to stay on 30A.

BEST relaxing vacation!

Some friends and myself stayed at Johns property and we had the most amazing time. The condo is much larger than we were expecting and it is so cozy. We loved that there were beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels included. The best part is the deck that looks over the beach. We saw dolphins almost every morning and evening. There are lots of great restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely be coming back!

First timers to Santa Rosa

John was the most friendly and available host I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. The condo was clean and stocked with paper goods and linens for our week stay. The views from the condo windows are the best at the beach! It was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy those views from so many places in the home. The host went above and beyond with providing information about local places to see and eat and with even having beach items to use during our stay. The area itself has a wonderful, neighborhood type feel to it and was a welcome change from the traffic and busy areas that can be so normal for a tourist spot. I would highly recommend renting this property and from this owner. We will absolutely return and would 100% choose this property owner again. Gorgeous area and fantastic host!

The most spectacular view!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Everything you need is already in the condo. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots and pans and utensils you could need. The location is perfect because we could walk to the restaurants and the ice cream shop. The grocery store isn’t far either. But the most wonderful part of the condo is the view. We had dinner on the deck every night and watched the sunset. And even the view from the loft is gorgeous. The host is fantastic. My family and I can’t wait to come again!

Great location!

Condo is in the perfect location! Close to shopping, excellent restaurants, and a Publix minutes away, yet a less crowded area. We enjoyed the loft master with a view as well as large master bath. Nice, big balcony overlooking beautiful beach. Saw groups of dolphin one of our days. John, the owner, is super nice!

This property is very close to the waters edge and has incredible views and sunsets! The main view is to the South/ Southwest and is incredibly beautiful.
