Beautiful location with breathtaking views

The apartment was beautifully located right on Lake Michigan. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was a great spot to watch the sunsets!

Perfect location for family fun

Located at the Homestead resort, this cozy condo offered the perfect location for our end of summer get away. Crystal River and Lake Michigan right outside the patio. Yummy donuts at the Homestead village and an easy drive to both Glen Arbor and Leeland

Cozy condo - awesome views

Really enjoyed our “Momcation” away up at this lovely condo, although we did encounter a lot of mayflies (not owners fault, just be wary of that if booking in May). Being on the water with such awesome sunset views is so relaxing. The ceiling fans could use a cleaning and I think it would be nice to have a visitors manual with owners recommendations of local area. We HIGHLY recommend going to Blu (French restaurant) in downtown Glen arbor... awesome food & fantastic views

Great family getaway place

Great place, great location. Very convenient and close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and town. Condo was clean and 100% ready but needs a bit of refresh or add more charm. Still 5 stars. Sunset watch from the balcony was the best. Thinking about the summer visit already.

Wonderful getaway!

Wonderful getaway! My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was spectacular with an easy and very short walk to the beach. Sunsets were gorgeous from the patio.

Great stay!

This was our second time staying here and we LOVE it! You can’t beat the views and the location to the sandy beach. We were hesitant because of the distance to town but it is well worth the very short drive. We can’t wait to stay again!

Awesome location!

We had a great time! The property had everything we needed and it was perfectly located; steps from the river, Lake Michigan and the Heritage Bike Trail! We would highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Stay

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay. The unit was well stocked with all kitchen necessities. It was very clean and had new towels. The view of the river and lake is outstanding.

Fall Getaway!

The view from the deck was amazing! The only thing that would have made it perfect was if the weather had been better. The lake is so close by and to listen to the waves is so relaxing, unfortunately it wasn’t open window or deck relaxing weather. We did enjoy the view regardless!

Location, location, location!

Wow what good fortune to stay in such a breathtaking place! If you did nothing but hang out in the condo and look out the window at the Crystal River and Lake Michigan, it would still be a wonderful time. The sunsets were gorgeous from the balcony! Access to the river, the beach, and hiking trails was fantastic. We were very comfortable in the condo and enjoyed streaming on the tvs (in bedroom and living room) when it got dark out and the “show” was over outside. Karen (property manager) was a fantastic communicator and her emailed advice and instructions were great. Highly recommend!

Great stay with family!

We had a wonderful stay here. Location is right on channel and very close to the beach which was perfect for us since we had our young kids with us. We biked into town and enjoyed the surrounding Sleepy Bear Dunes area and attractions. The condo is centrally located. I’d definitely recommend the condo to others. We hope to be back!

Bitter Sweet

We paid a very high price for this place.and expected a lot more. The view is great but the unit is very tired and worn and not very clean. At one time it might have been fine. . The kitchen utensils all need to be replaced. The oven was not clean, the sink in the bathroom drained very slowly, the bathtub needs to be replaced. Master bedroom sheets were inappropriate for the summer. We left early. The owner communicated nicely but she needs to step up and improve the quality of her product.

Great location and views!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Glen Arbor. The location was great and extremely close to all of the trails in Sleeping Bear Dunes. The access to the beach was perfect for enjoying the sunset at night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and hope to visit again in the future!

This was a great location, surrounded by beautiful trails and breathtaking views.

Great restaurants nearby and amazing opportunities to explore the outdoors and gorgeous views of the Dunes, Lake Michigan, the Crystal River, and Glen Lake. This condo was perfect for 4 of us, with a beautiful view, even in the winter!

Great stay

The Homestead is in a great location and this property is on the River and Lake Michigan. The condo is updated and it was a great size for our family of 4. We would stay at this location again and hope to next year.

Great location, beautiful water and fall color!

Property was exactly as listed. Communication with the owner easy. Location was excellent with much to do in the area. Clean with a well stocked kitchen. Especially excellent as eating out wasn’t an option. Close to the water and hiking and lovely walks on the property. The only downside for us was the mattress in the master bedroom bed it’s too soft. Appreciate a great stay.
