Great roomy home

This was a great place for a large group to stay. It was a very nice home with wonderful amenities and a wide variety of spaces to utilize during our stay.

Wonderful Family Reunion!

Everything about our vrbo stay was above our expectations! There was plenty of room for our big family to talk, play indoors/outdoors, enjoy meals, and make memories together. We absolutely LOVED our time here! We will come again.

Family Reunion 2024

We had a great time at this property. We have grandkids of all ages, everyone had fun. Things to be aware of...its farmland expect flies but trade off is beautiful pasture land views. Great host, very attentive. Sleeps 30 but not in beds. Plan ahead! Id stay here again!

Family stay

We met our children and their spouse plus their children. It was our first time meeting a couple grand babies that were born in February and march. It was a wonderful visit and the house was perfect for the occasion

Spacious home

This was a great place to stay for our family reunion. There was lots of room for everyone & fun things to do (ping pong, darts, air hockey, playhouse, spike ball). We really enjoyed our weekend!

Country Quiet

We were mostly looking for a place where all of our family could hang out for a few days. This rental was very spacious and well-kept. We especially enjoyed the game room, outdoor games and large living room.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Hard to find a vacation rental that offers as much as this place. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Large kitchen. Huge family room, theater room and game room. No close neighbors except the cows. Highly recommend this place for large or small groups.

This place is amazing and Heather is top notch!

The place was huge, immaculate, and so fun. The entire downstairs is great for teens and kiddos. This has everything you need to gather your family and enjoy southeastern Idaho. Heather is very responsive to emails and texts and provided everything we needed. Our trip could not have been better. Thank you so much!

Great Property for Large Group

We had a great stay at this location. The house is spacious, with myltiple "hang out" locations for small group activities within the larger house. Previous reviews mentioned AC and internet concerns, but we didn't have any issues with either in August. The backyard was lovely for kids ro roam about and for a rousing game of capture the flag with shade and a nice seating and BBQ area. The kitchen was spacious, with a nice big island. It was well stocked with instant pot and toaster and bleder and coffee pot and so on. Plenty of utensils and pots and pans. We cooked a lot of from-stratch meals and had everything we needed. The outaide fridge/freezer was very handy. As were the extra folding tables and chairs for 20+ more people. They very generously stocked the house with lots od toilet paper and paper towels and soap and shampoo and conditioner, etc. The downstairs game room and TV room were great for our kids. They loved the space and activities (but were sad the air hockey hasn't working). Understandably, being right by a working dairy farm in August, there were a lot of flies and, sadly, mice. We bought some fly swatters but wished we had bought fly traps. This hasn't a big deal. Most unfortunately, however, several mice got in the house. There were traps around and, to some extent, mice are just an unfortunate happenstance out in the country. However, finding mouse droppings on your bed is pretty startling as is trying to trap/kill a mouse running underneath the couc

Everyone LOVED it!

For Thanksgiving we gathered our family, from three states, to share the holiday weekend. You can feel the sweet soul of this home as soon as you enter. There was ample room for talking together, playing together and sharing meals together. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

House was perfect for our need.

We have 27 people in our family reunion and it fit us all great. We had enough towels and everything we need in the kitchen. The house was far from other neighbors so we didn't have to worry about the noise. It was perfect for what we needed. We were able to have fun and make memories without worry.

Beautiful spot, lovely house!

Our group of 23 had a lovely stay in this huge house. We loved the big open spaces, the gorgeous views out the front window, the well-stocked kitchen, the awesome basement, the comfy and quiet bedrooms. One thing to be aware of is that there's only A/C in the main living room, and some of our group complained that it was pretty hot (I personally felt comfortable, however). It was a great stay and we would definitely come again!

Great home for gathering.

We loved the large front room as we gathered our children and grand children. And the yards where delightful for sitting in in the early morning (back yard) as you watch the small cottontails feed on the grass, and in the evening (front yard) as you watch thee most beautiful sunsets over cultivated farmland.

Great house for a family reunion

This house was perfect for a family reunion. Lots of space in and around the house for adults and kids to hang out and enjoy being together. The only minor issue is there were a few areas of the house where the AC struggled to keep up, but there were a few fans around that helped mitigate the worst of it. Great property and a good time!
