Charming remodeled farmhouse, 2.5 miles from downtown Oberlin: country freedom w/ city comforts. There is ample parking, large deck with a retractable cover and fenced in backyard featuring a pavilion and bar-b-que area. Fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with scenic views. Situated on 40 acres of farmland. Laundry facilities are available.

We're also only a 40 minute drive to Cedar Point!

Good Farm Stay

Overall good stay a few minutes from Oberlin College. Lots of space in the house and the yard area. Easy parking. The homeowner also leaves an incredible amount of food for you, beyond just snacks, but including a fridge filled with eggs, sausage, bacon, orange juice, bottled waters, etc. The house works well and our stay was good. The only additional thing to be aware of is the bedroom/bathroom situation. While there are a lot of beds available, the placement is something to know as both bathrooms are off one of the bedrooms and one of the bedrooms requires you to go through a different bedroom to get to it. Wouldn't likely be an issue for families, but possibly if staying with large group of friends or something.

Quaint and Quiet True B&B

The Red Barn Farm House was perfect for our family to stay in for two nights. The breakfast was very thoughtful, and had a great variety to cover the tastes of all in our group. The many bedrooms and twin beds were perfect for our family, and our son also enjoyed all the cute decor. We look forward to returning in the future so we can enjoy the large backyard more with friends.

Above and beyond

First let me say that our host went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. From the breakfast items to plenty of comfy blankets. The fenced in backyard was spacious and had several comfortable seating areas. I would recommend this place to couples as well as families.

Lovely home away from home!

Enjoyed it very much and appreciated all the extras provided especially coffee and all etc! So enjoyed the back yard and privacy. The only thing missing was WiFi just because we are so used to having it. Great place👍

Lovely country home

Property was exactly as advertised. Found kitchen stocked with all kinds of breakfast foods, snacks and beverages which was a wonderful thing after a long trip. Home was quiet and had a nice eating area that sat up to eight people. Host was very gracious when we accidentally locked ourselves out. A really nice visit.

Plenty of space both indoor/outdoor for a family

Very cute old farmhouse with a large fenced-in backyard. Outdoor space includes deck, and 2 outdoor gazebos (one with bbq pit and picnic table and other with a firepit). Outdoor fountain, swing and hammock were a nice touch in the backyard. There is no WIFI, so if you need it you may want to bring a portable hotspot. Also, smoke detector is very sensitive. Every time I cooked on the stove it went off (even with fan on and windows open). There is no spa as the listing had advertised. Overall, we loved it and will definitely plan to stay here again next time we are in town.

Fishing Trip May 2024

We stayed 7 days, for a fishing trip. Plenty of parking for trucks/boats. Its an old farmhouse, in a country setting, safe neighborhood, did not need to worry about our equipment. When a couple small issues came up, the host quickly had them fixed. Great communication. Would stay again.

Dairy Farm

We were pleasantly surprised with this property! In the country but close enough to town when we need it! Nice fenced in back yard for our grandchildren when they came for a cookout! The host is amazing!

Well appointed Farm stay.

We stayed here for a family wedding and this was the perfect location to the event center. From reservation to check out… easy process. Marsha was prompt and informative with her communication. We really appreciated the generous breakfast products provided by the owner/Marsha. Beautiful backyard… plenty of places to sit. We spent most of our time outdoors and around the dining room table. I personally enjoyed the swing!! Coming and going after dark was easy with motion sensor spot lights. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Great time at Red Barn Dairy Farm!

This property was very clean and nice. The backyard is huge and has many sitting areas and activities, including a grill, pavillion and a firepit. Check in and communication was simple. Best of all was the food, snacks, water bottles, and extras that were provided for us. It was unexpected but made our trip that much easier. We would definitely stay again at the Red Barn Dairy Farm!

Very nice, comfortable stay with lots of amenities.

Really enjoyed our weekend here. The snacks and breakfast items were especially appreciated and the outdoor firepit was such a great touch. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Marcia was very responsive and was a terrific host all around. Thanks for a great visit!

Farm House Fun

We really enjoyed are stay at the Red Barn Dairy Farm. Marcia is a great host. House was really well stocked with food and treats. A real nice get away. If we are coming to the area again we would certainly rent again.

A peaceful getaway

The Red Barn Dairy Farm ended up being the perfect spot for us to enjoy a weekend away. Plenty of space to spread out, two full bathrooms, a great big table for playing board games, and the most peaceful backyard oasis. Everything was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the extra touches such as snacks and water bottles. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we took advantage of the awesome propane grilling station every day. Would stay here again!

Great house in the country!

Six of us in the area on a fishing trip. Plenty of room in the house and outside. Large backyard was great. The owner even left us snacks and beverages. Great place. Thank you.

Beautiful place and views

I had a wonderful experience staying at Marcia's property. She left us snacks and breakfast food which was very nice of her. The house was beautiful and clean. Lots of places to sleep and the pavilion in the backyard was a plus. Definitely worth the stay and will for sure come back to stay again

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved this house. Marcia was wonderfully responsive to all of my questions, and they were so courteous leaving us masks, plastic silverware and lots of snacks and breakfast foods. We loved spending time in the backyard and overall our experience was great. Some of the bedrooms were a little warm, but it was a very hot day. We would highly recommend staying here! Thank you all so much!
