Walk right in and Relax with the comforts of a newly furnished condo and the tranquil feeling off the patio with the rustling of the mature trees . Sunrise, sunset and all day long, the Santa Catalinas (so close you can almost touch them). Condo features a king bed in the master and 2 singles in the second. Split floor plan so each bedroom is on one side of the condo
The property features three heated pools , an exercise room, club house, and is surrounded by the wonderful golf courses. Ventana Canyon trail head is a mile up N. Kolb Rd, and Sabino Canyon (for hiking, biking and sight-seeing, one of the most beautiful places in the southwest- or anywhere), is a five-minute drive. Less than half a mile down the road are some great restaurants, nice shops, gelato, Bashas grocery (Starbucks inside), a CVS, and Speedway for a quick stop. Upscale shopping is available at La Encantada which is a short fifteen-minute drive from the Greens.

Nice winter getaway
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean unit with all necessary amenities. Within walking distance of mall with grocery store, restaurants, etc. This is a 2 bedroom unit, but only 1 TV which is in master bedroom. Contacted manager twice regarding possibility of getting TV for second bedroom. After no response following first request, contacted again via phone. Said they had received my request and had contacted owner regarding request and would get back to me with their response. Never heard from them. Large TV in living room. Not much view from patio and unit is dated.
