In need of renovations!

Staying at a condo should be a luxurious experience. We have stayed at the Phoenix many times. This condo needs renovations! The dryer does not work. It took 4 1/2 hours to dry a batch of clothes. The fan in the master bedroom could only go on the lowest setting because it wobble so much. We were afraid to put it higher for safety reasons. The master bathroom’s shower did not work. The kitchen had minimal amenities. There were no pans. They didn’t even have pot holders! The furniture in this condo is very mismatched and broken. We felt like we went to the beach by just walking on the floor. I feel like a Super 8 hotel would have been cleaner and we could have at least gotten a shower. Very dissatisfied!

New mattress needed unless you are not planning to sleep.

Seems like the big bed in master bedroom was broken. Even when bed was made up, you can see how uneven it was. You will be more comfortable sleeping on the sand. This unit was in front of elevator which hummed and vibrated at all times at night so the guests using second bedroom had a very hard time sleeping. Refrigerator leaked since we first walked in. The view of the beach was great and unit was clean.

Property was ok.

Nothing stood out. The closet doors to the washer/dryer were next to broken. The dryer was not friendly either. So, i chose not to do laundry there. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. We would definitely come back, but i might look at different rooms! We enjoyed the phoenix in general!

Shockingly diappointed

The most positive attribute about this condo is that it made my family and I spend as much time out of it as possible! "Condo User's" review has no truth to it. This condo has definitely seen its better days. Furniture is worn and shows much age, the mattress in the master bedroom was sagging in the middle. Condo is simply not clean. There was a film on the floor that would stick to our feet. AC ran the entire time because it does not cool properly and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry 4-5 items of clothing. On the positive side, the pool and beach were great. The location of the condo is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The kids did enjoy the game room. Please sink a few dollars in this place and make it worth someone's while to stay there.

We Had A Blast

The property was great, had its own pool, kid pool, grill area,tennis court, racquet ball court, arcade as well as some other features. Best part of all was the view from our room of the ocean as well as being right on the beach!! Our room was nice overall. We would surely stay here again!!

Excellent!!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beaches are beautiful and kept up well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back again. 5 stars for sure!!!

Exquisite condo directly on Gulf

This condo is in new condition. The unobstructed view of the white sand beaches and blue/green gulf waters are fantastic. The unit has tile throughout with new paint and very up to date furnishings. The master is spacious with a floor to ceiling window facing the ocean.. There are Flat screen televisions in every room with great cable service. The balcony facing the ocean has new patio furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. Our family had a great time!

Great Place in the sun, New tile bedroom floors

Great location with plenty of parking. The unit faces directly on the beach. Stainless Steel appliance with new kitchen cabinets. Tiled floors throughout the unit add to the convenience when we came in from the beach.The new tile floors in the bedrooms really add to the convenience of the unit. The floor to ceiling window in the master faces directly toward the gulf. The second bedroom is perfect for a family. New flat screen TV's in every location. The balcony furniture looked brand new. The pool is solar heated pool that is great in cool weather and saves the eco system.The staff were wonderful. check in was very convenient and the rates are very economical.Plenty of parking and a security guard at the gate.

Condo for a Beach Bonanza

Great price and a fantastic property! The unit faces directly on the beach. Tiled floors throughout the unit. The are new tile floors in the bedrooms. Window treatments are great and open up the unit to the full beach life experience. The floor to ceiling window in the master and living room faces directly toward the gulf. New flat screen TV's in every location. The balcony furniture looked brand new. The pool is solar heated pool that is great in cool weather and saves the eco system. Plenty of parking and a security guard at the gate. No worry about security with children or seniors.

Needs some updating and repairs

I would like to start off by first saying that everyone working here was very friendly but this unit was adequate at best for our stay. The unit was clean in all rooms except the master bathroom but in serious need of some repairs and updating. Since these units are managed by a company I hope the owners know the conditions their condo's are in? The toe kick board under the kitchen sink was laying in the kitchen floor when we arrived. When I called I was asked if it was important to be repaired immediately and I said no. It was still off when we left. There were nice granite counters in the master bath but the sink faucet was lose and drained very slow. We tried to clean the master bathroom the best we could prior to using it but it didn't help. There was mold imbedded in the shower handles, shower head and on the shower curtain. A gross stain around the base of the toilet where it meets the tile floor along with very dirty tile and grout in the corner of the floor and tub. The toilet paper holder was barely held on to the wall with a couple of drywall screws. The furniture in the master bedroom worked but was very dated and carpet was old and dirty. The best thing about the entire unit is that it looked like the kitchen had been updated recently with newer granite countertops, stainless steel sink and newer faucet. The appliance all worked though they were a mixture of black, white and fake stainless steel. The pool was nice except it needed to be clean more frequently. There was a lot of sand in the bottom of the pool each day I was there and I got there earlier in the morning before the beach traffic could track it in for the day. I don't think it was cleaned daily like most pools are that I have vacationed at. Plus there were no rules being enforced. There were people throwing footballs, rubber balls and wrestling in the pool where it just wasn't enjoyable to be in the pool at times. I know the owner or the management company cannot prevent that but it would be nice to see some enforcement of the rules. All in all this facility is an older facility that needs some updating and reminds me more of a spring break facility than a vacation facility. I am sorry but I would not stay at this facility again. We booked as a last minute vacation and got what was left, when I called to book the reservation I was told the facility was going to be booked up for the entire week and that I was getting one of the last 2 bedroom condo's available.
