Nice location, great unit!

The unit was very spacious and comfortable. The high ceilings were great. Not many golfers came thru, so the balcony is nice to relax on. We utilized the pool and gym and took walks around the property. All of the residents were nice, but you could tell they were not fond of renters. The location was close to the beach and restaurants. Being in North Myrtle was preferred as it was less crowded. Would definitely return!

Beautiful spot

Great location in a gated, quiet spot. The pool is beautiful and over looks the waterway. We will definitely be back.

The property overall is in a nice gated community and the people that live there are friendly. However the cleanliness of the property was less than acceptable to our standards. My wife had to clean both bathrooms before she would let our kids and my parents use the facilities. After taking a shower in the main bathroom I found myself standing in 4" of water. The drain has obviously been clogged for a long period of time. I had to go get some liquid drano just so we could take a shower without standing in filth. Not something you would expect to have to do when renting a condo. Walls are all scuffed up and in need of a new paint job badly as well.

Wife birthday trip..

Stay was good.. chk in was a breeze..very nice unit well stay again.. Something's hav to be fixed. Place need a deep carpet cleaning.. thier is stains on the floor..when we first got thier an open the door the smell hit us.. some one was smoking in the unit.. the toilet had ashes an tobacco in both.. I txt the on call person an let them know.. we had air out the place for about 2hrs.. an sprayed lysol neutral air an had to re clean the bathroom.. After all tht was done..her birthday was good..

Very ample and clean

We loved everything about the unit except the master bed(mattress is worn out and needs to be replaced) and there is no digital cable only analog. Had to buy a Roku so the kids can watch shows on HD during our down times. Other than that, we loved it.

Serene Oasis with architectural designs

Picturesque for the golfer, the gardener, the boater and the architect enthusiast in mind. Great, well maintained gated property, but the most important factor outside of the cleanliness for me and my family was the peacefullness during our stay. Lots of attractions near and not so far, as well as restaurants.

Really nice but...

As the picture looks, we thought we were staying on the intercoastal waterway but in fact, we were on the golf course. Also, the instructions were not clear on how to get into the building. Luckily a garage was open and we got in that way. All in all, the place was absolutely beautiful, clean, and we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place to stay.

Exactly as described on their website. Our home contact was helpful and fast to call back when needed. The property was gorgeous and peaceful. The pool and fitness center was great. Kid friendly and just a gorgeous place.

The property is beautiful!

As we drove through the community, we were very pleased with how well kept the lawns were. The gated community made us feel very safe. We LOVED the indoor garage. It kept our car out of the hot sun so it was cool when we were ready to explore the area. Our room was beautiful and very clean! The pool was gorgeous! Having the waterway by the pool was great because we saw so many boats and jet skis go by. We really enjoyed our walks by the waterway too. Just across the drawbridge, there are lots of restaurants and other entertainment. We would love to revisit this resort again soon!

Goodevening,when I checked into the condo I set my stuff down and went to look around the condo went into the master bathroom and lifted the toilet seat up because it was closed and came to find both toliets were all black and had mold and looked like they weren't or had been cleaned for a while so I contacted my local agent and he said it would be the next moning before they could get someone out to clean them I said ok then hung up the phone thought about it for a couple of mins then I called the landlord back and told him that was unexceptable I wanted somebody to clean them that night he did find somebody to send but I am very unhappy with the stay that should have never happended please contact me at thanks jennifer
