Ample parking for 4 cars in driveway. Fenced backyard to keep your dog safe, shady oak trees, washer and dryer, 3 Smart HDTVs with Roku, cable and High Speed WiFi. Simple keyless entry for easy check in and check out.

Two adult bikes are included, as well as a gas grill at no charge. Lawn chairs, beach towels, toys and cooler are provided for your beach trip.

Such a nice, quiet place…great location.

The property was just as described. The location is perfect for the Clearwater/Largo area, it’s close to everything. The property owner Tammy was great and stayed in constant communication with us to insure that our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

Perfect property for us and our dog. Fenced in yard and screened in furnished porch with TV was great. Zoe loved the quiet older husky in the home behind. Very clean nice property with everything we needed.

Got to see two games and the location was better than we expected. Didn't have to rush to get to games and same leaving. So convenient. Found two local restaurants nearby that were excellent. House had all the necessities. Very comfortable.

Dog and Bicycle Friendly

Once again, we loved the house. Dog and people-friendly neighbors. Easy access to various cycling routes. We even watched some dolphins on cycle ride.

Family visit

This house was great for visiting with my family. We all live in different parts of the country. We had the opportunity to play games and socialize which can’t be done at a hotel. The owner was wonderful. She was very responsive while I was considering the property and for anything we needed while we were there. Although we like to go out to for dinner, the one day we had a bbq, everything we needed came with the house. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes, and appliances needed for any type of entertainment. This was my first time using VRBO, and I’ll likely never go back to a hotel. I’ll probably stay there for my trips to Florida.

Great Beach House

This home is perfect for a vacation near the beach. The owner was so accommodating & the home was perfect for our family (5 total; 3 kids). The location is near plenty of stores, restaurants, & beautiful beaches. I highly recommend.

A home away from home

We absolutely adored staying at this home. The home is very comfortable, clean, and airy and it had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacations and more. It was indeed a home away from home. Awesome Home!

We are a well traveled family, even traveling overseas. This home had the best amenities of any place we have ever stayed. The screened in room on the back was a hit by the entire family. Even our elderly 2 dogs loved the fenced in backyard. The master shower was amazing! As if I wasn't already impressed, the host had extra toiletries available in the event we forgot something. Although we didn't forget anything or have to use what she had provided, I was amazed that she even had a conditioner available that I could have used on my very curly-headed daughter that needs special products. The products she had available were not just cheap products. The host responded quickly to any question I sent her way. We had absolutely no problems with the home whatsoever. We were strictly asking for suggestions for different types of restaurants. Every place she suggested was a hit with our family! We had a great 10 day stay, and we were so appreciative of how roomy and clean the home was. I don't even normally leave lengthy reviews, but I just couldn't let this great place go without giving a wonderful review of our stay!

Enjoyed the stay

House was as advertised. Lots of amenities and just about anything you need. Had a great time and convenient location. One recommendation would be to have an outside clothes line to dry suits/towels if that is allowed in the neighborhood. Thx for making our vacation pleasant.

Amenities are great!

Had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Beach towels, chairs, cooler even ice packs for the cooler. All kitchen appliances and dishes even spices. The back screened in porch was amazing for those rainy times and to eat breakfast outside. Was about a 20 minute drive or Uber to Clearwater beach which fine for us. Used the bikes that were there and went on the bike trail that is down the road. Quick ride to the baseball stadium too. Great place. Thanks for the stay.

Amazing!

Property is as listed. We loved the back screened in porch. The bicycles were nice and could get to a playground! Baseball field is within walking distance to check out spring training games! It was a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with spices, pans, and everything else! No complaints!! Thanks for having us!

Six week stay February into March

Tammy has a very comfortable home that is clean, very well stocked, and located conveniently to any shopping or site seeing interests. It is also apparent that the home has been updated with improvements and appliances. We were also pleased with her immediate replies to any of our questions. We look forward to staying at this home again.

Bait and switch

For the price of the property I was not pleased with what we pulled up to. The home in old and in an old neighborhood. There was a meth bust on the street over, the neighbor called the police on my 4 year old for riding his bike. The locations is very busy, very noisy, and dangerous. The washer didn’t work half the time, it looked to be from the 1950s. The closest are old and smelt like cigarette smoke, made my clothes smell terrible. In the back bedroom there was an inch of dust on the ceiling fans, and an animal was in the wall which scratched all night long. Totally freaked us out. This place is a bait and switch, you’ve been warned.

Just as described ... host even ordered up perfect weather.

I am always skeptical when I read property descriptions and view property photos. This property lived up to its billing and more (host even ordered up ideal weather). We rented here for the safe cycling opportunities and a dog-friendly area ... we were not disappointed. Many bike paths going every direction so we rode nearly every day. A really lovely rental and we hope to visit again next year.

Beautifully Updated House

This house is a great place to stay. It has everything you need. There is space, the decor is very nice and updated. It’s in a good location in Clearwater and close to lots of shops, restaurants etc. the beds are very comfortable. The owner is only a text away and responds very quickly. The owner made sure you have everything you need. Good floor plan. Plenty of space in the fridge in the house and another one outside if need be. Quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms have large walk in closets and are spacious. I would definitely stay here again. They do allow pets for a small fee which was great. The beach is only a 15 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend this place as a nice place for your family to stay in Clearwater.

A great place to stay

Our family had a great time together in this nice, peaceful, clean and very accessible property. The interior design of the house is fantastic and i like the open concept. And the best thing was the host is very kind and very responsive. I highly recommend that you rent this property. Hi there I'm Tammy. A Tampa Bay native. I live just outside the area in a country setting with the love of my life and some horses. My standards are high so you should expect a quality atmosphere and enjoyable experience.

Why they chose this property

Location Location Location! This place is so convenient to what our area has to offer. Any restaurant you would want is within a stone's throw from this home. You could walk or bike there because it's so close but you would appreciate having a vehicle for your stay. The beaches are a straight shot down the road, and the bridge to Tampa Airport is super close. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, tucked just a couple blocks from shopping, restaurants, baseball etc. Several grandfather oak trees offer welcome relief from the warm Florida sun and this house has a screen room to relax in and soak up the gulf breezes.

What makes this property unique

This home has an open feel so the family can gather around the kitchen bar top and enjoy those in the living room, kitchen and dining areas. Lots of natural light enters the home and the color palette is calm and relaxing. Easy care laminate floors make this place a breeze to clean, also everything is new so there are no strange odors lingering from years of use.
