About this property

I have a very clean and spacious 3 BR, 2 BA mobile home that sleeps 6- 8 comfortably. There is one king bed, two queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. There are two outside electrical outlets that are convenient for charging batteries for you professional and amateur fishermen. The home has recently been repainted and redecorated on the inside. The home is within 2 miles of the lake. It is truly located right in the middle of all the action at Beautiful Pickwick Lake. Aqua Yacht Marina, Grand Harbor Marina, and Pickwick Landing Marina are located within 10 minutes. Pickwick Landing State Park is within 10 minutes. Shiloh National Military Park is within 25 minutes. Golf courses in the area include Pickwick Landing Golf Course, Fox Chase Golf Course at Carroll Farms, and Shiloh Golf Course. There are two public boat ramps at Pickwick Landing State Park, two public boat ramps at the TN / MS State Line, a public boat ramp at the TVA Campground on the Savannah side of Pickwick Dam and a public boat ramp at Goat Island in MS.

Family Fun Time

My family and I usually stay in the bigger houses in Picwick but I must say at the end of our stay I asked the family would they stay here again? Everyone said that they enjoyed their stay and would not mind booking here again! We will be back!

Another great 4th of July weekend!

This is our second year at the property and again it did not disappoint. It was so hot we fished in the morning and relaxed in the afternoon in the coolness of the house! It is a very good place to stay. We all enjoyed it. Thanks Jeff!

Needs some TLC

The place was clean but there were alot of things that were a little concerning. Nothing that we raised with the owner but they should be considered. One issue was not outside power to hook up or charging systems for our boats. Also, there were 2 spots to park boats but one was taken up with a Trailer for a pontoon so one of our boats was kept in the front yard. The place slept well. We did see some insects but hey, you are near a lake in teh country so bugs are a thing. We enjoyed our stay. it was adequate. No outstanding complaints. I would not have children stay here due to the exposed outlets and light switches.

Very nice location. The house was very relaxing. We all enjoyed the stay very much.

Had no problems with the renting of this house. Would tell anyone looking for a place to rent at Pickwick, not to hesitate get it.

Pleasant stay, quiet neighborhood

Located close to dining and the state park. Stayed here while working at the local paper mill, very short drive and very convenient. If ever back in the area will try and stay here again.

The house is nice located but need some attention with humidity and the cleaning under the beds btw is a paper mill factory and all the town has a singular smell. Great communication with Jeff and prompts response

The rental was very nice and clean.

The owner was very nice and helpful. We were in contact with him several times over little things and he was very accommodating. The WiFi password was in clear view. Everything was very nice and we had a wonderful time. We would rent from him again anytime.

Very nice host , not as nice of a space

I stay at a lot of places life this for work . The two reasons I stay at a home over an hotel is a kitchen to cook in and internet to work from . This place had neither working kitchen nore internet. It was a long 7 days , I fact it was so bad I left early . The space over all was nice but had a musty moldy smell . I would love to give it a better rating because the host was very nice and accommodating but I can’t give it above a 3/5.
