Love Pine Point
Nice spot for a summer vacation for two. Pine Point is a lovely area away from the noise and chaos of Old Orchard Beach. Not a big place, but all we needed.

Very nice propriété. Ideal for two people and a dog. The area is very quiet. The access to the beach is very close. Sea food in the nearby restaurants are very expensive.

Deb and Theresa were available and supportive…they have prepared for my visit very well…..they are both well versed in the hospitality side of renting! Loved my stay!

Overall, this is a very nice place to stay for one or two people, possibly with a young child or small pets. The neighborhood has much to offer but lacks sidewalks, so walking is somewhat unsafe. The beach is absolutely beautiful. Definitely would consider coming back.

Lovely Little Cottage
This was a perfect place to come and enjoy our favorite beach. I brought my old dog so she could enjoy her puppyhood stomping grounds. She was delighted with the beach and comfortable at her home away from home. The space is cozy and easy to manage. I enjoyed meeting the neighbors and walking to the beach, to eat, and around the neighborhood. I'll be back!

This place was adorable and the perfect location, very charming, easy access to Portland
This was such a cute little cottage right near the beach. It was very accessible to Portland and very charming. It is located in a quiet little neighborhood and the neighbors are very nice. Debbie included a cute welcome gift and was very accommodating. It was very relaxing and I would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay
We loved the cottage. It is within walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Only a short drive to Orchard beach. As for the cottage it was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom is small but it was fine. The back deck was also very nice to relax on. We would definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Little Cottage
Sea Smoke Cottage was a glorious little respite from our daily busy lives. Yes, it is a bit rustic and small, but for the two of us, we didn’t need anything more! The living room and bedroom have been updated from what is in the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. The location was perfect, just a few minute walk from the beach and within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. Short drive to Portland or Old Orchard Beach (or take the trolley!). The bed was so comfortable that we both slept the best we have in a long time. The only negative I can say is that the bathroom is small, but for most people it would be fine. I am 6’8”, weight two hundred “too much,” and occupy a ton of space, so this “issue” is entirely my fault. 😂 We hated to leave, but alas, retirement hasn’t quite come yet. We hope to return to Pine Point again in the future and this will be our choice for accommodations.

What a perfect cottage
This place was just what we were looking for. It was super clean and perfect for our little family. The beach is so close and the neighborhood is so quite and clean and amazing. We would definitely stay there again !

Absolutely perfect & cozy cottage!
Everything was more than we could have hoped for and the cottage was so comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect and quiet, yet easy to get to anything we wanted with the beach right around the corner. We hope to be back again as soon as possible it was the best stay ever!

The cottage was perfect for us, a retired couple with a dog. Cozy, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed the fireplace on a chilly morning. Highly recommend for a stay at the beach.

Loved it. The description mentioned a coffee grinder which wasn’t there but issue resolved immediately. The air condition doesn’t work at all and not sure it would have reached the bedroom. We only tried it one night when it rained and was was very humid. We came to Maine to escape the humidity of where we live. One last note. It would be great if we could pass items from the kitchen to the deck. We didn’t want to remove the screen in fear of damaging it. We realize this may not be possible but would have been a great feature. We cooked much of our stay and made great use of the deck.

Maine Peaceful Getaway!

Peaceful Retreat
Stayed in this little cottage for 10 days in June. Rustic, but clean and very comfortable. Easy 5 minute walk to sandy beach. Fully furnished with just about anything I could need except bed linens and towels which I knew about beforehand. Has heat, A/C and 2 ceiling fans. Very easy to communicate with property manager. My husband joined me for 4 days and there was plenty of room for 2 adults. I hope to make this an annual getaway.
